I have transferred 2000rs on 7th dec to my paytm account .Money has been deducted but still my paytm account was not reflecting that money.I need my refund . I have tried to contact through customer care services but couldn't do so because line is always busy.I am so puzzled for my own money. i have also mailed paytm regarding this but they also replied that bank should look in to this .i really don't understand all this....

I have account in B.O.B at Kalol branch.
This is current account bank has charges me rs. 345 on dated 25/10/2016 of duplicate statement. Your officer can't talk in Gujarati in rural area of Gujarat so because of this tha people of village can't understand language they are speak. I have issued a cheque no.000128 dated 07.21.2016 from my current a/c no. I have 2 cheques on 2/12/2013 in vile parle east, mumbai branch.
