Bank of Baroda / Net Banking — NET BANKING ID OR PASSWORD

I have an difficulty in login id or password which i have got from bank of baroda. as and when I am calling customer care they are arguing that I am not properly entered valid account no. even if I am trying for several times and make an call on toll free customer care no.
THERE IS NO NEED TO ADD A/C NO. TO LOGIN BARODA CONNECT...just enter your user id and password.if you are doing so then i need to know whether you are new user to baroda connect.you may contact me at [protected]

maine online form submit kar ke net banking activate kiyaa. aur jab kuchh dino baad maine login karne ki koshish ki to password invalid bata raha tha lekin ab to user id bhi invalid bata raha hai. aur jab maine forgot user id par click kiya aur saree information di lekin woh tab bhi details not matched bata raha hai. aur jab maine customer care me call kar ke baat ki to waha se kaha gaya ki log in page par forgot password ka option diya rahega us par clicck karo aapka problem solwe ho jayegaa, lekin waha par kahi bhi forgot password ka option nahi hai maine browser bhi change karke dekha par phir bhi same problem aa raha hai. aur jab maine branch se contact kiya to waha se bhi same reply aaya ki forgot password ka option aayaga. aur ab bhi problem jaisa ke waisa hai.

I am holding BOB account for the past 15 years. Recently 2 years ago I started online banking on bobibanking. Every time it is a nuisance, it is not reliable as you might login or not. The website is not user friendly. Cannot trust, so I had no option but to open a SBI account. There is no error at all in SBI. BOB needs to learn much from SBI net banking. It is safe also, when compared to BOB. Repeated complaints... no results, but loss of call charges.I have discussed this issue with my office staff also, who ever has a account in BOB said, the net banking is the worst of the worst and is not correcting or improving. Most of the bob account holders have an alternate account in other banks for safety sake !!! this is very bad. Best option close the account and try SBI I sincerely recomend to all sufferers ...     I HAVE OPEN A SAVING ACCOUNT IN BANK OF BARODA BRANCH LIMKHEDA. AND BANK HAVE ISSUE TO ME SB ACCOUNT NO. BUT ATM NOT ISSUE UP TILL. I HAVE FILL THE FORM FOR ATM 3 TIME. AND NOW ITS BECOME 4TH. AND THIS TIME I HAVE A MASSAGE ON MY CELL ON 28TH MARCH 2011. THAT
    "Dear Custumer your debit card is sent to BOB(Limkheda) Branch on 17/3/2011. Plz contact branch with satisfactory Proof of identity.Bobcards."

    SO I HAD TO GONE AND ASK ABOUT IT...SO I HAVE RESPONSE ONE NEW YOUNG EMPLOYEE WITH RESPECT THAT " Please CONTACT AFTER FOUR DAY FROM WHEN YOU HAVE GET MASSAGE." THEN I WAS COME AT HOME. BUT AFTER 10 DAYS I GO THERE AND ASK ABOUT IT AGAIN I FILL LIKE AN OFFICE-OFFICE. THEY R CHECKED REGISTER AND TELL ME ITS NOT RICHE YET." AT LAST I KNOW ABOUT SOME RELABEL SOURCES THAT THE NEW PARCEL WAS REACH HERE ALREADY AND THESE ARE NOT OPENED IT TILL YET.

    AND WHEN I TELL TO ITS RESPOSIBLE PERSON,THEN HE TOLD ME " AARAM SE 10 TARIKH KO AANA...." SO I TOLD HIM "MENE DO BAR DHAKKE KHAYE HE AB NAHI KHAUNGA"

    SO KINDLY HELP ME ISSUING AN ATM CARD.


    AND THE OTHER THING ABOUT THIS MAN IS THAT

    When i suffer this situation,,,a one new young student has standing in front of him after given his filled account form to that man...I heard on that time how rude response to that new young school boy by that BOB employee. I feel very badly after watch this... Muje hua k Woh Employee khud Ma ki kokh se form bharna sikh k ayye honge kya? After all unhe bhi kisine guide kiya hoga na?

    The employee ask her with temper " Ye aap log kis tarah se sign karye ho?, Kahi par English me Kahi Gujrati me ...? Apko kaun sa sign chahie guj. me ya eng. me?"

    Unke bolne kuchh jyada nahi tha magar unki Chasme se bahar annewali najare unka gussa baya kar rahi thi....After all Woh usse thoda pyar se bhi samja sakte the..Kah sakte the ki Sabhi jagho par Same sign karo. Mere kahene ka matlab he k unko guide karne me badi mussqat aur mahenat lagti he kya?

    if this is a behaviour of bank of baroda in this high competition then u will be no there in indian market 2-3 years down the line.Because i know what are the pshychology of indians so i suggest u yo review ur policies.

