I HAVE TERM DEPOSIT RECEIPTS IN THAT BRANCH AND ONE OF THAT TDR RECEIPT, I NOTICED THAT I HAVE NOT GETTING THE BENIFIT OF SENIOR CITIZEN SINCE THE12.03.2013. INITIALLY THE TERM DEPOSIT RECEIPT STARTS ON 12.02.2010 WITH SENIOR CITIZEN BENIFIT, AGAIN ON 12.02.2012, IT WAS AGAIN RENEWED ON 12.02.2012 WITH SENIOR CITIZEN BENEFITS, AND THEN FROM 12.02.2013, THE SENIOR CITIZEN BENIFIT STOPS DUE TO SOME ERRORS BY EMPLOYEE OF YOUR BANK. I HAVE MADE A WRITTEN COMPLAINT IN THAT BRANCH, BUT THE ACCOUNTS MANAGER FOUND MY FAULT AS I COULD NOT TO IDENTIFY THE ERROR IN TIME.       Victim of ledger folio charges from my Pension A/c No [protected]. It was so happened that on 15/03/2015 went to near by ATM to withdraw cash from my left over pension balance, for day to day expenditure but the machine declined to pay, saying no sufficient fund available as such. I rush back to my BOB Branch. to find out Branch manager narrated a story saying that the amount of Rs 4675/- was deducted as Ledger folio charges wef 2008 onwards. and I surprised to hear that. Its not cheating with a ex defence employee. Whose only source of survival. Is it justice? My question is where can I get justice Feeling helpless Regards Nisit kumar Dey [protected]

        Hello BOB We use BOB banking so that our amount remains safe in account .And when i m in need i could take it out. this time when i required the amount from my own account i see that BOB has deducted a amouont of 737Rs in the name of Ledger folio charges. My concerns: I have not by hearted RBI rules. at least intimate us about such rules. peoples promote online transaction you deduct an amount for it at least do a favour deduct it immediately so that i would not do it again what a stupidity it is to deduct after 6 month. At least give a warning or pop up message that you would be charged after 100 transactions. or at least give a sms call that you would be charged . No warning no intimation, no awareness are we fools to deposits money in BOB. None of the above things were done it totally a failure of BOB and show poor process followed by BOB. Hence Please provide a refund of amount 737 Rs as i require it unless you improve your process .           Hello sir, I mailed before to rigional office but i still not getting any answer so plz reply me. Hello sir, I had taken term loan of DEVANI TEXTILE from sayan branch last year. On that time i got senction letter of loan which are shown that the recover processing charge should be 0.35% + service tax. On that time the charges was deducted from our loan a/c it is ok. But now on the date of 21st feb, 2015 the processing charge again taken which is 0.65% + service tax. which i requested to want to do reverse. {The amount and a/c number is 1)[protected] = 27022/- . 2) [protected]= 14534/-} The Branch manager of sayan is said to us that the processing charge we are carried out is 1%. Which are against to senction letter and this senction was disbursed by them in past. so how can they goes against to rules. Plz follow senction letter.                       Saving Bank Account holder [protected], branch Vile Parle Case facts are as below: The amount (Rs. 15200) was paid for a Mhada lottery 2014 in Account no PGDR/MAHARASHTRA HOUSING AR/ (Designated A/c no) of Mhada) from my aforementioned account no on 05.06.2014 vide transaction ID ([protected]). When I checked with the Mhada Authority I was told that they have not received any funds from my Ban of Baroda (BOB) account in their Axis bank account. I asked BOB about the status of this traction whether successful or not, accordingly BOB confirmed me via mail dated July 17, 2014 that the amount is not returned in BOB account and paid to Axis bank and hence I was asked to check with Mhada. Based on the confirmation received from BOB I kept following up with Mhada authority that the money is already credited and they need to check for this, I use to literally call up everyday Mhada, visit their branch most frequently for this disputed transaction. I also wrote mails to BOB on this issue. I was told by Mhada that tracking this transaction will take time. BOB was still of the view that money is transferred to Mhada and they did not bother to check and revert. Finally after several follow-ups, BOB very conveniently vide its mail dated November 18, 2014 confirmed that the transaction was unsuccessful and the money was refunded back to me in BOB A/c on November 18, 2014. In this entire process being an innocent accountholder I had to suffer for almost 5 months because of the negligence of the Customer Service / bank of Baroda officials, since both Mhada and Bank of Baroda did not addressed the issue on time. I had to go through frustration, mental agony because of non co-operative behavior of the bank. Post refund of my money I wrote several mails to Bank for the inconvenience caused to me and for the interest part of the money which was lying in banks account, but neither branch nor the customer service felt the need to understand and resolve the issue. I also escalated this issue to Nodal Officer (Swati Marathe) but even nodal officer was helpless to get me justice. I have been following with Mr. Anil Contractor (Debitcard operation Head – BOB) for almost one month now but he also not paying any attention in this case. Bank never felt the need to apologies the customer for the inconvenience caused because of their carelessness. My humble request to you is an action should be taken on the officer who was responsible for this negligence and to pay the accountholder the applicable interest on this disputed deposit of Rs. 15200/- and suitable compensasattion for the mental agoney caused because of banks negligence. Again this is not just a matter of interest, but also the approach bank applies to handle the innocent customer, hence your support is required to set before the bank an example not to take the customers grievances lightly. Further like to update that the case was raised with Banking Ombusdman office but even they did not paid attention in it. Looking forward for your urgent action and co-peration since this issue is pending since June 2014.

