Respected Sir, I received one call from [protected] He told me that he is SBI Branch Manager & added that Your bank account will be close and he is provide new Pin of my ATM card than i told him that i Have no SBI Bank Account & i have Bank Of Baroda (BOB)...suddenly he disconnect the call. After only 7 minutes i got 5 transaction messages from Bank Of Baroda. I lost my 20000/- rupees. Please help me and take strict action against it. Thank You.

      Sir, I have a saving account no [protected] in the name o[censored]rmila Devi in your bank at Maujpur, Delhi 110053. I have already registered a complaint [protected] on dated 06/10/2015 regarding the issue on your toll free no [protected] but I havn't received any reply so far. When I contacted to the concern branch they replied that the issue is under process. On Monday 5th 2015 I withdraw Rs 15000/- from the ATM at Kashmiri gate, but I didnot get money from the ATM. at the same time I received a message from bank regarding debit of Rs 15000/-.Even after so many complaints to concern branch nothing has been done so far.       Dear concern,
      It is passed more than a month but nothing has been done so far. I would like to draw your kind attention that there is no positive response from bank officials, actually they are not ready to listen anything about the stated complaint. Today when we approached to the bank Mr Arora who was working in absence of Ms Divya the dealing person replied that " CASH HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY YOU, WE CANNOT DO ANYTHING. GO TO POLICE STATION FOR FIR". and do not come with this complaint.The negative attitude of bank is really shocking, It shows how they treat their customer. They must have CCTV footage with them, but in spite of checking all the errors through CCTV they wants to close the complaint. It is our hard earned money.
      You are requested to forward my complaint to higher office.

        Every time i enter "User ID" in the login window of bob retail banking it goes to the next page i.e. "One Time Password" screen that i attached below with label name BOB-SS2. While there is no such option where i can put the mobile number and get message for such OTP that the page wants. i want to complaint against bank of baroda for such a useless online ibanking site they made for customer. And no body is troubleshooting my problem since so long on the customer service call centre.

          I faced humiliation by bank of Baroda staff. Clock tower branch Ludhiana Punjab.when I reach there to encash a cheque. Along with branch manager they made fun of me. They simply denied to clear my cheque.. And suggest me to go and make a complaint. Bank staff is doing this sort of behavior. Pls do the needful asap. Regards Somesh ohri

          Today morning I reached bank to encash my cheque. A lady ask me to attach ID Xerox with cheque. I just ask lady last 4 /5 times your bank is not asking me for ID Xerox. A lady ask me to tallk with self chq clearing manager & I asked him all things now that manger suddenly shouting on me & OFFERS ME TO SIT IN HIS PLACE & CLEAR ALL CHEQUES. He is asking me that they have lots of work & customer don't no anything how much they in pressure. Now I need answer that how can customer sit in his place & do his work..?

            On 22. 07. 2015, I have made an online Fixed deposit thr’ Net Banking ( A/c no[protected] . Rs 1060 with Principle amount was supposed to be credited to my savings account on 23.10.2015. Surprisingly, only RS 6036 has been credited to present savings account, bearing number [protected] .Situation thus seems to anomalous

              I Sant Lal Yadav, have account in Bank of Baroda (ABHAYKHAND -2, Ghaziabad U.P.) I withdraw RS. 2000 money date 08 Oct 2015 from ATM but did'n get money from ATM and money is deducted from my account. I called bank of baroda customer care service regarding this they told me wait for one week your money will be refunded but did'n get any money from that. after one week I called him again they told me that go to your branch office to ask to Branch manager to send email regarding this to bank of baroda debit card department as suggested by customer care service officer I emailed debit card department by Branch manager multiple times but the result was same and I still did not get any money refunded in my account regarding this.

              Please help me for the same.

                I am from jaipur and i have an account in bank of baroda vkia branch . one day i made a trancation by baroda m connect an amount of 2000 but after trancation my balance is as well as before i made trancation aur jab mene evening me balance cheak kiya to bhi mera balance utna hi tha to mene soche ki traction nhi hua and agin i made traction and it was success and next day my account show that your balance is -15385 and i contact to coustmer care then they told me that we are not able to help you .you should contact to branch and when i contact to brach they told me that you made this trancation and deposite it in your account
                i said that sir i have no such balace in my account than why trancation made
                it is not my mistake and why i deposit it

                  Hello Sir/Madam, I took Education loan on year 2007 with Bank of Baroda and very recently I have closed my loan on March 2015. And still My CIBIL is not updated by bank of baroda. Recently I have applied for personal loan from icici bank and they rejected my application due to cibil -1. So please raise complain against Bank of baroda. Why didn't they updated my CIBIL.                       I have registered the complaints many times on website (http://14.140.233.81/onlinecomplaints/Default.aspx) and ringed to customer care[protected]. Transaction of 10K was done on 1st of July 2015 and cash is not dispensed but the account is debited for the same! We had talked to branch manager and they said, we will get the money in account. Also the customer care said we will get the money from debit card department as they already have transferred the money to our account! Branch employees blame on customer care and vice versa. Where the hell we should complaint to get our money back??? its been 3 months now and we just ended up with so many complaints all the times and hell responses from those all!!!

