    I an a pensioner and my pension account is with Bank of Baroda, Ashok nagar, Chennai. My PPO no.[protected]. My account no. 6000/525248 and BSR code of the bank is 0230701. I took voluntary retirement from the Income Tax Department w.e.f. 12/4/2016 (AN) and in the month of November, arrears of my pension has been credited to the said account. I find the arrears have not been calculated properly. On checking up with the bank, I am informed that the issue has to be taken up with your headquarters. Kindly get me a copy of the due drawn statement so as to enable me to verify the dues. In case of any discrepancy in the said statement, whom should I contact may also please be informed to me.       Respected sir/mam,
      My name is Archana Mukund Jagtap and my Bank of Baroda A/C No. is
      [protected] branch Ashok Nagar, Pune & Debit card no.
      [protected].
      on 28/10/2016 at about 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm I made a transaction of Rs.
      2000/- & Rs. 3000/- withdrawing from BOM Bajirao Rd. ATM but cash not
      received and amount deducted from my account.
      I am also informed to the bank staff and submit the complaint form.
      Bank Staff member said that money automatically return to your account
      within couple of days. But still now money not credit in my account.
      Please credit money in my account with Rs.5000/-

              Last 1 month i trying to taking my atm card but bob officer not give me my atm card. When i talking about my atm card to bob officers than they nor properly answering me sir. Pleas help me.

              Atm password give to me but atm card not give.
              Two time i go to bob branch but they not give and today i talked on telephone number they said to me after 15 days come and take your atm card.
              This is to much sir they are playing game with common man sir.

                Your officer can't talk in Gujarati in rural area of Gujarat so because of this tha people of village can't understand language they are speak. And talk with arrogance, attitude, and most irrespective ... please teach them how to deal with customer..because they treat the people is vary disgusting.please learn from axis bank they treat us like god not bagger.

                    I have 2 cheques on 2/12/2013 in vile parle east, mumbai branch. It has been 15 days they have not been cleared, when i contacted the branch they said the clearing happens in their central clearing hub in lokhandwala and the delay is due to some technical issue in the cheque deopsite kiosks. No definate time line has been given to me as to when they clear my cheques. The person who issued the cheque informs me that the money has debited from her account but not yet credited to mine, i have written a mail to the branch as well, i call daily to them. But no use.

                      I had deposited three checks in the bob branch shaikpet
                      1. Rs 11000 on 9/12/16
                      2. Rs. 1000 on 9/12/16
                      3. Rs 60000 on 13/12/16

                      Till date i only see available balance however no ledger balance. Upon asking on 14th dec i was told all the three amounts in total would reflect by 14th night and i was shown an email that confirmed the same however i still have no funds available to withdraw.
                      The branch does not allow more than 4000 withdrawal for other branch account holders. I have an account in ahmedabad. Now i am stuck with no money and i cannot travel because the above was my salary checks.

                        I'm using freecharge wallet for online transactions. i was adding money in my freecharge wallet on date 12-dec-2016 in night. during transaction it gives the message that "transaction failed" but the amount of rs-200/- was deducted from my account. after some time i received a message on my cell and an e-mail from freecharge that:
                        Refund initiated
                        Hi mohd amir khan,
                        Sorry, we have not received your money. your transaction of rs. 200 on freecharge has failed. normally it gets refunded by your bank within 72 hours.

                        But till now the amount is not refunded in my account.
                        It's my humble request to you that please look into the matter and resolve my problem.

                        Everytime there is server failure of online transaction from government bank card. I also have CBI card and as i rememember i faced this problem many times. Please go to your nearest bank of baroda(no need of home branch). Write a application regarding this and then ask from him about complaint number and now call to customer care and provide him that complaint number, he help you in speedy way.

                          It is highly surprising to see such rude behavior by the staff members. I had to urgently get a demand draft made, one of the members made me wait for one hour, later when i went to check for the status, that man was so rude, he was yelling at me, the entire crowd in the bank kept looking. No one even talks to their maids or servants like that! On the other hand, i was always polite and trying to co-operate and addressed him as "sir" though he was not worthy of it!
                          Are you people hiring illiterate, uneducated staff?! Please look into this or your bank is going to lose its valuable customers!

                                An ATM installed by BOB near Sushan crossing and outside of priyadarshini Nagar at Vadodara, Gujarat. This particular ATM never working, why unnecessary expenses bear by BOB when unable to maintained this ATM.
