Dear Sir,
We have an account at your Raichur Branch in the Name of Diva Air and Resources (Raichur) Pvt Ltd vide a/c No [protected] and facing lots of problem while transcating net banking. most of the time we are unable to login and by chance we get login the enter option will not be highlighted.
We have made several complaint to the branch but nothing has been worked out.
So we are lodging this complaint, and if we do not receive any response within 48 hours, we will be closing the account without any delay.

    Revabhai Mohandas Patel
    Salary pension account.
    My new debit card was issue in November . I called to customer care to know my card status it was issued or not. So that person had block my card without my permission on 30th December. Then after I got my card from my branch but it was blocked . So i have given my report to unblock my card on 1st January in branch but till now they did not unblock my card. So please I requesting to you please unblock my card as soon as possible........

      I AM HOLDING A SAVINGS BANK ACCOUNT NO. [protected] WITH BIRATI BRANCH OF THE BANK SINCE 2006. I WENT TO THE BRANCH ON 08.12.2012 TO SUBMIT KYC DOCUMENTS FOR MY ACCOUNT. CONCERNED STAFF BEING ABSENT, I WAS ASKED BY ANOTHER STAFF OF THE BRANCH TO COME ON ANY OTHER DAY TO SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS. I WENT TO THE BANK AGAIN ON 12.12.2012. THIS TIME I WAS TOLD THAT THE LAST DAY OF SUBMISSION OF THE DOCUMENTS WAS 07.12.2012 AND HAS ALREADY EXPIRED. MY SIMPLE QUESTION IS THAT WHEN THE LAST DAY WAS ON 07.12.2012, WHY WAS NOT I TOLD OF IT ON 08.12.2012 ITSELF. THUS I COULD HAVE AVOIDED VISITING THE BRANCH ON 12.12.2012 UNNECESSARILY. WE ARE NOT INFORMED PROPERLY ABOUT THE CHANGES IN BANKING NORMS. THE BRANCH AUTHORITY JUST PASTE A PAPER DESCRIBING THE NORMS AND WASH THEIR HANDS OFF. I AM YET TO SUBMIT THE KYC DOCUMENTS.

      Bank of Baroda - A customer care lady with the name KAJAL is calling my dad and asking him to pay an amount back from 2013, threatening if nahi kia to apke kyandan k paas call jaega
      Whereas we do not have any card of BOB or payment due

      She is misbehaving over the call, continously calling is and using threatning tone

      If this does not get resolved i will have to take a legal action against the entire bank and would sue them for such pathetic and threatning behaviour

        I have a CC A/c In the Bank Of baroda, Kankroli branch. and my a/c no. is [protected] by name Choice Automobile . I observed that My A/c statement has been provided to the some other person without my knowledge by bank employee. when I visited to the same branch regarding this query I met to the Manager. Mr. S.S. Sidhhu as per him no detailed has been provided to the any person. but i have a sufficient proof available that my statement is provided to the some strange person. i will provide the same proof if you required. for this task i have bear a heavy loss in my business as my transaction details are using against my business activity . so request to you that plz. resolve this query and will take necessary action against the bank employee who provided this statement to other person without my legal permission otherwise i will go to complain in RBI and consumer forum.

          Sir/Madam
          I am an account holder of BOB being S/B A/C No- [protected] at Habra branch. On 13.11.2012, I got call from two person named as Mr. Kabir Khan and Mr. Rehan Ali who asked me whether I have interest for personal loan at Axis Bank. After saying yes on 14.11.2012 two people came to my residence at Habra with Axis Bank’s P/L form and asked for 4 Cheques of any other nationalized bank other than Axis Bank.
          I handed over them 3 no. of A/C payee cheque and one cancelled cheque of BOB. The man was insisting me to show Rs- 40,000/-balance in any of my account for getting a loan of Rs 3 lakhs. He took my account no and Xerox copies of PAN card and voter ID card. Next day it is revealed that he was withdrawn Rs- 38,500/- with the Bank A/C payee cheque (cheque no-542283) in the name of ‘Asis Burman’ where as it was written ‘Axis PL’ at pay field.
          The cheque was manipulated as ‘Asis Burman’ where actually ‘Axis Pl’ written by me. The P has been overwritten as B and L as U and also the upper left corner of the cheque was teared.
          How the cashier received mutilated cheque leaf over and where it is overwritten and the A/C payee cheque was made bearer. This proves that Bank has an inner connection with the accused person.
          Please identify the man conduct and help me to solicit the matter.

