    Respacted sir .i have go to in your branch for submit money.then i have feel the receipt and i said to head cashier that please submit the money.but she refued that this is the other branch account .ido not submit .i ll submit only this branch money.and than i said that if you are denay than give me in writing but she said you write first.if your staff will do missbehave than custmer why come in to your branch.and i go in to court.first take action as soon as possible and revert me.thanks& regards

      I am an existing customer at bank of borada, and i am unable to use my netbanking for almost 3 months. I tried calling the bob (Tegharia branch) innumerable time, but the manger is worthless and no listen to any word. I dropped a mail to zonal complain email - but no one ever contacted me or tried to help my.

      I am feeling helpless and the way bob is treating it's customer, i don't think they are eligible to call themself a banking institution. Most worthless bank, i have ever seen.

        Sir, i am customer at bob shastrinagar bhavnagar branch. When i went to submit form 15h to your bank, your staff refused to accept one original and one xerox of it. They insisted on to accept both in original hand written copy. Other banks like boi, sbs, uco bank accept then why bank of baroda is refusing. Is it special bank then why customers are harrased.           Bank of baroda — failure to transfer money through imps mobile banking and not refunding my amount.

          I have transfered rs3000 from my account number [protected] name dilip kumar verma to sbi account number [protected] and ifsc code sbin009874 through mconnect application mobile banking imps reference no imps/p2a/[protected] on 06/06/2016. My account is debited 2 times for it but other side sbi account is not credit for it. Plz look into it urgently

            I have opted for Home Loan from BOB. My builder promised to deliver the home in 12 months, where in he took 24 months for completions. Initial 12 months we were charged pre emi for our loans. On 21st month all on a sudden the bank called me and asked me to pay the full emi for remaining 9 months from 13th month to 21st months which was around 80, 000. And they didnt even give me a days time. They called me in the afternoon and debited the money from my account in next few hours. I had that money for different purpose. They should have collected the money from 13th months on a regular basis. All on a sudden when a back charges a wholesome of 80000 without prior intimation it was very hard to handle the situation.

              Age about 82
              I am not getting dpdo pension certificate which concludes how much basic pension, da and other allowances are there this certificate is required for the card making process of echs and this is very urgent no branch of jodhpur is cooperating or helping us
              Account belongs to DRM office Ajmer even they are not providing us this certificate
              I stay in jodhpur and can't go to Ajmer so I request you to kindly guide us from where I can get it
              I visited to three branches in jodhpur but they are not issuing certificate, even the recepents of main branch are non cooperating and not behaved properly .

                I am a NRE account holder (Cust ID[protected]of Baroda bank and staying outside of India so the internet banking is the only option i have to do all my transaction but from last over a month i am not able to login to my account because the OTP is not receiving on my mobile and therefore i cannot use my own money. i sent several mails to my branch and as well as NRI relation desk but my base branch RATLAM (MP) is unresponsive and not replying to any of my email also many times i try to make phone call to my branch but phone is just ringing. i call the NRI call center and spend a big money for 30 minute of ISD call but they are also telling me to contact your branch, your mobile number need to be update and only branch can do that. firstly i dont understand if everything was in order from last more than a year i also i never requested for any change then suddenly how my mobile number got corrupted in their system because on the same mobile i was receiving all the alert massages and OTP since i open this account. Now can anyone tell me if branch is not responding to emails and phone calls then how do i contact to my branch may be they want me to fly back to India spend thousands of dollars to resolve my my small problem.

                  Bank of baroda have not disbursed the one rank one pension arrears in my pension account no [protected] in Bank of Baroda, belghoria branch (kolkata) till date.whether other banks disbursed in the month of april 2016.the colleagues who retired with me got the arrears from their relevant branches in various banks. kindly look into this matter and get me the same.

                      I received a call from unknown number and they are telling that they are calling from bank of baroda and asking me my card details in 6 oclock in morning .as i made complain yesterday this is fraud or scam .and the number is [protected].i am going to file a police complain regarding this.

                        Charge dispute

                        A refund has been made by amazon on 12th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action....

                        I called BOB call center to block my ATM cards to be blocked on 22nd May and 24th May . However First time my call was kept on hold for a long period and not got final solution. Second time my call was automatically disconnected during talk, as it was 10 pm. Though my call was initiated around 9:45. Finally I need to know when will I get new ATM CARD.

                          Worst customer service ever! Customer care executives are so arrogant! spoke to one female executive she did not even help. instead of helping she was showing me attitude! i asked her if i could speak to her senior she arrogantly refused and the other time she said wait ill call my senior. she kept me on hold for 15mins twice as she thought i would keep the phone and thats what happened . Being a working professional i cant be on calls. Train your staff first of all! Action should be taken !

                              I sandeep kumar having an a/c in the indusind bank mohali. A/c no[protected]
                              When i tried to withdraw rs 5500 from my a/c[protected] on 13th may around 09:54 am from the bank of baroda chandigarh atm 91, 44c, chandigarh, 160047 at the time atm machine showing me transiction cancel so that i could not recievd any money nor any reciept from the atm.
                              But when i checked the balance from the other atm after an hour the balance was deducted from my a/c.

                              Ir i have already given the complain to the bank of baroda chandigarh till now no any reply come not the money.

                                I parvita jain having an account in your bank wants to register a complaint that the rs 70.20 was wrongly debited at 10:17 am on[protected] when i was making the payment online to iifl limited and my balance was debited of rs 70.20 while the transaction was incompleted and unsuccessful.                                   This is to bring your kind notice that applicant firm is an account holder in bank of baroda. We are facing lot of problems in banking services at vidhyadher jaipur branch.
                                   many times they deny to deposit our cash by pretending that server is down come after 3 pm or right now we are busy come later.
                                   today dated[protected] i went to deposit cash in at vidhyadher jaipur branch then cashier misbehave with me. Even he through my cash and deny to deposit then other customer also oppose him and then he deposit my cash. They all said that cashier behavior is not appreciate even they all are also suffering from this problem.
                                   if banking ombudsman wish he can check cctv recording of bank that cashier has through my cash and misbehave with me and others.
                                   when i ask his name he said “giriraj”. Also said how much you wish complain.
                                   then i said i will complain this to banking ombudsman (Lokpal) he said to me that in frount front of me your acting or threating will not work. Banking ombudsman can’t suspend me or make me jobless.
                                   bank manager was also not in his cabin or bank at that time.
                                  I request you to please initiate this the issue and do necessary action so me and other customer can get butter services from bank of baroda.

                                    There is a branch manager and banksotherstaff they are not able to understand gujarati and we are live in rural area in gujarat we are not understand hindi in properly so there are many communicative problems raised. And the manager is very short tempered and he misbehave the customer and dont answered properly

                                      Sir my a/c is showing that payment of 1800 rs has been made on 17/05/2016.
                                      But neither i have made any payment nor i use my debit card.
                                      Further i didnt get any sms of payment of such transaction. I have just recently check out my balance nd visited bank branch. They are not able to satisfy my query. I want to know how it can be happened that without any authorisation balance has got deducted.
