SINCE FEB'09 THE POSTMAN OF IND. AREA JAGDISHPUR POSTOFFICE ARE NOT DELIVERING LETTERS/DIVIDEND CHEQUES ETC. TO US AND ALSO TO OTHERS PEOPLE OF SECTOR-4 AND SECTOR -5 OF I.A.JAGDISHPUR REGULARILY..AND IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE TO SAY THAT NOBODY IS TAKING CARE FOR PREVIOUS COMPLAINS BECOZ MR MOHD ATIQ THE SAID POSTMAN IS UNION LEADER..AND POSTMASTER CAN'T TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST HIM..WE ARE FACING A LOT OF TROUBLES SINCE THAT MOHD ATIQ JOINED THE POST OFFICE OF I A JAGDISHPUR..

    hello sir
    My Name is mohd irshad i am a customer of bank of baroda branch bazpur. i appleid for ATM card on 6-june-2009.
    but i dont have my ATM card at the present time when i ask to bank manager for my ATM card they say we dont have your ATM card please ask tommorow. it has been more than seventy(70) days. what should i do. please sir reply.

    i took Education loan from bank of baroda so i cant close the Account from that bank.

    My Name is Alok Srivastava. i appleid to open a SB account in bank of baroda, branch - guru teg bahadur, karaili, allahabad on[protected].I got my account number. my account number is[protected].
    but i dont have my other kits ATM card and pasbook. present time when i ask to bank manager for my kits and ATM card they say we dont have your kirs and ATM card please ask tommorow. it has been to long time. what should i do. please sir reply on my main adress.

      SIR,

      I would like to draw your kind attention that in Bank of Baroda, malkhan nagar branch employee behaviour. I think his name is Mr. Chaudhry whose dealing with the people is very rude and does not answer clearly. Jamia Urdu Aligarh has two current account with the deposit about one crore but the employees of Jamia Urdu have much complaint against Mr. Chaudhry who deals payment passing.

      Sir, I request you to kindly look into this matter sothat the employees of jamia urdu aligarh could be satisfied otherwise Jamia urdu aligarh would be compelled to close account with immediate effect.

        Rejection of SIP auto debit facility (SIP application No. A039152) against BOB Account no. 17920100001956.

        Respected Sir/Madam,
        In reference to above mentioned subject my account no. [protected] on 28.07.09 was Rs. 14000/-. Due to some error in BOB computers (as told/accepted by BOB officers) Rs. 8000/- was put on lien wrongly & Rs. 83/- was also deducted mentioning BLDSK inward return charges Debit. We immediately contacted BOB Rawatbhata as well Mumbai concerned officials. We were repetadly given assurance that wrongly put lien...

        I had requested for transfer of Rs.16, 000/= from our State Bank of Patiala, Pusa Road Branch, New Delhi-110005, account (account no.[protected] to Bank of Baroda, Rawatbhata Branch (IFSC Code BARB0RAWATB) RAWATBHATA BRANCH, DIST.CHITTORGARH(RAJ.), RAWATBHATA, 323305, Account No.[protected] pertaining to Brijesh Sharma on 30.07.2009. Copy of NEFT's successful execution is attached herewith. My account is already debited on the same day. I also confirm from the Manager (Mr. Kohli - ph.no.[protected], State Bank of Patiala, Pusa Road Branch, New Delhi-110008, about the same who confirmed the on the subject transfer


        Till date we are struggling as payments are not credited in the account at your branch. When we tried to contact the branch and ask the email ID to send the request they (Mr. Rawat) gave a wrong email id as "[protected]@rawatb" which is not recognised email ID.

        Now, you are requested to do the needful so that either my payments should transfer to the said account or debit back to my account.

          I m working with Jindal Worldwide ltd. Ahmedabad. Unfortulately we were offered salary accounts in Bank Of Baroda (Maninagar Main Branch) before 2 years. Since then we are facing problems. I wanted to have internet banking. I have submitted Internet Banking Forms (Note : I m using term "FORMS" not "FORM") 4 times. Still i dont have nothing. Meanwhile my resident address is changed and I m living on rent. So I represented my new address on Company's Letter Head.

          They people refused it and told me that what is the proof or existance of this address.? So what is the importance or value of company's letter head ? Nothing...If this is so then why they kept mum at the time of account opening ? . Why they approved my address at that time ?

