I have a bank account with Bank of Baroda since more than 20 years. I am operating online through netbanking since a long. I am receiving OTP for login to my account but not not receiving Tracker Id for Beneficiary activation on my registered mobile number despite contact branch, [protected]@bankofbaroda.com & nri.[protected]@bankofbaroda.com. The replied received from Baroda Connect is not relevant to my query/problem.

    I have account in BOB branch Mungra Badshapur, Distt:- Jaunpur. Bank officers is not allowing to withdraw Cash, in-spite of having cash in branch(as bundles of note seen in branch after displaying NO CASH by branch).
    They generally give only[protected] rupees to one customer and after that they said they have no cash.
    Please take is matter as people are suffering too much due to their irresponsible behavior.

      I am a account holder of dharwad branch, karnataka. I have applied for net banking 3months ago and didn't got the password. I am really fed up of with your teams response no one is interested in attending the issue and no one is ready to help. I think this complaint may help in getting the password details.

        Sir, me bank me locker oprate krne 6.12.2016 & 07.12.2016 gya, but staffnhi hai kh kr mujhe loker nhi kholne diya. Maine emergency bhi show krke request ki, but bahut hi rude language me mujhe aaj jawab diya gya, i think that change other bank, due to non coopration with bank staff mujhe aaj tk koi jawab nhi mila. Bank employyes ka public k sath bahut hi bad hai. Unhe lagta hai ki, customer ne bank me aaker bahut bdi galti kr dee hai.

          I ajay kataria having saving a/c ([protected]) in bob gurgaon. I deposited one note of 1000/-in deposit m/c (Crhrgg02) at bob, basai road, gurgaon on 5/12/16 at 3.00 p. M. 1000/-rupee note deposited by m/c but it did not add in my account.
          So therefore i request you to please look into this matter so that i could get my money in my account.

                  1.I did a transaction at petrol bunk on 23/11/2016 for Rs 273.62 and paid through my Debit card.Bill was generated for Rs 273.62 and an amount of Rs 285.02 was found debited in my account.Excess of Rs 11.40 was bebited, it is not under stood.Though The Indian Govt is promoting digital transactions why this much of excess amount was debited.
                  2.An early reply is requested.

                    I have a/c in you bankof baroda in prabhadevi branch since 2008. sir i am seniour citizen. i had applied for cheque book they have sent 10 books of 50 pages so total 500 pages and charged me rs. 2875/ a lot for me.
                    Sir it is currant a/c and i always keep balance. i never issue more then 10 cheques in year.

                    Sir this is too much charges for me kindly waive charges. i can return 9 books immediatly. you can see my a/c of last 5 years
                    Kindly do needful and oblige,

                    I will be highly obliged if you can reduce /waive charges of chequebooks..

                        this is to inform you that i have an account which comes under Prime minister jan-dhan- yojna, but from this month they have blocked my debit card, i could not withdraw money from ATM.                           This is n. Ganga bhavani. On 20.10.2016 rs.5000 tr to[protected] from SB [protected] DCC bank. Actual Bob SB is[protected]. But ifsc code and account holder name was correctly entered. Without verifying all these rs. 5000 transfer to another account. I forworded mail to head office so many times. But nobody responded. Pl.                             Myself gone to bank of baroda atm adjacent to branch (Vishnu apartmnet, saltlake, sector-v, kolkata) on 30.11.2016 at 10.39am. Myself tried to withdraw of rs.2, 000/- but atm screen shows ' timed out' after few seconds and no cash dispensed from atm but same amount debited from my account. The complete operation happened in presence of security guard & he himself called to bank & inform the case. He suggested to report to bank. Myself immediately contacted the branch adjacent to the atm & they confirmed that it will reverse within 24 hours but till date the same amount has not credited in my account.

