Bank Of Baroda has of late started sending spam emails, and non-stop marketing emails. Even there is no option to unsubscribe at all. When called contact center, they say we do not have any access to do that, go to branch. When contacted branch, they say it is centralized, call contact center. BOB website has no option, nor does its online banking, and MConnect app too does not have an option. Seriously, these emails come, even when a customer is on a DND. I thought BOB was decent, but it too is turning into profit only bank. Please how do I stop? Their redress system is a joke, as it does not have justified options, and their so called redress management does nothing and keep closing out tickets.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by tiredoffraudinindia They keep bombarding emails with SPAM on all emails that they have. Are these people even looking at these complaints? Useless management/developers.

Updated by tiredoffraudinindia Still no way to unsubscrbe. Moreover the BOBWorld is filled with spam and forced notifications. Daily spam mails and even spam SMS's. Is this why they charge quarterly SMS charges?
