My Name is Sameer Dolas. I a'm writing mail to you to inform you regarding fail transaction using BOB ATM card.

Account owner :Vishnu Genu Dolas

Account No.:[protected].

My father (Vishnu Genu Dolas) withdrawal 2000 Rs using Bank of Baroda ATM card from HDFC ATM machine and the amount get deducted from his account and didn't receive money from HDFC ATM machine.

So it my request you to please help us to get refund the money.

My father also visit Bank of Baroda Poona Camp Branch and he meet MR Goopi he told him he is not able to help with the money refund and suggest to contact HDFC bank and as per suggestion we meet HDFC akurdi branch they told us the account is handled by Bank of Baroda so contact them.

Kindly request you to help us to refund the money.

    I did a transaction online on myntra. I tried to pay through net banking which eventually failed. So i paid through my atm card instead. I received only one message of rs. 1070 getting debited from my account, however my remaining balance was lower. So i checked my mini statement online and it showed that another amount of rs 1070 was debited through online banking which was actually failed. I want my refund.

      Sir i used to make transaction thru online from long time. May be few time my transaction got decline due to insufficient balance or any other reason. Now my card is blocked for internet transaction and i have been asked to visit base branch which is not possible for me as i live in other town now. Please help me. I tried to contact customer care but they are not responding properly. My bank details are as follow

        Actually my net banking user id is "vamshisanathana" and for some unavoidable reasons i have enter wrong password say capital letter
        After 5 times it is showing "invalid user id or password"
        If i click forget user id the user id gets mailed to my email and phone too, but is is fully different from what i have kept, my user id is "vamshisanathana" but in my mail it is showing "vamshisanathana"
        Its not my problem my problem is those both are not working

        Kindly help me

          I roushan kumar a/c no. [protected] ( bob payagipur branch) send rs 7500 through cheque no 000003 by neft to rahual roy a.C no.[protected] (Sbi branch laundi) .

          Note: sir from my account rs 7500 is debited on 29.2.16 but untill 13.4.16 the amt. Was not credited in rahual roy account.I had complian regaarding this but no conculision was received until today only on 7.4.16 they give me the national electronic fund transfer report in which message status (Processed) written .

          Please help i request you from the bottom of my heart .

          Today, I have booked a Redmi Note 3 on Amazon.in through my BoB Debit Card, registered by the name of Neha Masand.The phone costs Rs.9999 and I booked it only once but the money has been debited twice from my account and Rs.19998 have been reduced from my bank balance.
          I would request you to refund my Rs.9999 back.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I received a debit card from bank of baroda malad branch after a long wait of 4 months by repeated complaints in head office, but card is not completely functional yet, I tried to pay bills online but it shows visit your branch and contact customer service officer,
            Card is only functional to withdraw cash from ATM.

            When i visited customer service officer, they said me that card should be functional and no need to do any thing,
            when i asked them the problem, they informed, once back office team reply them i will receive proper answer.

            I visited twice bank of Baroda malad branch but even this time i didn't receive proper answer, so thought to launch a complaint online.

            Bank of Baroda Malad branch is one of the worst service provider.

            This time i am not going to visit manager, as i know he is useless, even last time my query was not solved by him.

            Some times deposited machine and some time ATM machine are not working for 24 to 72 hours.
            Really bad service of Bob ATM not useful in emergency.

              Hello sir.

              First of i want to know properly my all thing.
              I was come on friday and taken form for account opening at that time they give me replied that plz u will come on monday 11/04/16
              So at that day i had gone at there. But on that day there is also same replied given me that please you sholud come on tomorrow..
              So i gone there on next day 12/04/16
              On these day one of the officer which collect all the things gave me answered that now u will come on next week

              So i arrgaue why u give time and time.. So he gave me all answered with very rude behaviour and tallkef that please meet to branch manager..
              If bank officer gived this types of ans than how we can manage at there.. So please do something against him

                सेवा निवृति के पश्चात मुझे जो आंशिक भुगतान प्राप्त हुआ उसमें से कुछ राशि अधिक व्याज प्राप्त करने के उद्देश्य से मैंने डाक घर से वरिष्ठ नागरिक बचत खाता खोलने हेतु दो चेक संख्या 000176 व 000177 दिनाँक 08 मार्च 16 व 09 मार्च 16, Rs.5लाख - 5 लाख डाकघर में जमा किया जो क्लीयरिंग हेतु एकसाथ आपके बैंक में पहुंचा तत्पश्चात आपके फतेहगंज, फैज़ाबाद शाखा ( 2226, fatfai ) के प्रवंधक का मेरे पास फ़ोन आया जिसमें उन्होंने एक साथ इतना धन निकालने पर आपत्ति जतायी इसपर मैंने उन्हें दोनों चेक काटने के उद्देश्य से अवगत कराया और उन्हें बताया कि अप्रैल 16 से सरकार द्वारा व्याज में कटौती की जा रही है इसलिए मेरा इस समय उक्त चेक काटना आवश्यक हो गया था परन्तु मैं बाकी धन आपकी शाखा में ही रखूँगा परन्तु फिर भी उनके द्वारा दबाव बनाकर क्लीयरिंग करने वाली मुख्य शाखा से मेरे एक चेक को क्लियर कराया गया व दूसरे चेक संख्या 000177 को हस्ताक्षर में अन्तर बताकर वापस करवा दिया गया जबकि चेक में मार्किंग (गोल घेरा ) खाताधारक के नाम पर की गई I