      I purchased the policy for my family in Oct 2010 from BOB koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai and after multiple followups with the bank, the policy document was delivered. However the policy booklet and the ID cards did not come. On again contacting the bank branch, they directed us to contact the insurance company directly. For almost 3 months continuously, we tried calling the insurance company branch at Thane but either the phone would not be picked up or after picking up it will be kept on hold 'looking for the right person'.

      When I contacted the BOB branch yesterday, they could talk to someone at Andheri branch (I think !) and the feedback was that since the photographs were not received by them, the ID cards are pending (No mention of why policy booklet could not be sent). The insurance company or the bank were not even bothered that they haev done an incomplete job after receiving full money.

      The bank manager asked us to resubmit the photographs, again with a mention that the bank has no role in it and the insurance company is asking for it. All this was sublitted at the brach in Oct itself and they otherwise (rightly) were not willing to accept the proposal itself.

      Six months have passed and we are not in possession of full documents and in case unfortunately a claim arises, we would have nowher to go. All of them including the TPA would wash their hands off that we do not even possess the ID cards.

        Dear sir,
        I have given E-banking activation request on 3rd January, 2011. I have not received any post communication regarding User ID and branch also not received the user ID. I am following up with Mulund Branch since last one anf Half month. But i have not received any update.
        Today i visited the Mulund Branch. I received the password from mulund branch which they received on 15th January,2011. Still i have not recived User ID for my Ibanking account.

        not getting any reply from head office also.

        My S.B account no is[protected], I have opted for Internet banking facility and i have been issued with the log in password and i handed over the counter folio to the banjara hills branch for activation , but as stated i have not received the user id separately.
        I am seeing the bank which gives ATM on each day and for password i have to wait for more 8 days that simply utter nonsense and also several chase up has been done for E-banking but without any result and seeing the complaints o[censored]ser i think still have to wait for more two or three months.
        Whom so ever concerned for this requesting you to please visit the site on regular basis and sort out the issue on urgent basis.

        Hi, I go to bank manager of bank of baroda for bank guarantee against fixed deposit for purchasing commercial car but the bank manager refused to give and talked in very rude behaviour.i am very disappointed with the behaviour.

          Respected Sir,

          I Jigish M Shah residing at Khadia Pole No. 2, Rajmahel Road, Vadodara
          having an account with Bank of Baroda, Raopura Branch A/c No. [protected] since 7 years., I have activated my online account since 2 years.

          This letter is with regards to bring to your notice about the online fraud happened with me on[protected] and[protected] of the total amount of 42600/- in the above stated account. Which was noticed by me on[protected], I have never shared my account id and password with anyone and I immediately reported to the bank regarding the same on the same day and bank relationship manager convinced me not to contact police and they will get back to me with a positive reply within 48 hours but I could not get proper response from bank in this regards within the speculated time. Hence I want to register a complaint against bank and against the person who did this fraud.

              I am Mitesh Dargi.I have a account in BOB(Navrang Pura Branch Ahmedabad, AC no:- [protected])
              I have withdraw 2000 rupees from BOB ATM(ATM Id- 1FDANA02, Date :[protected] but i got only 1000 from the ATM. but slip showing 2000 deduction from my Account.
              I have complain against it in BOB(Complain Id- [protected]) but i am not getting any satisfactory answer from BOB.i have made 50 to 60 calls to BOB then still i am not getting any satisfactory answer.
              Please help me on this matter.

                Sir,

                GRAMIKA India is a registered voluntary organization working for upliftment of poor (BPL) families especially SC and ST.GRAMIKA India is working in Giridih district of Jharkhand state activities of SHG is focused in Deori block.

                As per the norms GRAMIKA India is organising self Help Groups (SHG) but in time of opening of savings A/c the branch of Bank of Baroda doesn’t open the account.

                Since last one and half year there is no bank account is opened of SHG promoted by our organization in Bank of Baroda. A PIMP (Dalal) Mr. Premchand Rai supported by Branch Manager and staff of Bank of Baroda, Deori is always sitting in the branch and he takes money to open the account of SHG members and giving commission to the Bank staff.


                The Bank staff (especially Branch Manager and Mr. Singh) takes money in disbursing the loan sanctioned by block and DRDA in SGSY programme. Old groups are not getting loan without concent of the said PIMP. Any body can see the Branch Manager or Mr. Singh is moving with him on his M/cycle.

                This is my request to see the matter at your level or observe the records of last one and half year. Now a day Premchand Rai is forming SHG and with help of bank staff getting and disbursing the commission. Now they take 50% commission on getting revolving fund.

