Dear sir,
Firstly we applied for the new cheque book, on-line on 11.11.16; but we did not receive the cheque book till end of november 2016,
So we submitted the cheque requisite at your bob branch, dediyasan branch; modhera road; mehsana. On 9th dec.2016 & received the sms on 14.12.16 that the cheque book is sent through speed post with docket no: ea[protected]in & were intimated to contact if the book is not received in 4 days.
We are following up with dediyasan branch, but they are not able to give satisfactory reply, they only say wait you will get it in some time.
Today we contacted to post office gidc mehsana, they say that the consignment is not handed over to the post office yet (I. E. Till 27.12.16 11.00 am).
The post master says the bank is allotted the docket nos.; bank print it on the book & forwards the sms but the consignment is not hand over to postal department.

    We received msg from Bank regarding Chequebook sent through SPEEDPOST ref no. On[protected] and also says tht if not received within 5 working days please contact branch. We also checked with website but tracking number was wrong n shows different status.

      I have entered wrong ac no. [protected] (Bob, hyderabad branch) instead of [protected] (Bob, panipat branch). But i have used correct ifsc code of panipat branch while transferring a amount of rs. 13000 from my sbi ac no [protected]. I request u to please do look in this matter and return the same amount in my sbi account or transfer it to correct bob ac no.[protected].
      Kindly do something asap.

        The problem is that the beneficiary account number was closed from your bank so please refunt my money to my debit account. Please try as early as possible. I have to transfer it to another account.

            Sir i have not the salary a/c at ur branch.but due to demonetation of currancy wif i have to take mony i have to take from Home branch for this reason yesterday i have gone to the branch three times.they told me to come tommorow i did so ..but still i face the same problem cash is not there.that to ten thousand.as my christmas festivel is there so its urgent.plz do but today 23/12/16 when i was sitting in branch i notice they have given new currency that to 1 lakh.after saying cash is not there.
            I want the reason .when i have given chq. One day before only as told by BM.that to ten thousand.
            I am also citizen of india .
            Why this thing is happen to me .then what about poor people .
            I what salution to this as early as possible.

              I have transfer Rs 13, 000 from my sbi a/c no. [protected] to bank of baroda a/c no. [protected] on dated -15.12.2016 thru net banking. Transaction was succesful at the same time, but receipt account still not credited with this amount and also not return to my account . Still i have not received any trasaction cancelled message. So i request u to please look in this matter why your bank a/c receipient not credited with this amount.

Earlier we were getting its payment within 2 days but now a days it is a problem, we have to make payment for business accounts and need payments.                   I want to bring this into your kind attention that the staff in your bank branch does not behave properly with its valuable customers. They are always busy in their personal gossips/ They speak very harshly whenever we ask them anything/ They do not provide us right guidance (National Pension Scheme Account Balance & how to maintain NPS Account ) whenever we need it from their end.

                    From my saving account ₹ 5000 given to other customer with fake id proof and cashier Mr.Moharam khan and his mobile no.[protected]. Many times we have visited the branch but he is not responsing my case and this all matter was happen on dated 22/11/2016. And we have seen in the video clip one fake person has taken the amount but now all the staff members are not responsing to my case.

                        Respected Sir,

                        I am a 30 year old girl living in the city of Gondal, Rajkot Gujarat. I want to complain against the Bank of Baroda, college chowk branch Gondal 360311 Gujarat. I along with my father (who is a senior citizen) has gone to the bank on Thrusday morning 15/12/2016 to withdraw money but they said that there is no cash and asked us to come next day.This they kept on doing till wednesday 21 Dec 2016 say the bank has not recieved thee cash. When we talked to the manager he didn't replied satisfactorily, insted it was rude and uncivil. On the same day we went to Coporation bank and got good service along with the cash. We dont understand why they are soing it. They kept stalling us for nearly a week. Please do something. Observing things over the days, we think somthing fishy has been going on over there. We heard other people complain regarding the same against the same branch. Please do something.

                            I have transferred 2000rs on 7th dec to my paytm account .Money has been deducted but still my paytm account was not reflecting that money.I need my refund .                                     Sir I have applied for a Pos (Edc) machine for my shop on 22/11/2016, but still after 1 month no machine has been supplied and also your vendor not still being able to tell what more time will he take . This is a kind request to bank officials to kindly not give any lure to merchant i[censored] can't supply machines even after a month, ur vendor in Jamshedpur is not picking phones even to reply back to merchant otlets, now when whole Indian Government is promoting digital transactions ur bank is not even providing machine nor even giving a satisfactory reply.pls look after the matter n change vendor if he do not work properly.i have tied up with a nice bank I thought but didn't expected this poor service .

                                      Due to surgical strike it's very urgent for payment of school fees, telephone bill, light bill, etc.
                                      Marriage occasion in my family. So for shopping also it's required.