                श्रीमान जी मेरे खाते पर चेक बुक प्रारम्भ से ही जारी है और हस्ताक्षर भी प्रारम्भ से वही है I ऐसा भी नहीं है कि मैंने पहली बार चेक जारी किया है मेरे खाता में जारी सभी चेक जो इस चेक के पहले व बाद में भी जारी है का सत्यापन करें और हमें भी अवगत करावें कि क्या वास्तव में मेरा हस्ताक्षर इस योग्य नहीं था कि उसे ऑनर किया जाता ?

                श्रीमान जी क्या मार्च का महीना होने के कारण कोई व्यक्ति अपना धन आपके बैंक से निकालने हेतु स्वतंत्र नहीं है या उसे चेक जारी करने से पूर्व आपके शाखा प्रवन्धक से अनुमति लेना आवश्यक है यदि ऐसा है तो कृप्या मुझे अपने बैंक की उक्त नियमों अथवा भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक की यदि इस प्रकार की कोई गाइड लाइन है तो हमें अवगत करावें ? यदि मुझसे आपके बैंक ने कोई निश्चित धनराशि निकालने का कोई एग्रीमेंट किया है तो मुझे मय प्रमाण अवगत करावें ?

                  I tried to transfer rs 200000 from my bob account number [protected] bank of baroda a b road indore to my sbi account in sbi patrakar colony indore.

                  First bob debited my cheque and then dishonored it due to which sbi deducted rs 229.00


                  When i asked for the reason i was told that our bank as called on your mobile for confirmation but the call went missed from your side.


                  This is the worst reason for a consumer to hear. If one call went in to missed.. Bob should make more calls, or sms to call back, to contact the customer.. What if the customer is driving or any meeting.. This is the most unprofessional behavior i have seen from such a reputed bank. Really disappointed. #bankofbaroda @bankofbaroda

                          We found a Bank charge of Rs. 287 on my Savings A/c No. [protected](Sadanand Road Branch, Kolkata) dated 16.03.2016 adressing "OUTWARD RETURN CHARGES" due to "REQUIRED INFORMATION NOT LEGIBLE'" for cheque No. 85 of Rs. 1, 00, 000/-.

                          Please note that cheque No. 85 ad been utilized much earlier on 23.12.2015 as self withdrawal of Rs. 10, 000/-.

                          We are unable to understand how a cheque no. can be utilized twice,...

                            Yes you are correct dear...same is here ...we are also refused to bribe the bank of Baroda manager, branch Mandawar mahawa road, mandawar, distt. dausa, rajasthan... and he is harassing and insulting all my family members as well as in public. he is not ready to give the support to release /issue the amount of KCC while all things have been settled as per BOB norms...if anyone is listening please help us and revert over [protected]@gmail.com...

                              Hi,

                              On 5th february, 2016 my account got debited twice when i swiped my debit card in the reliance digital store. I am following up with the branch for two months now but haven't received any update. This is a transaction of rs. 21, 121 and i am losing out interest on this money for this period.

                              I have attached the screenshots of the store's swiping machines on that particular date with my previous mail. It shows that they have received the money only once.

                              I would like to get the money back with the interest for 2 months.

                                    I have an problem... My card is blocked. It seems unauthorised transection while using it.
                                    I have tried more then 100 times to contact bank of baroda atm help desk no. But there is no one picked my call, and i didn't get response once out of them.

                                    I did not aspect that bob has giving that type of poor services while knowing best position bank, and very initiative bank in india.

                                    I am really very unhappy with the services of the bank.

                                      My saving Bank A/c with Bank of Baroda, Industrial Area Jagdishpur, Amethi has been repeatedly debited with Rs.5039.81 four times. Three times on[protected] at 11:30pm (night) and once on[protected] at 08:59 am (morning). This came to our knowledge through 4 sms received on my mobile no [protected]. fifth sms on[protected] at 9:01 am was about transaction declined due to insufficient balance.

                                      My ATM card was with me and I've never shared any information related to my ATM card with any one. No OTP also received on my mobile.

                                      Bank is showing total helplessness about the happening.
