Dear Sir, I had a credit card from the Bank of Barada. I paid all my dues I kept telling my agent to close my credit card no. [protected] since February. But he didn't take any action to deactivate my card. In May, I received another bill and I paid again. I pled to my agent to deactivate and was repeatedly told I won't be liable to pay any more dues arising from activation of the card. I also received a message from the bank notifying me about the deactivation of the same. Fast-forward to December 2021, I received a message, reading, the credit limit on my card had increased and the very next day I received another bill of RS590.

It is very frustrating if I have to pay my bills for a card which is already been deactivated almost for one and half years. I request a quick response to resolve the issue.

    Used my bank ATM card in
    Bank of Baroda ATM (At bareilly plice line branch )
    for withdraw cash -9000rs. on[protected], time -12:52
    - but i didn't receive cash of 9000rs. from ATM machine of BOB,
    ATM slip Receipt shows message"Transaction Declined -Unable to Process", i tried 2 times but same Problam both time & after that i got SMS from bank that 9000 rs. debited from my baLANCE

    Means 9000 rs. deducted my account but i did'nt get any money,
    I have register complain at BOB bank of india- banK replies that THE TRANSACTION IS SUCCESSFUL

    so whom i complain to get back my -9000 rs. ??

    Kindly take Necessary Action & Refund my Amount as soon as possible

        Dear sir i live in jodhpur sector 4. Yesterday went to bank of baroda 3 A9 Kudi Bhagtasani Housing Board Dist Jodhpur Rajasthan 342005 to deposit my cash and i deposited 2500 in ur cash deposit machine at 7:28pm but as i kept the sum of 2500 in ur machine the machine got sever error and then ur machine got stuck and my money not came back or nor it had been credited in my account so sir i humbly request u to resolve my problem as soon as possible because i had urgent need of money for some issues...

          Net Banking on Amazon Business not possible.

          I have an current account with Bank of Baroda. But when I want to order something on Amazon, in net banking option, Bank of Baroda is not shown. Because of this I'm not able to purchase anything from Amazon. Few months back had purchased from Amazon by paying through bank of Baroda only. From last 2-3 months I cant see BoB in net banking options....

          On 28/11/2021 ko BOB Mandoli ATM se 5000 rupay nikal ne gayi thi ATM se rupay nahi nikle aur ATM Machine ne out of service likha aa gaya lekin mere account se 5000 rupay cut gaye pl. Help and refund my money to my account

              My name is (Shaikh Mohammad Amin) and I had ordered (Product) of RS.3266/-
              (Mx 4 Channel Audio) in Amazon on (08/11/21) and after (10/11/21) I returned this order due to personal reason. And on (13/11/21 on which refund initiated)
              Amazon initiated the amount to my Bank Of Baroda Acc but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
              [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So

                I bought headphones from amazon worth rupees 1399 on 8 sept 2021. the refund was generated on sept 14 by the company but i have not received the refund yet. when i am talking the bank customer care they say that no refund has been received.
                the company have also provided the reference number of the transaction made from their side. the reference number is[protected]
                I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                    I have not received the interest for gold bond since Jan 21.I bought the bonds from Bank of Baroda (formerly Vijaya bank Moodlapalaya branch Bengaluru. IFSC code BARB0VMOPA
                    Through the branch sent letters giving the new account number. Still no response.

                      This is not recorded or updated with Bob financial.
                      Repeated complaints to crm bobfinancials has not been attended by them.Now they warned as defaulted by seeking immediate payment on Dec 4 which I paid again Nov and Dec bills under protest. Pl see attached screen shots

                        My Name is Madhu Chiplunkar, I am NRI Staying in Switzerland Since a Long time I am a customer BOB at Cuffe Parade Branch in Mumbai

                        Since a week, I have requested for the remitance of Two Checks to Axis Bank Manish Nager Branch in Nagpur . The staff at BOB including GM is careless. There is not any responsible person handling my request. They ask me to GM. when Icall him .he is always in some meeting and don't care about me.They don't replay my calls or E-Mails. This is very frustrating and discouraging.

                          I took a loan from bank for business purposes, I got some cash overdue due to covid, I have taken a loan in the name of my company but the bank officials are constantly coming to my house and asking other members of the household to pay the gold or cash.The bank manager is constantly harassing me by saying that I have been given a loan as per pmegp and will repay the subsidy amount.

                                  Amazon initiated a refund of Rs.899 on 27th October for the product I returned but the refund is still not credited in my bank account.
                                  They also provided me the reference number for the confirmation that there is no issue from their side.
                                  But my bank, Bank of Baroda Defence enclave, their services are so poor and staff is so rude and they are not cooperating.
                                  Reference number is[protected].