                मै बृजेन्‍द्र शुक्‍ला सुत शम्‍भूनाथ शुक्‍ला तोपखाना अमेठी का निवासी हूं, मेरा खाता आपकी शाखा अमेठी में खाता सं0 [protected] है। मेरे पिता श्री शम्‍भूनाथ शुक्‍ल खाता सं0 [protected] है, मेरे बड़े भाई श्री धर्मेन्‍द्र शुक्‍ला का खाता सं0 [protected] है, एवं सम्‍पूर्ण घर के सदस्‍यों का खाता भी आपके बैंक में है। दिनांक 22.11.2012 को 10:10 बजे आपके स्‍टाफ प्रीती जी जो कि बैंक पी0ओ0 अमेठी पद पर आसीन है। उनसे मैने अपने खाते के बारे में कुछ जानकारी चाही 6 बार आग्रह करने पर भी सम्‍बन्धित जानकारी उन्होंने नहीं दी, और अनुचित शब्‍दों का प्रयोग किया। शाखा प्रबन्‍धक के कार्यालय में जाकर भी इन्‍होंने अनुचित शब्‍दों का प्रयोग किया और कहा कि मै ये जानकारी देने के लिए नहीं हूं। मै अमेठी विधानसभा में कांग्रेस विधानसभा अध्‍यक्ष पद का निर्वाह कर रहा हूं और एक सामाजिक व्‍यक्ति हूं। इनकी इस अभ्रदता से मुझे बहुत ही ज्‍यादा मानसिक पीड़ा हुई है। अगर आपके कर्मचारी ग्राहकों से इस प्रकार से व्‍यवहार करेंगे तो ग्राहकों की संतुष्टि का क्‍या। कृपया इस मामले को गम्‍भीरता से लिया जाय और ग्राहक को संतुष्‍ट किया जाय।

                    Here i would like to draw your kind attention regarding our SB A/C NO.[protected] Named Chandra Kala Devi in BANK OF BARODA BRANCH LAKHIMPUR KHERI UP. I was going to withdrawal Rs.5000 with ATM CARD NUMBER [protected] Through central bank atm lakhimpur kheri but unfortunattly we cant withdrawal the money and the report was transaction rejected but Rs.5000 deducted in my account.I have given a written application for refund the money in bank of baroda lakhimpur kheri on dated 03/11/12 but they large the complaint on 05/11/12 No.[protected] and reminder on 06/11/12 No.[protected] but still the amount has not been transfferd in my account.
                    So sir it is my request that please look into the matter and do the needful.

                    Bank of Baroda — Given wrong Ticket of movie

                    Dear Sir,

                    I have booked the ticket of movie ALL THE BEST for 3.30 PM show at 1.00pm from raipur krishana adlabs, samta colony and your executive gave me tickets of show at 12.30 pm. At that time on faith of him and your company i didn't check the ticket. When we apporch to talkies and try to convince hin that he had given us wrong ticket he deny that he has given wrong ticket and treat me very badly with hard language. My money as well as my sunday spoiled due to your adlabs service and this is unacceptable as reliance and adlabs are such a big name. And i am complaining the same to all your higher authorities. Please treat the matter as very serious.

                    my name is Aditya Singh Rathore. for the purpose of scholarship i needed the bank details so that cbse can transfer the amount in my bank account directly through e.c.s mode. when i went to them for asking the information for filling the form, after waiting for long time they gave me the details . when i won the scholarship but it doesnt came in my account . after waiting for 1 month and 22 days, i went to the branch in which i had account and asked the details again then i came to know that they gave me wrong details the first time i came. at first they gave me MICR code : [protected], but the next time they gave me this code with one zero less before 2 i.e[protected]. and they were still in the same dilemma when i asked for bank code and said there is no such thing and told me the branch code. and after all this they were not listening to me and asked me to go.

                      We use BOB banking so that our amount remains safe in account .And when i m in need i could take it out.
                      this time when i required the amount from my own account i see that BOB has deducted a amouont of 5049Rs in the name of Ledger folio charges.

                      My concerns:
                      I have not byhearted RBI rules. atleast intimate us about such rules.
                      people promote online transaction you deduct an amount for it alteast do a favour deduct it immediately so that i would not do it again what a stupidity it is to deduct after 6 month.
                      Atleast give a warning or pop up message that you would be charged after 100 transactions.
                      or atleast give a sms call that you would be charged .
                      No warning no intimation, no awareness are we fools to deposist money in BOB.
                      None of the above things were done it totally a failure of BOB and show poor process followed by BOB.