                    I own a atm card of bank of baroda. On night of 18/02/2011 , I lost my atm card in pune. I immediatly called atm helpline and blocked my card, next day i came to know about illegal use of my atm card by unknown person, and a total amout of around 4500 Rs. was fraudly withdrawn from my account even when I had my card blocked.


                    I have informed my home branch. I request to look into the matter and ensure that illegaly withdrawn money is credited back to my account at the earliest.


                    I have contacted bank of baroda helpline and customer care but have not got any fruitful result till now.

                      Today (25th feb 2012) at 1:00 pm, I withdraw 400.00 Rs. from Punjab national bank atm but during the process message received time out and I did not get my Rupees and Receipt also.

                      So please refund 400.00 Rs. to my account at earliest.

                        in that bank says clearly firstly download challan and pay the chalan in nearest bank and they will give the transaction id and fill the online application in link below

                        I payed money in Bank Of Boroda In Gudivada Branch and they gave me transaction id .By taking that transaction id i go to registration page link gave above but in that registration page in date of birth column year option was not working from 7-Feb-2011
                        with out entering that date of birth form can not be submitted by seeing that i was shocked and called the sercive number but, they told we can not do any thing till the last date 10-feb-2011 it was not corrected but they made money with out my submission of challan what should i do?

                          With reference to above I would like to inform you that I was actively interested in bank job and was full conversant with latest technology of CBS implementation. I have also tried my best for benefit of our institution. But one complain event of customer in respect of KYC norms violation has created the adverse position in the bank and then after non-cooperation of Regional Manager Rajkot. Ro Ahmedabad, Zonal Office and Head office and frequently instruction to obey the customer instruction to open the current account though customer was not in a position to provide necessary documents for opening new current account. We have also threatened by another customer of S.M Road Branch. Ahmedabad that if his relative account not opens in Patdi Branch, I will be transferred within two days. Then after all superior authority instructed us to open current account only to avoid complain and resolve the issue .At the last we have opened his account. Details of which are as under.

                          Sir on 15th June 2009 R.O has arranged meeting in branch at Patdi to strictly comply the KYC Norms at the time of opening all new accounts not only this they have also warranted us for violating of KYC norms. On 18th june2009 at the time of initial current account opening in branch level. My Special Asst has asked the customer to provide necessary documents to open account and as a acting Br head at Patdi I have to attend this issue. At last, after long discussion and pressure from all higher authorities such as Zonal Office Ahmedabad, Ahmedabad City R.O. Rajkot Region Office,Sr Manager S M Road Branch and H.O Baroda ,we had to open a/c on 20/06/09ignoring the KYC norms but then after I became victim of anger of Regional Office Rajkot as it was previously threatened by Ahmedabad base party of S. M Road Branch. I was immediately transferred to Proposed Branch Babra as a acting branch manager with some special drama of kidnapping me on 27/06/2009.
                          -At 12.15pm I was advised by HRM Rajkot to come to R.O office Rajkot for some important work, while I was dealing with customer meeting in Patri Branch relating to Mutual fund Business Development in Bank. I have asked the reason for immediate unexpected circumstance which made it compulsory for me to approach at R.O.Rajkot,Then I again was advised to go to Surendranagar on Bank Motorcycle (appro) 60K M from patdi and again through private luxury vehicle from surenranagar to Rajkot(appo 150K.M) At he last I had to approach at Rajkot . During the journey more then three time instructions from HRM Dept, AGM Rajkot and other Senior Manager from Rajkot Office, I have received in different tone of threatening not to ask for any reason, only to approach at Rajkot.. At 5.15.pm when I approach at Rajkot, again AGM Rajkot was waiting for my arrival out side the S.T Bus stop. Then I with AGM Mr. Patel Sir , arrived at Babra at 6.15 pm (appro 130K.M) At the time Mr. Dholakiya Sir was addressing the meeting at Babra. Suddenly Mr. Dholakiya Sir declared my name as a Branch Manager of proposed Babra Branch. Sir, you understand my situation how unexpected circumstance has played a role under which I was quite help less. Even though I had also addressed the meeting for our institution at Babra village. After completion of this drama I again relieved from this picture at 5.00A.M on 28/06/2009.Again at 8.30P.M on 28th June again I had asked our AGM for reconsider the decision, but he was firm in his decision. They ware of the opinion that they ware to surprise me to declare me as a Branch Manager. He only asked me it is the management decision I had to obey. After lot of discussion with Patel Sir I was not satisfied with the circumstances and the style of kidnapping my self for searching of new Br manager
                          - Meanwhile R.O. Rajkot has issued my transfer order on 23/06/09 which I have received on 29/06/09.During the time, due to mental pressure on my mind and approach of local Bank management level of Rajkot has inspired me to tender my resign from bank on 29th june2009.
                          Then after again on 1st july2009 they had transferred me from Patdi to Lunidhar Branch, as a acting branch manager far from Patdi (appro) 250 K.M for which they have neither paid TA/DA nor Transfer Traveling allowances for more then 94 days. Even though I have also carried out entire process of migration activities from BIBAS to FINICAL and have achieved all target of Branch during the quarter ending sept-2009 during my notice period at Lunidhar branch.
                          Despite my sinsirous effort again they have asked my explations on 7th oct2009 for not executing exe in the system on 1st oct2009,Sir Management has given technical support by providing special officer in all the Bibas to CBS branches on 1st oct2009 while my branch was only ignored. Even though I my self completed this exercise on 3rd oct2009 Sir my sincerous effort for bank has adversely affected my carrier.
                          Before 7.5 years I had to resign from bank and still my entitlements has not been paid.
                          - TA/DA for transfer to lunidhar Branch and worked for 94 days.
                          - Six month additional retirement benefit salary as I have completed more then 29 years active service in the bank and I had to region only when alternative for VRS was not possible in BOBSER1979.
                          - , I had lost my job in Bank of Baroda before 7.5 years i.e. loss of 35 lacks. Who will compensate me for this loss?
                          Sir, I again request you to inquire in this matter and help me for getting justice .Sir, Is it proper to count our appeal to higher authority is a great crime/sin for bank. You may judge for the same and please help me for justice.

