I have registered the complaints many times on website (http://14.140.233.81/onlinecomplaints/Default.aspx) and ringed to customer care[protected]. Transaction of 10K was done on 1st of July 2015 and cash is not dispensed but the account is debited for the same! We had talked to branch manager and they said, we will get the money in account. Also the customer care said we will get the money from debit card department as they already...

I am not able to add my beneficiary account information. Reason: Invalid IFSC Code BARBOAKHABA. I have talked branch manager of BOB bank (Ahmedabad Akhabarnagar branch). As branch manager told me this problem is not possible, still I can't add beneficiary account and every time I got invalid IFSC code error message. Please help me for this problem....
