I am unable to do any online debit card transaction with my bob debit card since months.I have raised the issue on their mail but received no response. The contact number is always busy and not responding. I an unable to do any transaction with my card and is huge trouble for me.

Also I have requested for net banking facility for which I have filled forms and submitted atleast 4 times to the branch but still this service is not activated. I have applied for online banking from past 2 years but they are not taking any action.

Kindly help me with my issues as I dont have any alternate solution to this.

    I, amiya prakash s/o shri lal ji singh, hereby informed you that bank of baroda branch imilia chatti bajar, chunar mirazapur, uttar pradesh, we have joint kcc loan account at this branch, we tried to approve kcc loan from january 2016 but branch manager denied for loan, he told that there is no fund for any type of loan in this branch and you can apply in the month of april 2016. Then we again applied for kcc loan in the month of april 2016, now branch manager has been changed and he will be on leave for 10 days and told us that you come on 16 th may 2016. I will meet to manager again on 16th may 2016 and now he will again postponed and told us that you come in last week of june 2016. We tried from last six months, but till now we did not got positive response. Now we are exploited by branch manager imilia bazar chunar mirzapur uttar pradesh india.

    Kindly take suitable and necessary action, however we can believe and faith on bank of baroda branch.

      I have applied in the above mentioned company ipo for 70 shares through my broker matalia stock broking pvt ltd, rajkot.
      Application are bided by broker and sent to your bank for blocking the amount as per sebi guideline. But as per remark by registrar my application was rejected dut to bid not banked.
      Hence i not allotted shares and incurred loss due to non allotment.
      You are requested to take immediate action and compensate me.

          Sir we have a joint saving a/c in bob sultanpur karondia branch (Branch code - 5647). With my wife & my father a/c no.[protected]. I had applied for atm (Debit card) in first week of march 2016 but till date i didn't get the same.
          Many time i have contacted the branch but was asked for waiting only.

                  Dear sir,
                  I had applied for an ipo of equitos. But the amount was not freezed in my account and subsequently did not receive the shares inspite of amount in my account being sufficient to the amount required to clear my asba transaction.

                  When inquired in my branch i was given a rickless answer to inquire to my broker where i submitted my application form. My broker is in possession of each & every document which proves that the application has been forwarded but the amount not being freezed by bank of baroda………
                  I being the account holder is under a huge loss of not getting the shares inspite of having amount due to mishandling on the part of bank of baroda……….

                  I am being suggested to approach rbi as i have all the evidences of application being forwarded but not processed by bank of baroda. I am the account holder with the bank & have never faced such a situation since 1990. So i trust the procedures and decided to inform the management of bob at a primary level & then approach rbi only & only if i don’t get a satisfactory answer.
                  Hope i ‘ll get a satisfactory answer and will not have to involve rbi between us.

                    On 13.10.2015 rs.2998.80 was paid to school of open learning, delhi university towards admission fee of garima khera, b.A.(hons)iii.

                    Due to net technicalities the payment was debited twice to my savings account no[protected] with kaushambi branch

                    reimbursement of one amount of rs.2998.80 is not made and my repeated mails and personal visits are not finding any result.

                    Delhi university maintains that they have adjusted one payment towards admission and second payment has been refunded back through operations account arn no.[protected] 8393 on[protected].

                      Very very bad staff they don't know how to talk with customers no one is there to help customers.No one is ready to help and the catholic madam says close the account talking in the rude way event the pinon is same.and the customer don't know the time of manager when he comes and when he go. i went to joint the account with my brother the person keep me standing for about 30 to 40 min and he was on his personal call talking and blushing and pinon say he will talk on phone what ever u want to do u can do.all this happen in nalasopara west branch

                        Hi Sir, this is to inform that I had fixed deposit Rs. 90, 000 on 02/09/2013 in Bank of Baroda, Bank told me that you will get 7.5% int-rest amount per annual. I have fixed this amount for the 2 years. when I have withdrawal this amount on 29/06/2015 then bank given me Rs. 6, 500 only and bank told me that you will not get any int-rest amount. No.[protected](Bank of baroda, town hall, udaipur), i withdrawn 3000/- from bob atm, but no succsessful transaction.But i got sms on my mobile about debited 3000/-, i check my a.C balance 3000/- is debited, but actually transaction not succses, b'coz atm got out of service temporary in middle of transaction, other transaction of 3000/-was succsessful from another atm.So i want refund for my first 3000/-.

                                  Sir,
                                  I sri Hinmansu sekhar Parida, holder of car loan account no-06/0678 from (Baripaba branch Mayurbhanj, Odisha), had taken the above car loan on dt.[protected].at that time I was informed by the Branch Manager that as per the scheme i.e the Puja offer (zero processing)fee will be charged on me.But after one year on dt.[protected] the processing fee of Rs-1584 has been imposed on me, I intimated this to the B.M.through the field officer, and he ensured me that it willbe deducted at the time of clearance of the loan.Sir on dt[protected], I closed my loan account by paying all due amount including the document & processing charges.
                                  So my humble request to please be kind enough to reverse the afore said amount to my savings account bearing no-01/5261.
                                  Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                    Dear sir, respectively i say that. Many times orally and written application give our bank branch bank of baroda, safedabad, barabanki u. P. But no any responses till now. My complain is written below
                                    Ir, i recharge my telenor no. [protected]. First time 168/- rupees dated 14/12/2015, time 22:01:17) and second time 168/- rupees dated 21/01/2016 time 15:52:55) both times money is debited but not transfer in my mobile number. Telenor's costumer care officers both times say, transaction is fails so that telenor no. Is not recharge. So, i request you according to bank's rules and regulations take an action.

                                    Econd i complain online thrice time he give me three tracker ic 107153, 108886, 110867 and two complain no[protected],[protected]
                                    Bank of baroda process all formalities
                                    But he didn't refund my money
                                    Ir two times debited 168 rupees in my account debited date and time first 14/12/15, 22:01:58 and second time and time 21/01/16, 15:52:55
                                    This is my problem

                                      I paid my axis bank credit card bill from bank of baroda net banking.The transaction says failed but the amount of rs.5448 is deducted from my bank of baroda account.I have to pay within this week please refund my amount or pay to my credit card as soon as possible.Is this the way the emergency payment is delayed.Iam expection a sudden reply and also a good response from you for our better future transaction.Thank you.