          Staff of Maninagar Main Branch is totally useless and arrogant. I will try to convience my company authority to withdraw all the salary accounts (no. of salary accounts from company : 151) from bank of baroda.

          We stick to the nationalised bank as far as possible. But these people force us to go to Multinational Banks.

          i m soory to say you. i just inform you i have the my company acount my family a/c and my worker a/c in bob roorkee branch.totaly a/c 10 to 12 & my company main a/c no.[protected], countinue in last five year, now i m facing the problem with your seniour baranch manger mr.dass in your roorkee branch. like mis behaveiour everytime, tolking style, pass the comment. etc. this problem i m facing last 7month,

          bt i sooory to say ...2day i m going ur bank along with eid sweet for whole staff. then mr.dass as a seniour manger talikin very badly and also though out my all swett ..and say getout from here.that time my elder brother mr. javed ansari as a S.D.O in UPCL, and Tabrej ansari as a manger in ubico also alonge with me...also so many coustomer present that time in your ur branch ...i cant tell you how can feell that time ...sir i wana say to give the suggustion wht should i do...where i contact ...,

          i m very helfless this time U PLEASE SUPPORT ME ...

            It is with absolute outrage that i find myself as a customer of a disgraceful & sardonic bank namely bank of baroda...i had lost my debit card almost 4 months from now...& i had issued for a new one within dayz of losing it...i recently got a confirmation(that too 4 months later) from d mumbai branch that the card had been delivered to my branch in asansol...when i called up my branch, whosoever picked up the call shouted at me saying that it could take even 6 bmonths for the card to be delivered from mumbai, & that they had far better things to do than to waste time in these petty matters & he rudely hung up the phone...i work in an international bank myself & have been taught the basic etticets of customer service but that banker in my branch simply murdered my understanding of the term"customer service".. i was shocked & stunned with this complacent behaviour & beg the concerned authorities to look into it seriously...i hate to admit it but my experience of Bank of baroda in asansol branch has been nothing short of a disgrace...

            I, agree with above said complaint. I also lost my card on 08/07/09 at Nasik. I applied for for a new card on 20/07/09 but so far I have not recd the card.
            I OPEN A BORODA BANK ACCOUNT, PLEASE SEDULE OF YOUR DETAILS.

            i have Saving Acct with Bank of Baroda- Bopal Branch with two debit cards say " A" and "B"
            when A is lost, i send request to block, next day i applied in writing to my Bopal Ahmedabad BOB branch to take care to Block as they did not conform if it is realy blocked or not

            the branch says they have no STD facility to interect with concerned. the send my application via cureer service - the concer Debit Card authority till did not conform if it is blocked or not, More over they Blocked my anther debit card "B" without any fault at my level-

            i visit the branch since dt 27/11/2009 to 15/12/2009, daily to do something but the Bopal BOB are not able to reply me any affermative

            since last month the tollfree number is not working- and pasted in ATM cabin even knowing that it is not working- the BOB authority has no any Shame-

I gave written complaint on same day at bank of baroda m.g.road branch secunderabad. but till today my complaint was not solved by the bank. I visited several times to bank but in vain.

              Sir,
              This is Paramasivam, working as a Software engineer in chennai. I have a operating a/c and housing loan at Bank of Baroda perundurai branch. I have been paying my interest and principle amounts for every month with out fail. I have requested the Manager to provide provisional certificate for the amount9Interest and principle) that i am going to pay for current financial year[protected] for income tax reduction. The manager doesn't respect others and he is still not considering my request. He has been asking us to wait . I request you to treat this to Critical priority complaint and take the necessary actions against to him.

              I am getting frusted for having relationship with Bank of Baroda. It is motivating me to get loan or open A/C with private banks(Like ICICI/HDFC), where their customer services are really good.

              Dear Sir,

              I and my wife had visited your branch at pushpa kunj on friday to open an account with you as there is more 4 account of my family so I visited your branch and asked for account opening form from you front desk staff (i can't recollect the name) he was so rude as if he is doing a favor on me by giving the form I think as if you don't need more client's and you will be never improving your standard and the way of style,

              I was to shocked that till now also your staff is working like a urban branch where there are all unqualified and lower class of staff who don't the the meaning of customer service.

