I have a account in Bank Of Baroda Mukherjee nagar branch inthe name of beauty world with account number [protected]. Two cheques which were expired have been debited from my account. The number of these expired instruments is 2140 and 2141 of amounts Rs 35000 and Rs 37788. Debit dates were12/2/2014 and 13/2/2014. When I went to bank they said these are small clericalmistakes and kept making such excuses for 1 month without giving me the scan copy. When I made a complaint on customer care (13/8/14 @ 9:50pm) then Saurab Jaiswal said we can't register such sort of complaints Then we filed an online complaint NO:74332 DATE 14.8.14 with no reply or solution.       I would like to complaint that the application for issuance of the Debit card was made in the month of March2014, but as on date neither i have received the card and nor any inquiry is being made from Bank. I am trying to call on the Toll free no [protected], but no response. i hv also informed to the Bank toll free no and given the details, but they informed to talk on the Debit Card toll free no.

        Bank of Baroda - International Bank -Hope they are having 4 ATM points in Coimbatore and hardly 10 AT Machines. Noticed in India-Tamilnadu-Coimbatore AT machine point -Thudiyalur and India-Tamilnadu-Coimbatore AT machine point-Ganapathy are on off line or out of service at least thrice in a week for the past 8months. Forced us to use other bank AT Machines and we have to pay 22.47Rs per transaction. On 11th and 12th Sep the AT machine located at Thudiyalur were on off line and forced to use SBI ATM located nearby.With drawn 5000Rs on account of Kat Enviro & Energy Management, account holder of BOB / A/c No [protected] thru SBI ATM thru transaction No 2973, for which Rs 22.47 was charged. Whatever the BOB charged for using other bank ATM due to non functional BOB AT machine, to be credit back to our account and also whoever used BOB cards at the time at Coimbatore.                 on 11th of August my sister deposited rs4000 in my bank account and by the banks error
                rs40000 was added to my account. I withdrew 20000 RS as I thought it was deposited by my siser.. After this my family members recieved threats from the bank employee who said that he would send thugs to my house and freeze my fathers account if I did not pay him immediately.

                when I asked the bank for am apology and the suspension of the guilty employee I was met with no response.

                    respected sir my account is operating in bank of baroda at their nakodar baranch. The manager name of this baranch is Gurkirpal Singh Mangat.who alwasy dis respect with their customers.here i want to disclose about my experiance.i applied for education loan at this branch.After the section of my loan i want to get some information about my loan such as collection of loan date.i visted many time at bank by they told we hv some other work rite noe so come tomorrore.i visited abot 10 times bt they do not told me any thing.at last i moved to bank manager, he directly say its a government bank we hv our own rule.i told to him that i just want to know some information he replied that i[censored] want to follow your on rule than senction the loan from other bank such as capital local area bank.he told me that local banks can be operated by your instruction.they me follow wrong path.you may collect some videos of my this experiance by bank through their web cams.they do not provide to me directly.but i am the victum of this all

                        For my a/c no [protected] with Maniktala Branch of Kolkata, I got internet banking password after much harassment. Officer of that branch was not knowing the very existence of such password !! Anyway it was received some 8/10 days back but I am not able to get into net banking as the same has not been activated. When helpline was contacted one Ms Pinky told me to go to that bank again to get it activated. I am already 300 km away from Kolkata, again I have to take leave to visit that branch and teach the staff there to activate internet banking password.                           I am trying to apply online recruitment process of Bank Of Baroda for the post of "Probationary Officers in Junior Management Grade/ Scale-I".But unfortunately they are not accepting any mode of payment other than their own Banks Atm cum Debit or Credit card neither they gave the option for offline payment. I tried to pay the amount through other banks atm but that too they didn't accept.Now if any one wants to fill the form and if he/she is not having the Bank Of Baroda ATM or credit card will not be able to fill this vacancy. We just want to know whether it is compulsory to open the account in all banks in the country?? There should be appropriate system regarding this.We also want to know whether the vacancies are real or Fake Because the bank has not released the vacancy than how the vacancy came???                               I was trapped by Country Vacations by false promises and I had paid 80000 for the membership. Next day only I realized and thought to cancel the membership within cooling off period of 10 days. For this I had raised dispute forms in all the banks through which I had made payment. All other banks have taken my request and responded to my transaction dispute request. Through Bank of Baroda debit card I had paid 15000 and I want to raise the dispute request fot it. There is not any option available online in so called India's International bank. Customer Care Helpline were unable to solve my query and told me to contact local branch. I did not get proper response from local branch (Khandbazar, Surat) so I decided to raise it to zonal office. I sent them mail explaining my entire scenario but no response for that.I tried to call the mentioned phone number though no response. I raised one level up to regional office and tried to contact them. There also I did not get any response. There is no other way left for me other than raising a complaint here.                                 From so many days, I have been to BOB ATM every time its out of service, card is not reading, either out of cash or maintenance service. I have noticed that BOB ATM service is worst service ever in Banking Sector.Unfortunately
                                I am a customer of Bank of Baroda.Please try to Fix this problem.Yesterday I went to ATM which located in Anantapur same thing happened. I have been to ATM of BOB same display message again. In our Anantapur City having only 1 ATM, it is also worst working. If we go to any other bank ATM's a fee is deducted from my account.
                                Who will give the deducted fee, it's not our fault. It's ridiculous. Shame on u Management and technical team.
                                Please install a new atm or one more atm in different place in Anantapur