                        I am not able to add my beneficiary account information. Reason: Invalid IFSC Code BARBOAKHABA. I have talked branch manager of BOB bank (Ahmedabad Akhabarnagar branch). As branch manager told me this problem is not possible, still I can't add beneficiary account and every time I got invalid IFSC code error message. Please help me for this problem....

                            For your kind information Myself Shish Ram Kumawat (having joint account with Sharda Kumawat) account no.-[protected] at the branch of Bais Godam, Bank of Baroda, Jaipur, Rajasthan-302006. I used SBI atm macine located at Jaipur south on 27.04.2015 at 13.06 PM for withdrawing Rs.5000/-. The details of transaction are as follows: ATM ID:-S10R[protected] Card no.:- 402985XXXXXXXXX9 TXN no.:- 4206 In this above said transaction I have not received the amount of Rs.5000/- whereas the receipt of the same shows the amount of Rs.5000/- as withdrawn.On same date I also booked a complaint on service care centre of bank of baroda and gave a customer complaint no.:-[protected] on same date and asked to talk in branch office. In this connection of I have also visited Bank of Baroda Bais Godam Branch a no. of times (approx.10 times).Branch officers said that you have got this amount from the atm at that time. When I visited there other customers also came with same problem.I am under stress from last 5 and half month due to this problem.Still my problem is unresolved by branch office after five and half month. It is requested kindly credit the amount of Rs.5000/- to my above said bank account at the earliest as I require the amount urgently for depositing of my house rent suffering my family. Me bank of india ka customer huan mera account no [protected] hain . 15/9/2015 ko mene sbi atm se 3600 rs ka payment withdrwal kiya but process hui slip bhi nikli, muje payment withdrwal ka message bhi aay but payment nahi aaya tabhi mene waha ke guard ko inform kiya to vo bola ki pehle to payment nikal raha tha tabhi mene wapas se card swape kiya 200 rs ke liye but payment nahi aaya parantu account se less ho gaya hain then machine error show kar rahi thi ki temprorily out of services, next day ( 16/9/2015) jake mene apni branch ramchandra nagar pe complaint ki but 8 din tak koi reply nahi aaya to mene 24/9/2015 ko bank se confirm kiya to bole sbi se koi reply nahi aay, aap wapas se complaint kar do mene wapas se 24/9/2015 ko complaint ki din daily call kar ke confirm karta magar vo kehte ki koi reply nahi aay tabhi 29 tarikh ko unhone bataya ki aap ka transaction successful raha mene kaha ki sir muje payment nahi mila, to unka jawab tha ki hum kuch nahi kar sakte hain aap jake sbi bank se baat karo, me sbi bank gaya to wo bole ki aap aap ki bank se hi baat karo . Then mene complaint mail ki sbi ki mail id pe aur boi ki mail id ki please just show me image and no access certificate and also please check again muje payment nahi mila hain yadi meri complaint galat hain to aap mujhe pe legal action lena other meri complaint sahi hai to aap mera payment refund kare bank of india ne again sbi bank of complaint bheji daily mail hone ke baad after 11 days sbi ne phir mail kiya ki payment successfully nikla hain sir / mem mene image mangi vo nahi di, sir yadi meri complaint galat ho to aap sabhi mujhpe jo chaho vo action lelena but please iski aap janch kijiye me sahi huan muje payment nahi mila . Me salary based huan 3600 /- rs mere liya bhoot mayne rakhte hain me 16/9/2015 se pareshan ho raha huan but muje sahi response nahi mil raha hain, please meri madad kijiye sach ko samne lane me .                                 I have taken loan from Bank of Baroda Branch Rewa Under Agricultural Indirect Loan for construction of warehouses And the rate of interest currently stated in BOB guide line is Base rate + 0.50% but the bank is charging BR+ 5% which is against the banking Law & the bank has send me a notice to Sarfaesi, is charging Interest on subsidy Amount.

I withdraw RS. 3000 money date 27 jul 2015 from ATM but did'n get money from ATM and money is deducted from my account. I called bank of baroda customer care service regarding this they told me wait for 7 days your money will be refunded but did'n get any money from that. after 7 day I called him again they told me wait for 7 days and result was same. After 15 days ellapses I called again they told me that go to your branch office to ask to Branch manager to send email regarding this to bank of baroda debit card department as suggested by customer care service officer I emailed debit card department by Branch manager multiple times but the result was same and I still did not get any money refunded in my account regarding this.

                                      My net banking user ID is KKP230453 and I have received from the BOB, Pondicherry branch new password some fifteen days back. My SB account no. is [protected]. Till date neither the password is activated nor the Net banking account is unlocked. Every time I log in with user ID, the message "Account locked. Contact your local branch" is displayed. Hence do the needful at your end to activate and open my net banking account. Local branch has already been contacted about this . THIS IS THE SECOND REMINDER SENT.