              Any way i would like to bring to your kind that my sister Miss.pervin begum saghir ahmed Address (dowri nagar, gate no-1 room no-B/91 opp vakola police stn Santacruz east mum -55) had open a NRI account with you may be in the month of sept 08 but till date she had not been given any supported document,cheque book or debit card every time when she come on vacation from dubai and go the you branch she is not been attended and supported.

              I am giving you a weeks time to solve the problem any i have also forwarded this letter to consumer forum for mis-behaving with the customer and improper customer service.

              Subject - Complaint for not receiving ATM card & rude behavior of bank officials

              Dear Sir,
              I am Chandra mohan mishra R/O 75, swaraj nagar, C block, panki, kanpur U.P. I have opened a saving Account (No. [protected]) in BOB, Gumti No.5, kanpur (Branch) on 31st of april 2010. I received my bank passbook on 10th of May 2010 and apply for Bank ATM card on the same day, but bank branch did not give me ATM card till now (28 July 2010). I have asked for this many times to the related officer & branch manager, but they could not satisfy me with their improper answer & rude behavior. On 25th June related officer said to me that your card is made with some errors, so I can't give it to you. Every time when i asked for the ATM card, they always said to come in next week. Because o[censored]navailability of ATM card i could not use my account with any money transactions. Right now I want to close my account in BOB. I am sending request for solving this problem as soon possible.
              I am waiting for your positive response & my ATM card.

                The manager of the Bank of Baroda situated at Pune, BMCC campus has been accepting the fees for the college admission, however in spite of standing in the line the counter closes much before the working hours of the bank, i.e, at 12:00 hrs, however the bank closes at 14:30 hrs and the manager also has threating nature to throw us out of the bank if not listened to... the branch manager did not disclose his name even after being aksed several times...

                  I have taken house loan of Rs.2.25 lacs from the Bank of Baroda, (Habibganj) M.P.Nagar Branch, Bhopal in the year of 2007(i.e. March 2007). My Savings Bank account no.[protected] and my House Loan account no.[protected] in this branch. After two years of taking the loan, on 5th May 2009, the Bank has debited/ deducted without any intimation to me a sum of Rs.1800/.On enquiry, the Branch Manager reluctantly told me that this amount of Rs.1800/- is towards preparation of legal documents from the Sub Registrar Office, Bhopal and no proof of documents are given to me.

                    one of the employees of bank of baroda, K.G. Marg who make a challan said do carry change even u make a challan of Rs. 400. I[censored] will give Rs 500 to him, he will not give u a change of mere Rs. 100 and said that " Kal se Khule Le Kar Aana Nahi to Challan nahi banaunga.

                      i have an savings account in your bank in samrala branch distt ludhiana
                      today i went to get the bank statement of month of june which i needed for the car loan
                      first of all his PC was not working i waited a long for it to start
                      then i was standing first in the line but he (partap singh) refused me and said taht he will give the bank statement at last.He wasted mine 1 hr and still i didnt got the statement ...

                      i saw any other customers to whom he was refusing to write the entries on the passbook...he said that he will not write the entries of the present day but only of the older ones...
                      he is a very rude man plz either do his transfer or ask him serve the customers sincerely and respectfully...

                      Banking — ill behaviour

                      The worst possible behaviour from canara bank branch at Malviya nagar, Employees are ill-mannered, service is worst as compared to other national banks...
                      Even the manager there is illitrate...u cant get ur work done in one go, wether its just taking ur statement, u will have to go 3-4 times for the same..

When I tried to withdraw money from Bank of Baroda ATM here in Hyderabad, the money was deducted from my account and I received only the receipt which says that the Transaction Declined.                             Dear sir, I would like to draw your attention to the delay in my local cheque clearing at my C/a A/c branch of Bank of Baroda, Sadar Bazaar, Delhi-6. My party's cheque no.504964- drawn on Indian Overseas Bank, Delhi was sent to theC/a A/c no.-[protected] at BOB for clearing on 15/06/09 and till 19/06/09 it did not show up for clearing in their a/cs.On inquiring I was given the excuse of system failure and was told it will be show up for clearing on 22/06/09. Unlike for prescribed guideline of local clearing within 3 days. Please look into the matter or these public bank officials will continue to take their customers for a ride by delaying such trivial matters for any reason.

                              I filled up the form for opening the account in Bank of baroda, Sec-29 branch, Noida on june 4th.I also deposited Rs1000 as a minimum balance.They people said that you will get a verification letter within 2 or 3 days and then your account will be opened.But till now I have not recieved that.This branch is so bad.The employess here do not work at all and keep on gossiping among themseleves.

