      I did a transaction of 24999 INR on 11th July 2020 from phonepe UPI app to Baroda Rajasthan Kshetriya Gramin Bank basai account ( Account detail- Name-Mamta Devi Account No.- [protected] IFSC Code - BARB0BRGBXX) but the receiver did not receive the payment due to phonepe not recommended to me for fill the ifsc code so i made this payment direct to account number but by default payment was credited in Bank of Baroda account, i did many complaints to my HDFC bank because i have HDFC bank account (Account Detail- Name- Lokesh Jangir, Account No.-[protected]) even i did on RBI portal but didnt get back any positive response from their end till now i am chasing them since couple of months but i could not get back my money till now. kindly help me for refunding my money. uploaded transaction detail for your reference.

Amazon ki taraf se mujhe amount refund ka msg aya tha 22/11/2020 ko jiska red.               Hi i don't have a bank account with bank of Baroda.
              They why are they sending me someone's else bank statement to my number
              [protected] is under the name of Abhishek Singh from New Delhi.
              Please warn them if they do not update their system i will file police complaint & sue them for using my number.

                Hi something is terribly wrong with bank of Baroda they are sending someone else bank statement to my number.Please warn them that i will file police complaint if they don't update their system
                Someone else using my number is total intrusive behavior.
                Kindly inform them that my name is Abhishek Singh & my number is [protected].
                If i receive another sms i will take extreme measures & it will not be good for them.

                  This is regarding bank of baroda as they have not resolved my issue from past one month, im suffering from this issue whenever i use my debit card it shows remove card, card is blocked or last transaction cancelled, and i inquired in BKC branch but no one responded i cannot do my online transactions now its pathetic no one is helping me out

                    I am a customer of bob since 2020, first time i face a issue with this bank, from past few months in my account rs.277is shown and i cant able to use. When i speak to the customer care they did not satisfy me with their answer even they also don't know why this is blocked or lien in my account, from more than a 3-4month they blocked this amount without any reason.
                    I request you to remove this lien amount and credit back to my account so that i can use my own balance.
                    Bank is not allowed to block the amount like this without reason from more than half year.

                          Welcome kit not received

                          Dear sir
                          I am sameer Singh and i have opened my saving account on 27 November 2020 in bank of baroda Newada kausambhi up. So far i have not received my welcome kit, pass book, check book, atm card etc. Due to this i am facing a lot of problem. Please take strict action against the branch and provide me all the things.

                            On Sept.5.2020, I booked Goibibo airtickets IXD-BOM, however my account was debited twice of amount 13294 rupees.
                            While complaint was raised to Bank of Baroda and Goibibo parallel, Bank of Baroda claimed that both the transaction money (amount 13294 each) is with Goibibo.
                            However Goibibo claims, they have received only one transaction and issued me the tickets for same. Also Goibibo support has given email confirmation that they have received only one transaction and provided service for the same.

                            But Bank of Baroda is denying the fact, and delaying to refund the money (duplicate transaction money - Rs.13294).
                            I have raised several complaints, followups with Bank customer care, still they cannot understand the simple transaction process.

                            Please help to get money from my second transaction - Rs. 13294 back.

                              On 3/12/2020 FastTag account no. 20172048 is credited with Rs.250.00 on 03/12/2020 09:52:24. Total available balance was Rs 435.13

                              on[protected]:25:12 received a message vehicle no. KA35N3389 is debited by 20.00 for toll charges at Plaza 1 km 14+825 on[protected]:25:12 for trip no. 14053724 Avl Bal. Rs.295.13

                              it is showing the amount difference of Rs.140. kindly refund the amount.

                                  I made a payment on 17 the Nov to ajio from your (BOB)Debit card when I received the product I didn't like it so I returned it . On 4 Dec I got a notification that your refund has been initiated it Will reflect in your bank account with in 5-10 business days . Today it's more than 15 days . I sent a email to them too so they said refund has been initiated from our side please contact your bank . They provided refund reference number : [protected] . Now please check and tell me my refund status please I want my money back.

                                    I do not have any account or any type transactional relations with BOB. I am never a customer of this Bank but I keep receiving messages for different accounts at different dates. DEACT message does not work because each time account number for which SMS received is different

                                    I just recieved a message for nomination for A/c [protected] on airtel number I registereed complaint through DND AS WELL AS SENT A DEACT FOR THIS ACCOUNT.

                                    if this happened only once due to some mistyping of mobile number for one account we may understand but it should not happening mutiple times for different accounts
                                    Earlier I received sms some BKCC acct which i never had with BOB. I complained about it and it got stopped. Now I recived for the above account which is not mine and I do not have any type of transactional relation with BOB at any point in my life.
                                    Repeated SMS for different accounts can not be taken as typos by concerned customers in registering their mobile numbers.
