I have ordered a Beetel x70 cordless phone on 6 November 2021 which was delivered on 8 November I raised a return request for this product due to some issue on 12 November 2021 the request was accepted by Amazon on the same date and the product was picked by amazon on 13 November 2021 the refund issued by Amazon on the same date which was 13 November 2021 and they requested me to wait till 18 November but the refund was not reflected in my account till 18 November I contact to Amazon customer care services on 19 November 2021 they told me the reference ID was not generated due to some issue they told me wait till 22 November 2021 finally on 23 November 2021 they provided me the reference iD number which is[protected] but the bank ( bank of baroda ) has still not credited my money

Please help me as soon as possible

I did not get the money from the ATM but my Amount was deducted

I want no have pos machine but bank are charges for rent of pos machine plese help me

I am a customer of bob, first time i face a issue with this bank, from past few months. I transfer 16, 000 my paytm bank to my Bank of baroda account and bank block my amount without any reason. i cant able to use. When i speak to the customer care they did not satisfy me with their answer even they also don't know why this is blocked or lien in my account, from more than 2 months they blocked this amount without any reason.

I request you to remove this lien amount and credit back to my account so that i can use my own balance.
Bank is not allowed to block the amount like this without reason.

My name is Alok kumar Singh and I had ordered a product of RS.800 Shirt in Amazon on 15/10/2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 16/10/2021 Amazon initiated the amount to my Bank but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number HSBCN[protected]. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

I have submitted request on 21.09.2021 to Bank of Baroda - Guduvanchery Branch regarding conversion of Physical Sovereign Gold Bond to Dematerialized.

I have followed several time by visiting branch and through Phone Call's But there is no proper response from Bank..

Hence I request you to kindly resolve the issue..

Sir i am abhishek panday my account in bank of baroda mishripur district shahjahanpur up that is not active many time i give application in the brach for activate the account but the no one has to work on it the account is in dorment stage till now. plx help. me bank account [protected] branch mishripur up

I went to Bank Of Baroda Pimple Saudagar Pune to collect the ex staff life certificate form.
I asked at one counter and I was redirected to another. The lady at the other counter gave me a form. I asked is this for ex-staff family pensioner? She was not sure, so she directed me to another counter. I went to that counter and asked for the details and the person over there coolly replied, the manager who knows this is on leave so I don’t know anything about it right now.
BOB Circular clearly states that the pensioners can submit life certificate starting 13-Oct-21, yet today is 8-Nov and still no one in the bank knows what needs to be done. This is very poor professionalism by BOB. I understand someone is on leave but in their absence the customer facing activities should have been handed over to someone. Banks don’t understand such a basic continuity of business processes.

Please do the needful and take my phone number out of the list.
Its urgent

1. Branch Manager refused to settled the loan account and implementing interest after interest year after year.
2. Bank of Baroda provided 5Lacs car loan and received 5.20 lac from the borrower.
3. Manager of Bank of Baroda withdrawals a handsome amount from the borrower's saving account without the signature of the saving account holder. in fact the said amount was even not adjusted with the loan interest but gone away . Is it a bank or a chit fund ?
4. At present apart from 5.20 lac bank is demanding 4 lacs more as interest from the borrower.
5. Bank of baroda is presently threatening for legal procedure when the bank itself withdrawals fund without a signature from customer saving account.
6. Its clear that a big corrupt chain is working inside the bank or they are not serious about their responsibilities towards their customers.
7. Need to share the entire issue with the media so that people should get aware off.
8. Its the Bank of Baroda, Tegharia Branch, VIP Road, Kolkata

According to these mail my amount is unblocked but till date and time it kept as hold in account I can't get as refund or unblock, requested to please unblock the these amount in my savings account no.

As a welfare assistant i went to bank of baroda Gopalapuram to collect jaganna todu statements.employee name rajasekhar shouted on me and asked me to get out infront of everyone.Staff do not have manners and do not how to speak with public.Please teach them manners first.I am visiting from 2 weeks.They didnt give me atleast one statement.Such lazy they are

13th October amount debited thro upi 1149rs transaction. Amount debited from my account. But beneficiary didn't get amount already raised a complaint . Still they didn't respond. I asked to customer care. They told we don't know when will you get that amount. Because Limited access . They didn't transfer my call to backend team.