                      Hence Please provide a refund of amount 5049 Rs as i require it unless you improve your process .

                      Same happened to me, even the bank employees dont know what are the rules for deduction, they say it happens automatically in system annually.
                      I am also victim of ledger folio charges from my Pension A/c No [protected].
                      It was so happened that on 15/03/2015 went to near by ATM to withdraw from my left over pension for day to day expenditure but the machine declined to pay saying no sufficient fun as such. I rush back to my bank of baroda branch. to check the fact. Branch manager
                      narrated a story that the amount of Rs 4675/- as Ledger folio charges wef 2008 onwards. Its not cheating with a ex defence employee. Whose only source of survival. Is it justice?

                      My question is where can I get justice

                      BOB staff dont know the rules of deduction .
                      it is very bad rule...
                      why these charges not updated or intimated via SMS to the customers?

                        unblock my debit card for net banking

                        My debit card was blocked as I entered wrong card information on irctc booking ...plz unblock my card as soon as possible

                          SUB : Reconciliation of failed transaction using Bank of Baroda Debit Card from ATM of SBI – regarding

                          Ref : 8578/[protected] and 8770/[protected] dated April 2, 2011.

                          Sir,
                          With due respect I would like to inform you that I have been facing a long standing problem regarding non-refunding after a failed transaction on[protected] at an ATM of State Bank of India, Kankinara, Rathtala more, west bengal, Dist-24 pgs(N) using the ATM Debit card of Bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165 (Card No.-[protected]) of savings account no. [protected]. The failed transaction involves an amount of Rs.4000/-, which was not actually received but deducted from my savings account no. I have checked it for two times given the details above which is showing in my pass book. The first written complaint alongwith the slip given by the ATM machine was launched on[protected] in Bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165. Since then a series of complaints have been made to the Bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165 for refunding of the amount of 4000/-. I have also discussed the matter several times with the bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165 branch over phone and had given reminder several times through letter stating the fact as per their instruction. Meanwhile Bank of Baroda, Gouripur, Naihati-743165 branch, had also discussed the matter with the concern State Bank of India, Kankinara, Rathtala more, west bengal, Dist-24 pgs(N), but they expressed their inability to solve this long pending issue from their end. The Bank of Baroda also now not interested to take any responsibility and transfer it on the customer’s shoulder.

                          In this circumstances, myself being an ordinary customer(widow, housewife), depending on MIS of post office, has no other way but to launch the complaint to you for getting your valued consideration and judgment and necessary action to solve the problem. I would also like to inform you that on 20th april, 2011 my second daughter's marriage date, at that point of time money was a big mattar to me. I would also like to inform you that according to the above reference, the amount along with the compensation calculated from the first date of launching the complain should be accorded in favour of me. I am furnishing below the details of the amount to be refunded till date.

                          The above letter I have given to you people in the month of May 2012. But now I am facing a new problem because of you people. I got a fake call from consumer forum or some where else. They have disturbed me a lot. After that I felt it was a fake call. They tried to make me fool and get my all money from my A/C of Bank of Baroda. I want to resolve this case as soon as possible.                             BOB fraud with me when i did not transaction from Bank but i received an SMS from there that 2000 debited from my account. when i went and gave complaint in return they reply me that you recive your money 2000 but during that time i hospitalized due to bad condition and doctor said to me rest and don't stress over you but BOB gave me and Harassment please help as soon as possible i provide you all detail related my A/C.

                              I was withdrawn rupees 2,000/- from State Bank of India shibpur Branch west-Bengal ATM through my Bank Of Baroda ATM Card No.[protected] on 29th august 2012 at nearabout 9.30P.m, same amount was debited from my Bank Of Baroda account no.[protected] but no cash received from State Bank of India shibpur Branch ATM machine and no approval slip received by me and the same transction was time out.

After 7 days I received mail about sanction loan. On behalf of this mail I get admission for MBA course in Hapur UP and deposit 5400 Rupees as admission.Now bank manager refused to give me loan.                                       Today I had to visit ATM of Bank of Baroda for withdrawl of Rs 7,800/- on 29/03/2012. I did not receive the amount as well as slip but my account has been debited with Rs 7,800/- I request you to kindly recredit the amount to my account.
