      Remove Lien from my account balance

      I had to visit the branch for my education loan 7 times, still they were not ready to process my loan. The person heading the Loan department was unhelpful and non co-operative. I went to all the troubles to get the papers necessary for loan still every time a new excuse was made to refuse my application. it was disrespectful and annoying to have to go through this.
      They told me i needed salary slips for loan application, i told them i had no salary slip and that i can give them ITR filings. after two three visits of back and forth with others documents they told me that salary slips are necessary for loan. I dont understand how they can say one thing and revert it to another at the end. I couldn't apply apply for loan since then. The Nilje Branch has one of the laziest employees who are not interested in Customer service or doing their job well. All of this happened during the pandemic when half of the staff were not even wearing masks.

        Mera kcc vijaynagar branch bhuj kutch, gujrat me 8 years se hai.Date 4/7/2021 ko staff mr.Manish ne kcc renewal ke liye 20/7/2021 ke bad ane ko kaha aur mere se aise bat kari gayi jaise mai kcc nahi udhar mang raha hu.Jab maine puchha itane jyada din renewal ke liye kyu lagjayege to jor jor se bolane laga aur police ko bank me bulane ki dhamki dene laga mera kcc a/c. No.[protected] hai.Maine regularly har sal payment time to time bhara hai.
        Aaj muje bada dukh hai ke jis bank se mai 8 years se juda huva tha us bank ne muje aise jawab diya

            I am having a Saving Account at Bank of Baroda, Mandvi Branch Mumbai since 2008. since 2020 BOB has hold around Rs. 3000 every month as lien amount later on deduct that. once at time they deduct 12000 from my account during the pandemic I requested the customer care executive to return my amount as in the mean time i m getting half salary but they directed me to Go to the Branch. but for the lockdown i can not. as on today i m not able to visit the Branch due to no public transport. today alos they deduct Rs. 2000 as lien. I request please help me out of this and refund my amounts as i eagerly need the same in this pandemic period. Thanking you..

              I have made my purchases on Amazon website on 25th June 2021 for amounting Rs. 2004.30 against which some refunds have been issued by Amazon on 26th June 2021 but till date Amount has not been credited to my credit card account.

              I had checked the same with Amazon and they confirmed me that refund has been received by Bank of Baroda but bank had not given credit in my credit card account till date.

                    Refund of Rs. 480/- has been made by amazon on 18th of June 2021 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
                    "the reference number of the refund is ref[protected].
                    But, the refund has not been received yet.
                    Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So I need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                    I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or I'm going to take some legal action.

                              Dear Sir/Mam,

                              My fathe had account with Kashi Gomti Samyukt Gramin Bank currently known as Baroda UP Bank. He passed away on 08/04/2021. I have collected all the documents from advocate to submit the death claims in Bank. I have visited many times in Bank for documents process but they are behaving in bad way no manner to talk with customers. Still I am visiting to Bank for solutions, every time they are saying come to next day like that.

                              My Mother getting depressed sometimes, please provide the solution.

                                Hello sir/ma'am
                                I am Sunaina Gupta . I had ordered a product which costs 439 rupees from Amazon on date 22nd of May 2021. The product got delivered on date 28th of May 2021. After dissatisfaction from the product I requested for return, after the return process done I waited for days according to their policy. Then I contacted Amazon customer care regarding my refund they said contact your bank and gave me a reference number. Then I visited my bank branch near me and also contacted bank customer care number. They said there is no any kind of amount credited to my bank account. Today date is 30th June and still haven't got my refund.

                                    Dear team,

                                    I do not hold a Bank of Baroda account however I'm still receiving the following message below:
                                    "Rs.36.87 transferred from A/c ...2720 to:MINIMUM BALANCE. Total Bal:Rs.868.58CR. Avlbl Amt:Rs.868.[protected]:47:54) - Bank of Baroda"

                                    This clearly looks like a phishing/hacking attempt. Please look into this issue and take the required appropriate action. Also, please do make us aware how to keep oneself away from such catch.
