Dear sir/madam,
I use net banking services of all accounts linked with my one customer ID. but now this facility not received from software changing. now only active my saving account No. [protected]. I have also cash credit account No. [protected]. this CC a/c not active in net banking. I have given new net banking application in home branch Naigao but my problem is not solve by branch.
please solve my complaint.

Dear Sir, I am having a bank account no. [protected] with Bank of Baroda, Madhubani Branch. Before 4 day My account transactions have been freeze without any intimation or any kind of letter or call. Suddenly they have stopped my all transactions then i talked to Customer Care He told that " Your account has been Freeze and you should Contact your Branch". I have immediately contact the Branch Manager, he has informed that you...

Deducted 885.00 on 29/03/21 sent me message that mini balance not maintained. I enquired to Bank, They people inform me that your account is "Shubh Saving Acount" but me opened normal saving account since 2013. and don't know about this change. They inform me to maintain minimum balance Rs. 50000.00 .I was socked. now couldn't understand what to do.

On 04.04.2021 my Bank of Boroda acount is debited by rs.(959+404)=1363 by fkpayments mumbai. But not receive any otp for me. Please solve this issue or tell the fillipkart id who ordered using my debit card.

I have written to Bank that I am receiving statement of account of some other account holder and requested to stop it but it is not yet stopped

My SB act no [protected] in the name of Sudhakara Rai is showing Rs 43, 000 blocked as lien amount.I, m not a defaulter any time and balance was always more than the specified limit.Kindly unlock lien amount and credit into my account immediately.

I am bob customer since 15.03.2013. I currently 405.62 rupee are showing in my lien account. I want to recover this amount to my main balance.

But untill I dont get my ATM Card and Cheque book

I am a resident of D block Rajajipuram and there has been a lot of disturbance caused because of street dogs. They follow our vehicles and keep barking all day long. It is not appropriate that we can not even have a decent sleep at night as they keep barking all night. It is very disturbing to the senior citizens in our area. There are around 8-9 dogs on our street behind Bank of Baroda. It would be highly appreciated if you would respond to our complaint asap.

Bank has been holding a sum of money as they say as lien amount without any solid reasons. As i reached the customer care they couldn’t satisfy me with their arguments.

My account always has minimum balance maintained without fail and still they charged me just now for Minimum balance charges.

In my savings account available balance is shown as 291 and effective available balance is 739.Th3 bank has wrongly debited cash from the account and without proper intimation.Kindly do the needful.

Holder of some canara bank fix deposits already matured in 2018
trying to proceed for validating these fds through BOB but BOB not cooperating at all and only advising me verbally to visit Canara Bank (Delhi branch ) and proceed further.

With due respect, I would like to bring it to your notice that I had visit bank of baroda-fatehpura branch prestigious bank in order to not bidding of IPO on 19/03/2021.
Bank employee Mr.akshay Sharma misbehaved with me and told me that "I will see you and making some non-sense like behaving that called police. After one hour when I asked him when will police come. He told me that " juta khayega Kay? Ya aise hi Jayega.
I really don't understand that how can this kind of behave bank staff can do?
He don't know how to behave with customer. I really disappoint with this kind of welcome. Please I request you to take some action against him so that kind of behavior will not face by any customer.
I also realize that there are less staff according to the bank work. I don't know why this staff is less? I request you to check about this also hope to alive above problem as soon as possible.

I have booked medicine from 1 mg on 12march 2021 the amount was debited from my bank account Rs.1156.43 today is 20th march 2021 but i have not recieved the refund yet .when will i get my refund.

I deposited 11000 cash in bank of Baroda Sanpada, Navi Mumbai branch in the morning I got a slip showing transaction declined but at the end of slip showing network error try to check after sometime. But still not received my amount.

Sir I had opened insta saving account in BOB online. I had submitted my KYC to my branch but now the account is frozen. I had contacted my branch and submitted KYC again, they unfreezed my account on my request. But account is freezing immediately after unfreezing. Please resolve the problem as soon as possible.
