    I have an problem... My card is blocked. It seems unauthorised transection while using it.
    I have tried more then 100 times to contact bank of baroda atm help desk no. But there is no one picked my call, and i didn't get response once out of them.

    I did not aspect that bob has giving that type of poor services while knowing best position bank, and very initiative bank in india.

    I am really very unhappy with the services of the bank.

      My saving Bank A/c with Bank of Baroda, Industrial Area Jagdishpur, Amethi has been repeatedly debited with Rs.5039.81 four times. Three times on[protected] at 11:30pm (night) and once on[protected] at 08:59 am (morning). This came to our knowledge through 4 sms received on my mobile no [protected]. fifth sms on[protected] at 9:01 am was about transaction declined due to insufficient balance.

      My ATM card was with me and I've never shared any information related to my ATM card with any one. No OTP also received on my mobile.

      Bank is showing total helplessness about the happening.

                  I have an account in bank of baroda, account no is [protected].
                  I have 2-3 fixed deposits but i lost the hard copy of it although i am using internet banking and i know the fd's number.
                  And i want to liquidate my fd's as i need it.
                  I visited the bank but thet told me a long process to liquidate the fd's and also told me that the fd will get liquidate at mature date only... Also i need to go notary to get stamp of rs 100 for each fd.
                  Then i called the customer care they told me to write an application and yr fd will get liquidate.
                  I visited bank again with this thought on 18march 2016 they told me branch manager is on leave and will be back on 21 march 2016 so they cant help me on this. Today again when i reached to bank they again denied to help me by saying branch manger is on leave today as well so they cant entertain me today as well.
                  I am fed up now.
                  I am bot able to use my money.
                  Please help me to liquidate my fd's as i need it urgent.
                  Also i dont want to continue with this bank of baroda anymore.
                  This is not the first time i am facing the issue. In past i faced it many times.

                  Request you all to look into this issue on high priority.

                      With referecne to above mentioned subject, let me regret to say that for last one month, bank of baroda, palanpur gurunank chowk branch is not able to provide the slip books for depositig cash in the bank when we ask the concerned person/s we were told that stock of depository slip books is over and they are not authorised to get them printed even if required.

                      So when we deposit cash or cheque in the bank we have to fill details in saperate slips only and counterfoil that we get after deposit is difficult to take care.

                      In business you know very well counter foil 's book is very useful for making entries in our account books

                      It is shameful and a spot for renowned bank that customer like us who have 7 saving and 3 current accounts have to be dissatisfied with bank s services

                      So look into the matter and release the order for getting enough slip books in the bank before much time passes by

                          It is brought to your kind notice that I am holder of SB A/C No [protected] with your branch at Ferozepur City. A payment of Rs.7332/- was made through ATM to Bharti Retail (Easy Day) on date 30/01/2016 But transaction was failed whereas amount was debited. For this complaint was the registered on dated 02/02/2016 in branch. But no action yet taken. So you are requested to solve my complaint and transfer the amount of Rs. 7332 /- with interest in my above mention A/C No. Other wise I am ready to close my account due to poor services of Bank and i will knock the door of court.

                          On dated 11.02.16, I have make a payment to jaipur development authority jaipur Rs. 15211.45 but bank has debited wrongly my account Rs. 20211.45

                          My bank of baroda branch has not support me and customer care service has continuously busy ( toll free no busy ).

                          Please help me and please arrange to refund may excess amount immediately and oblige.

                            Recently on 12th March 2016, Mr.Chandra Bhushan, who is associated with Legal India & Pravakta.com as an IT Consultant faced online fraud transaction in his Bank of Baroda’s bank account. In the noon of 12th march at 12:03PM, Mr. Bhushan got three SMS of debit of Rs.5078.97 from his bank account.

                            He was shocked to see the SMS and immediately checked his account logging via online. He noticed that the debit transaction of Rs.5078.97 has been done repeatedly 3 times at an interval of 25-30 seconds at 12:03pm on 12th March 2016 to an unknown recipient but the transaction date was mentioned 14th March 2016, i.e. two days advance.


                            He immediately called the customer care center of Bank of Baroda and complain about the issues, But the customer care executive was totally unable to tell about the transaction and recipients, he only suggested to block the debit card. Mr. Bhushan immediately requested to block the card and asked about the advance date of transaction.

                            Customer care executive justified the transaction by saying that due to Saturday since bank working hour closed after 12:00pm therefore all the transaction done after 12:00pm will be showed in the date of coming working day. However Mr. Bhushan referred about the last Saturday, 5th March transaction of Rs.340 to Bharati Airtel at evening 5:00PM that was registered on the same day i.e. 5th March 2016. But again Customer Care executive has not given any satisfactory reply.

                            He requested the Executives to block the transaction of 14th March since its future transactions but Executive expressed his inability to do so.

                            Now the question is that has the Bank of Baroda provided online transaction facilities to its account holders without any security prevention?

                            Secondly can any unanimous user, do future transaction date entry in their bank server.

                            Thirdly can any unanimous user can do transaction in any one’s account without their permission?

                            Fourthly if any account holders know about future fraud transaction, then how he will stop the transaction?

                              I would like to draw your kind attention that i havr applied for replacing my atm pin at the bank of baroda, ratu branchi, ratu chatti, ranchi, 835222 but did not recieved yet, the bank officails said that it will delivered within 15 days.it became almost 2 months, but didnot recieved yet the pin of atm.

The site Certificate is expired and none of the browsers including Google, Firefox, and Internet Explorer are able to login to the account.                                 I wanted to deposit money in my brothers account of indoor branch so I aproched bank of baroda Mangaon, raigad branch at sharp 3pm, but the employee said after 1pm they do not accept any transaction.

                                      March 8 I tried to book a ticket in bookmyshow.com.. I typed password otp and all correctly but somehow transaction failed. I tried six times again and again but the transaction failed.I got a msg from bookmyshow that all the six times my payment was failed. Suddenly I got six messages in mobile as my account was charged for the six times. Still I didn't getting any refund. No response from customer care.they handle customers like poop. I have all the proof correctly.my account number is [protected]. I ll definitely go to consumer court if it is not refunded in 5 days. The problem was on your side. Not on bookmyshow.