                              actually the matter is very serious .sir there is a branch of bob in antu(up).it is somewhat related to rural area.a lot of people are illetetrate.we dont hav any other bank in around 10 km.
                              a man who is coming from 10km in a hot weather and want to open an account then your branch members are telling that no form is available.they are behaving very rudely with customers...

                                Hi,

                                I am a customer of Bank of Baroda, Mysore branch and on 10th of May 2009 I tried withdrawing Rupees 6000 from my account. The ATM I used was of Corporation bank situated in Devaraja urs road, Mysore. My Account number is [protected], my debit card number is [protected]. The cash never got dispensed but it was debited from my account. I didnot even get any receipt from the ATM regarding the error. I tried lodging a complaint but the customer care representative asked me to wait for 24 hours. He mentioned that indeed there is a error and he can see the error on his computer "CND" against the said transaction. The next day the same representative plainly rejected his acknowledgement and they started redirecting my phone calls to different departments who were commenting like "who asked you to withdraw amount from different ATM", "when you have done mistake, you have to suffer a little right", "you are not the only customer who has this complaint", "what can we do". The response was so annoying that I am not sure that they will pay me back my money.

                                They took my complaint after long STD calls to mumbai and asked me to wait for 2 weeks. I also approached my BOB, mysore branch and they also showed me the screen with error "CND" (cash not dispensed) against the transaction but refused to give any record mentioning the same. Since I completed two weeks waiting for my money, i wanted to enquire about the status of my complaint and i called the customer care. Now, they are asking me to wait for another one month atleast to complete the process according to RBI. Is it RBI rule to make customers wait for their money for months?? Please understand that I have to make payments to other banks for my credit cards, i have already paid interest this month to other banks and next month is fast approaching. Other banks will not understand our scenario and they want their money back and they will not buy this as an answer. They will put fine on me which will come upto 1500 rupees!! I am sure Bank of Baroda will not pay this. If this continues for another one month, i would have paid fines coming upto 6000 rupees!!!

                                I have seen complaints against Bank of Baroda which are not resolved even after 3 months!! Please help me out address my issue and issues of other customers of Bank of Baroda.

                                Hi,

                                This is vaseem again. After the above mentioned complaint, I sent the same email to all the email id's of Bank of Baroda customer care that I found searching the internet. That included the ID of customer care, MD, mysore branch and others. I recieved immediate response from customer care but they were asking me for complaint number, which was not provided to me after my calls and after their assurance that the complaint has been registered. Later on after 2-3 emails exchange, I recived a call the following day from reconciliation department. The executive who spoke with me was very polite in his approach and he gave me the complaint number and asked me to wait for 12 more days for the issue to get resolved. He was so polite in his response that I felt that I should trust him and not take any further actions.

                                I will post back the result of my wait for another 12 days that will end on 8/June/2009.

                                After waiting for the next 12 days, I got the cash back.. But not before I gave them one more call and sent them one more email..

                                Anyways.. it took exactly a month for Bank of Baroda to resolve my query.

                                Please be careful while drawing cash from other bank ATM's..

                                "BANKS TO PAY COMPENSATION FOR ATM ERRORS

                                Mumbai, July 20-Commercial banks will now have to pay account holders a compensation of Rs. 100 per day for delay in reversing a failed ATM transaction.

                                In a circular issued late evening on Friday, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has imposed stringent penalties on banks who fail to reverse a transaction where cash is not dispensed by the ATM but the customer’s account gets debited within 12 days.

                                The circular was in response to complaints from customers who had to put up with delays in getting back money erroneously debited during failed ATM transactions.

                                Besides, the compensation should be credited to the customer’s account automatically without any claim from the customer, on the same day when the bank affords the credit for the failed ATM transaction, RBI said.

                                The Apex Bank makes it clear that in case the delay is because of a third-party bank ATM through which the customer has transacted, the card-issuing bank must still pay the penalty to the customer.

                                However, it will recover this amount from the bank that owns the ATM. Similarly, if a non-bank network operator is the reason behind the delay, the bank will make the payment and recover the penalty from the operator.

                                Further, the RBI has instructed banks to extend the scope of concurrent audit to cover cases of such delays.