                            I had made an ATM transaction of Rs. 15000/-on 15.10.2010 early in the morning from the ATM installed at your branch premises but I got only Rs. 9000/- and rest of Rs. 6000/- left within the ATM machine. I immediately dialed the DEBIT CARD customer care[protected]/[protected]. At the same time, Bank officials informed me to contact them after 10 am for part payment complaints. Then at sharp 10 am, I had contacted the branch in this regard, the complaint form was given to me and I filled that form and deposited in the branch immediately.
                            On my next visit in December first week to my hometown Lucknow, I had contacted to my branch and given them a written application for the refund of part payment amount. I had been continuously checking my account for the refund and even once I contacted the head office branch situated near to my office at Parliament Street, New Delhi. They also suggested me to take this matter with my branch in Lucknow. Therefore, I again visited to Lucknow on 21.11.2010 and met with the Manager of BOB, Thakur Ganj, Lucknow for knowing the exact status of my refund. There Mr. Mehra told me that Head Office, Mumbai had given instruction about the full payment of that transaction and they suggested taking this matter with Patparganj branch.
                            then i emailed my complain to regional managers of delhi and uttar pradesh alongwith a copy to General Manager of BOB, Mumbai in the month of January 2011.
                            but till date no response came.

                            i will take this case very soon to banking ombudsman and if not solved then also try in Lok Sabha Questions.

                              i ganesh kannan having a current account in bank of baroda having transaction of three to four lacs a month i had applied for credit card in hospet branch manager (Mr suresh) for which he refused to give acknoldgment and after a month i asked for a status of application he says he cannot answer for my query's and he started telling credit card centre people called over phone verification and three months are over nothing is issued

                                My father had taken 100 equity shares of Bank of baroda. Mean while after some time, he expired. Since the value of those papers are over lakh rupees(CURRENT). I asked Karvy department regarding the issue and help me as i could get those papers cashed only when i could get them transferred on my mothers name. They sent me an attachment in the reply of my mail that i had sent them I found those papers relevant after completing every section and after attaching all the supported papers i sent them to Karvy computer shares,,hyderabad through REGISTERY. Its been over twenty days and i have no information about my papers. I am afraid, as i was asked to send the original share certificates and i did that. Though i can chase and get a record of the location of my papers,but this will not be a solution to my problem. Attached along with is the folio numbers of my shares: BBE[protected] SHARES).Registery details are: spef[protected] and counter no:1. Op-code A.. Please look into the matter and do the need full.

                                    but when i went to download the cash voucher form to pay the fees. it displays as

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      I Sumitha, SB A/c holder of Bank of Baroda, Palace Orchards Branch. On 06.01.2011 at 12.30pm I tried to withdraw Rs.5000/- from my a/c at palace orchards ATM centre, when i inserted the ATM card message displayed was " transaction could not be processed", but the amount was debited from my account. I had given a written complaint to my branch on 07.01.2011, this is my first salary & i got a reply from the bank that to re-credit the amount it may take 15days which is not affortable to me. As this is the salary a/c. Request kindly arrange re-credit the amount immediately.