                          sir banking lokpal officer mai sunil singh solanki mera bank of baroda vijay nagar branch mai account number [protected] h mera 08/12/2014 ko bag chori ho gaya tha, jisme meri cheqbook our meri patni ki cheqbook rakhi huye thi, 9/12/14 ko mere account 250000/- our meri patni k account se 5000/- rupaye kisi aadmi jali signature kar nikale our bank walo ne use bhugtan kar diya, jab mere pass mere ragister mobile number par masg aaya, thik 1 minute bad mene bank ko telephone par phone kiya our bataya ki us aadmi ne jali signature kiye hai aap us aadmi ko bhugtan na kare, unhone muje jawab diya ki wo aadmi ja chuka hai, phir m bank pahucha mene unhe bataya to branch manager kahne lage sari galti aapki h, our aapki vajah se mera bank nahi chalta h, fir mene thane m jakar aavedan diya, our fir mene cctv camare ki recording lene k liye aavedan diya, mene bank ki cctv futej dekhi to unke yaha k camero m kuch dikhai nahi de raha tha, fir complen unke Zonal our rejanal office ko bataya our mene unhe jali signature ke bare me bataya to unhone jach kar muje bataya ki signature se pata cala ki signature aap hi ke hai, our bank ko sahi bataya, sir m unke jawab se satusht nahi hu aap jach kar muje bataye, muje in bato par shikayat h sir. - bank wale ye kah rahe hai ki hamne balance nahi bataya to us aadmi ko yah kaise pata cala ki mere khate m 37454 rupaye h our meri patni ke khate mai 8125 rupaye h, jabki dono passbook mere pass thi, १ - बगैर हस्ताक्षर जांच किये हुए उस व्यक्ति के हस्ताक्षर और मेरे हस्ताक्षर में बहुत अंतर है फिर भी कैशियर ने भुगतान किया . २ - मेरी श्रीमती भी बैंक में उपश्थित नहीं थी और न ही कोई महिला उपश्थित थी फिर भी चेक का भुगतान किया गया . ३ - उस व्यक्ति को बैंक कर्मचारियों ने मेरे और मेरी पत्नी के सेविंग खातों का बैलेंस बताया . जिस से उसको रुपए निकलने में मदद मिली .क्या आपके बैंक में ये नियम है की किसी के सेविंग खातों का बैलेंस अन्य व्यक्ति को बता सकते है क्या ? ४ - आप ने जो cctv कैमरे लगा रखे है उनकी पिक्चर quwality सही नहीं है जिसकी उस व्यक्ति का चेहरा साफ दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है तो हमारे रूपए की सुरछा क्या है हम आप के बैंक पर कैसे विश्वास करे ! अतः आपसे अनुरोध है की मेरी शिकायत पर ध्यान दे और जांच कर मुझे मेरे रूपए का जो नुकसान हुआ है उसका भुगतान जल्द से जल्द करे, और इस आवेदन के साथ चेक की फोटोकॉपी की स्कैन कॉपी सलग्न कर रहा हूँ ! mai bank ka letter our cheq ki copy bhej raha hu sir !                               Bank of baroda located in chennai, kovoor branch.we are customer in this bank above 15 years .when we entered in this bank asking any details or quires they not responsibly answer our quires.so many un educated people also opening account in this branch, bank employees we arrogantly speak to them.so many people have mind depression on the bankers, so Please kindly take action against them.

But branch manager has denied to do so and even he was not agree to talk with the customer care department from the branch it self. Not only that he has tell that you can do complain where ever you have to do but i will not do signature verification.                                   I, Amit Kumar, holding PPF account 2186PPF[protected] would like to state that I am being very disappointed with the services provided by the bank. Every time, when I have to deposited the money into my PPF account, it always seems to be a challenging task. I always feel harassed ad disappointed whenever I ask them to update the passbook of my account. I have already talked about this with the operations head and Bank Manager however no action has been taken. I am briefing my problem: Whenever I go to deposit the money in the account, the first day only they deposit the money and ask me to come on the second day for the passbook update and when I go over there on the second day, they ask me to leave the passbook and come again at the end of the shift to collect the passbook as we cannot do it right now. This is really very frustrating that for one small thing I have to visit the branch thrice. I really feel helpless, frustrated and harassed. Moreover, I have to move back and fourth for this whole process as they say this has to be done by that employee and that employee says that this has to be done by the other. I hope you understand my frustration and try to resolve my problem ASAP. I have already lodge a complaint earlier as well, however no action has been taken and moreover, it has been routed to a different bank. Please lodge a complaint and route it to the correct bank and also share the complaint number with me. Also give me a call @+91-[protected] if you need more clarification.                                     Dear SirMy bank Account in your Branch Rampur Road haldwani [protected]. i have lost my ATM 09/12/2014 and i blocked my ATM card on date 09/12/2014. i got my lost ATM card after 3 days. i go to bank for new ATM but Juhi customer relation manger said me for asking on call center. i talk to call center for reopen my old ATM. they said to me that ATM will open from bank.i said to juhi madam for that. she said to me to write a application to bank for that. but did not take any action and she said to me come after 7 days. after 7 days i go to bank but there no response for my ATM. i again ask for my ATM in bank they said to me come after 20 days but i did not got ATM till now.and they also saying me that they issued my name printed ATM in computer system. but i have only received my without name printed ATM. Dear sir, i have complaint for my ATM card of my A/C [protected]. but there is no response for my problem still 3 months the bank manger B.S.KUNWAR and the other staff of bank of baroda rampur road haldwani IFSC CODE -BARBORAMHAL DIST NANITAL UTTRAKHAND . They not taking my problem seriously. i am visited many times in branch but the bank manager and there staff always said to me that your ATM is under process and come after 10-15 days. but still didn't got my ATM till I have compilation at 09/12/2014.