                                Quarterly review

                                Accordingly, the banks are now also required to place a qua-rterly review of ATM transactions with its board of directors, indicating the quantum of penalties paid, reasons for the same, and the remedial action taken to prevent recurrence of such cases.

                                A copy will have to be forwarded to the central bank.

                                That apart, RBI has taken a critical note of different banks setting different cutoff limits for permitting cash withdrawals from/for other bank customers."

                                  I am Vinit Dave who is punished for subscribing for home loan from Bank of Baroda Kali Branch.
                                  My Home Loan Account no is [protected]. I had applied for home loan from BOB and they had sanctioned me Loan of Rs. 330000.
                                  But now they are deducting amount of installments uneven.
                                  Like sometimes they deduct installment Twice in a one month or sometimes charge more amount then amount negotiated.
                                  As I am from middle class family person this action damage my monthly budget and I face problem in running my family.
                                  I have lots of hope on you.

                                    SUB: REGARDING COMPLAINT AGAINST BANK OF BARODA UMBERGAON TOWN BRANCH BANK MANAGER MR. H B SHAH, AS HE IS ASKING FOR BRIBE TO SETTLE THE LOAN.

                                    DEAR SIR,

                                    I UNDERSIGNED MR. BHAVESH LAXMINARAYAN SHARMA RESIDING AT EWS COLONY, ROOM NO 7/61, GANDHIWADI UMBERGAON HAVING A COMPUTER LOAN WITH BANK OF BARODA UMBERGAON BRANCH DIS: VALSAD LOAN NO: 6/14537 since April 2005, amount Rs: 50, 000 /- firstly I was paying regularly but due to market recession I can’t pay regularly and my account became NPA. In Jan 2007. Bank file complaint against me in SECTION 138 by depositing one of my security cheque which return due to insufficient fund, bank took same action against 11 borrower and at the court date we all meet first time and decided to go to consumer court against this, as our advocate MR. Devang Acharya who is legal adviser of bank of Baroda too, guide us to do this. But on 14 th Jan 2009 our case was dismiss on the bases of time period, in between bank file another complaint against me which is suit file.


                                    My father, who was unaware of all this, ask me to pay loan in one shot and settle all the legal issues and he promise me to give financial help in settling balance dues, so I went to bank manager and ask for my pending dues, but he told me to call on his cell no [protected] in the evening, I tried his cell in the evening but it was unreachable so I go to bank again after two days, this time he told me to meet at kalpataru apt solsomba by 6.30 p.m. I and my brother in law went to meet him. After some casual talk he told me my pending loan amount is around 45, 000 /- plus interest, but he will settle the loan in 33, 000 /- and he will withdraw both cases section 138 and suit file which bank file against me. I thank him and ask for one week period to deposit the amount.


                                    But he farther told me that this is not so easy as we went to consumer court against bank so now bank want to punish us. So if we paid fully then also bank will continue the cases for defamation and other charges. I request him to help me and save me from all legal cases he told me that, he is the only person who can save me. So I beg in front of him.









                                    Bank manager Mr. H.B.Shah ask me for ten thousand rupees cash as a bribe within 24 hours, then only he will settle the issue otherwise I have to face the all legal cases. He farther told me that this is still cheap deal as he will withdraw all cases and if I will pay threw court it will cost me all other charges plus 45000 and balance interest amount so it will cost me around 60, 000 /- and above all court may punish me. So he tried to convince me that this is fair deal for me and for him also and he will get credit from his senior also to settle the issue out of court. At that time I got convince and I asked for 24 hours period for his bribe payment I told my father everything; but he refuses to pay bribe to Mr. Haresh b shah. And ask me to contact higher authority and he told me not to get in all new problems and pay as per bank rule not as manager Mr. H B SHAH want. So I contact you.


                                    Sir, please help me in paying the loan, as if I will not give ten thousand rupees bribe to Mr. H B SHAH he will not allow me to pay the loan. And after paying the entire loan please instruct Mr. h b shah to withdrawal both cases.


                                    I m hoping quick reply from your side, if you didn’t take any appropriate action my complaint then I have to pay ten thousand rupees as a bribe to Mr. H B SHAH. I HOPE YOU WILL NOT LET THIS HAPPEN.

                                    please give me support I m just 25 years old and getting married next year, I m really worried as if you fail to stop Mr. H B Shah by doing this, then he will spoil my future.

                                    I m sending you all papers threw courier also, and if required I will give you this complaint and all evidence threw notary.
