Dear Sir/Madam,
I received a debit card from bank of baroda malad branch after a long wait of 4 months by repeated complaints in head office, but card is not completely functional yet, I tried to pay bills online but it shows visit your branch and contact customer service officer,
Card is only functional to withdraw cash from ATM.
When i visited customer service officer, they said me that card should be functional and no need to do any thing,
when i asked them the problem, they informed, once back office team reply them i will receive proper answer.
I visited twice bank of Baroda malad branch but even this time i didn't receive proper answer, so thought to launch a complaint online.
Bank of Baroda Malad branch is one of the worst service provider.
This time i am not going to visit manager, as i know he is useless, even last time my query was not solved by him.
