I took a loan from bank for business purposes, I got some cash overdue due to covid, I have taken a loan in the name of my company but the bank officials are constantly coming to my house and asking other members of the household to pay the gold or cash.The bank manager is constantly harassing me by saying that I have been given a loan as per pmegp and will repay the subsidy amount....

Amazon initiated a refund of Rs.899 on 27th October for the product I returned but the refund is still not credited in my bank account.
They also provided me the reference number for the confirmation that there is no issue from their side.
But my bank, Bank of Baroda Defence enclave, their services are so poor and staff is so rude and they are not cooperating.
