I have PPF account in Bank Of Baroda.When the branch is closed and my ppf account shifted to another branch, then 2 ppf account open .I told to the manager and he said your ppf account number is ...I.Deposit 10000 rs in the account. After some time I again deposit rs 40000 in my ppf account then the cashier said there are some problem in your account. They transfer my 40000rs in my savings account. Problem ye hai ki jis account me mene 10000rs deposit kiye the wo account bank ne close kr diya hai and dusra account activate kr diya hai...please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

      Amazon company refunded me 1075 Rs on 19 february 2021 and 477 Rs on 2 march but still amount is not showing me in my bank account. Amazon company give me a refund reference number for both Transaction but branch is not accepting that.

          28the feb 150 and 349 rupees initiated by amazon in my bank account through upi but amount is not credited to my account... RRN no is[protected] it is not credited to my account so pls kindly check what’s the problem is happening bank service is so disgusting i have talk to them again and again but no response came from bank of baroda customers care so i need to file a charge dispute to get the full details as soon as possible please

            Hi,

            I am not holding any account in their bank. Still i am getting messages for the past 6 months that maintain your minimum balance. How come banks don't keep a track of their customer's updated number.

            Account number for which i am getting message is

            0514 (last four digits)

            I don;t know whose account is this, but i am getting the message. Remove my number, or else i will make a police complaint against threat, and fake messages, and report the same in NHRC.

              I had cancelled an order on 13 Dec 2020. The amount was debited through my debit card. But i havent received the refund yet. I complained to amazon but they said that they have initiated but its not released from bank. When i contacted bank, they said they have no updates and didn't take any action. So, i kindly request u to look after the matter and provide my refund back as soon as possible.

                I did two imps transactions on 1st March 2021 from my bob account to IndusInd bank account .one of 50000 rs and second of rs.16731 however both the transaction failed with sms saying timeout error however the account is debited with both transactions.
                The bank says the amount will be refunded on T+1 days however as per NPCI, the amount should be credited to beneficiary account on T+1 days .Neither the amount is refunded nor the beneficiary account is credited as on 2nd March 2021 . I need to make sure either beneficiary recieves the payment or payment is stopped so that alternate mode of payment is used to complete payment by 3rd March 2021

Amount of Rs. 995/- has been deducted with a message that it has been transferred to Sehat suraksha. But i have not applied/ asked for anything.                       I invested some money in a investment app called Trading 212. I have requested withdrawal of 3000 $ but haven’t received yet. I have ARN number but cannot pull out any information with ARN. Why Indian banks cannot track ARN? I have sent an email to issue me a confirmation as requested from my trading platform, but I haven’t got a reply l. It has been a week now. Please I need help to get my money back. It’s a really big amount for me. It has been sent by trading 212, but bank of Baroda is not helping. I need a confirmation letter from bank that this ARN number is not sufficient to track funds. That’s it so that trading 212 can escalate this matter from their end.

                        I had applied for burger king ipo and the amount of rupees 15000 had been blocked in my account. I was not alloted any shares but the amount for the ipo has not been released still.Its been more than 2 months and still none of my complaints are being acknowledged by Bank of Baroda.

                          I ordered a mobile in flipkart, pay via bank of baroda debit card. After few days i cancel the order and the flipkart refunded the amount which i pay via my card. But the amount i did not receive. After talk to them they give me Refund Id - CR2102111426429607507306

                            In our society there are 4-5 puppies of stray dog. Out of them one is died due to car as it is not seen by the car driver when he was taking reverse. Please what is the procedure if any one of housekeeping staff want to take these puppies at his home or Municipal corporation will send a vehicle to collect these puppies.

                              Dear All,

                              I have sent an email to your customer service and Gm operations HO on 17.02.2021 then added customer service HO on 18.02.2021, namely Mr. Poluri Srinivasa Reddy. General Manager (Operations & Services) Bank of Baroda, Head Office,

                              Since then I am requesting him and his team to at least acknowledge my request message. But it seems they all are very very very busy.

                              Therefore, now I am putting extra effort to raise my voice and trying to put up my complaint to all of you and hope that someone from you must help me resolve this issue.

                              NO MATTER IF YOUR EFFICIENT? OVER BUSY? TEAM MEMBERS DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE MY MESSAGE EVEN AFTER THIS REQUEST.

                              AND HOPE SOMEONE FROM YOU WILL SURELY HELP ME.

                              They have sent another correct cheque book and reversed the cheque book charges. But they did not send any email or called to update that they have reversed the charges.

                              on 24.02.2021 some one called from mobile no 96876xx779 who said he is the manager of vapi town branch but did not mentioned his name and even did not bothered to update on the reason of delay in acknowledging my messages.

                              he said the cheque book should have mentioned all names but do not know what was wrong. then he suggested to submit a new request at his branch manually for a fresh cheque book on my behalf.
                              on the next day i received SMS that Rs. 71.00 is charged for the cheque book.

                              upon the intimation, I immediately sent an email to all the above email ids, requesting them to reverse the charges being wrongly charged. Because I think I have applied for cheque book after more than a year. the saving bank account are eligible to get cheque books without charge minimum 1 cheque book a year.

                              And as normal practice of bank of baroda EMPLOYEES (or OWNERS?) I am still reminding them everyday to ACKNOWLEDGE my email and reverse the charges WRONGLY charged.

                              If this same matter was with some other GOOD banks there are many names to mention ... I would not had to even approach this website.

                              It is very unfortunate that for such a small matter of issue of cheque book I have to approach almost all the Nodal officers of Bank of baroda and in stead of resolving the issue they have WRONGLY charged me and as per bank of baroda EMPLOYEES' legacy of doing nothing they have not acknowledged the email.

                              I am following up this issue since 17.02.2021 since the day I received the wrong cheque book.

                                The garbage bin near our home is overflowing and The stink is overwhelming.
                                The garbage bin is disturbing to and fro vehicles due its placement at the corner.
                                As we are at the corner of the street the cleaning staff is not even trying to clean the mess on the road. And let the dump at the corner is attracting many mosquito.

                                      This is to bring to your kind attention that the atm guard of atm of bank of baroda located at natun bazar branch, dumdum cantonment is I'll mannered.He is always drunk even in the duty hours.He does not allow any person other than his familiar ones, to withdraw money.He uses slangs whenever you argue with him and literally can not protest against him.I shall be highly obliged if he is removed from his duty with immediate effect