                              On Saturday night about 9:30 pm I went to bank of Baroda stn road roukela the guard present there was cleaning the atm room nd I asked him to give me few minutes as I want to withdraw money but he replied that atm is going to close nd he didn't allowed me to withdraw my money, when I asked his name he didn't replied his name nd said that enquire his name from the bank manager, i said I will report this matter to the bank he said" jaiye Jo karna hai kar ley bht dekhey hai report karney walo ko"0

                                  I am a customer of the bank of baroda chhawni branch bahraich. my account number is [protected]. on 19.11.2016 i have issued a cheque no. 505834 of rs. 20000.00 to my maid naseebun. but the branch manager refused to pay the amount owing to shortage of cash and asked to pay only rs. 10000.00. on being informed over my mobile i had issued another cheque no. 505835 of rs. 10000.00 but when she reached on the cash counter the cashier refused to pay the amount saying that the cheque is invalid/old. i could pay to my maid only when i reached the bank and withdrawal the money on a withdrawal form. on being inquired to the branch manager he said as the cheque is old and not cts so payment could not be made. i am also using net banking and mobile banking services of the bank. so when i inquired about the cheque nos. it shows that cheque is unused that means cheque is valid as it is showing in the data base of the bank and in my account. but owing to refusal of the branch manager i suffered a lot and the rest of the cheques are useless.

                                    मेरा नाम उर्मिला देवी है। मेरा बैंक ऑफ़ बरोदा की नांगलोई शाखा में खाता है।
                                    सर इस शाखा के जो केशियर हैं उनका व्यवहार कुछ ठीक नही है। आज मैं जब अपनी नगदी बैंक में जमा करवाने गयी तो मैंने देखा की वह सिर्फ 5-6 लोग लोग हैं जिन्हें नगदी जमा करवानी है। परंतु सर वो नगदी जमा नही कर रहे थे।
                                    जिस वक़्त मैं नगदी जमा करवाने गयी तब दोपहर के 2:30 बजे थे एवं लोग वहाँ 11 बजे से खड़े थे लेकिन वो नगदी जमा ही नही कर रहे थे।
                                    मेरे बोलने पर मुझ से बत्तमीजी से बात की और मुझे कहा कि ब्रांच से बहार निकलिये।
                                    मैंने जब अपने बेटे को मेनेजर के पास भेजा तो मेनेजर बोले की खड़े खड़े बात करिये बैठने की जरूरत नही है।
                                    वो भी उपभोक्ता की शिकायत सुनने को तैयार नही थे और गार्ड को कहा कि इन्हें बहार निकालिये।

                                    सर बैंक दोपहर 4 बजे तक सामान्य जनता के लिए खुले हैं लेकिन सर इस शाखा में न तो केशियर ठीक से काम कर रहा है और ना ही मेनेजर हमारी सुनने को तैयार है।
                                    सर आप से निवेदन है की मेरी सहायता की जाए क्योंकि सर वक़्त कम है और मैं अभी तक अपने पैसे जमा नही कर पायी हूँ एवं केशियर और मेनेजर को स्त्रियों से बात करने की तमीज नही है इससे पूरे बैंक का नाम ख़राब हो रहा है।

                                      Respected sir/madam
                                      i had applied for a loan of rs.5 lakh from PMEGP scheme under KVIB. for which i suggested the name of bank of baroda kullu (Himachal) branch. KVIB has approved 5 lakh rs for my project and a training was also held for the project which i completed. Bank had given me consent for the same .even bank has inspect my project area where i was going to establish my project. At last when i submitted all my documents including my training certificate bank manager refuse to give me loan and also misbehave with my father whose age is about 85. our entire family is familiar to this bank but now we are very upset and disturbed due to this behavior of bank. i used to visit every third day for the same project since last 3 months in the end i was surprisingly shocked by the manner less behavior.
                                      you are requested to inquire and take some action against this. OR i will go for ombudsman banking case and file a case for wasting my time and breaking trust of customer and also for mental harassment. (case date sept.2016 to 2 dec. 2016

                                        I deposit rs 100000 in the cash deposit machine yesterday 12/12/2016 and the transaction time was between 8.00-9.00 pm in the branch nehru ground faridabad, account number [protected] through debit card, account holder name ekta panchal the cdm properly work but after cash deposit rs 100000 machine was shown temporary out of service and error showing please contact branch manager. Need help please let me know what needs to be done.
