    I am rajkamal and using your bank credit card for past two months.

    Last month my bill due date was on 20th april 2020 and due amount was 40510. I have made payment using cred app on 20th april rs 40510 successfully but the amount has been refunded to my account on 23rd april.

    Once i received amount to my account again i made payment on 23rd for the same amount using the same cred app but still while i checked on your website but the payment not reflected in my card account.

    I have wrote a mail on 29th april to cred team and they refund the amount to my account on 30th april again i have made payment through your website it has been reflected in my card account.

    I have just seen my card statement mentioned has that you have activated moratorium to me without my request how can you activate moratorium to me and the same amount has been charged to my account.

    I have attached payment screenshots which i have made and mail written by me to cred team

          My installment was on 2/5/20. I have taken the mobile. So I also had installment money in my account. Even so, owning one is still beyond the reach of the average person.So why did you charge extra in my account without askingIf there is no installment money in my account, then why don't I cut it? You are responsible for this.I want my money. There is nothing to eat in such a team and you are sitting to rob the knower. What I don't want is my money back.Why charge your account? I have 295 rupees

            charge back against failure transaction

            6 May 2020 I made payment on upi mode on phone pe through bank of baroda account but transaction failed and phone pe care says it’s refund to ur bank but till not refund in my account .I also complaint but not responding by Bank of Baroda

            I had tried to place a order on mi store of 13999 on 06/05/2020 through paytm upi but the transaction failed but the amount is deducted from the account so i contact to paytm and they said that they have initiated the refund from their side but the amount is not credited or refunded back in my account till now and i have made a complaint to the bank but their is no reply from bank.
            Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

              I just went to bank of baroda, singtam branch, east sikkim, and asked if they would exchange my soiled notes. I don't know if they remember me as an account holder of their branch, i had even carried my passbook if they asked me anything. But they didn't ask me anything and simply denied to exchange. They didn't even look at my notes or ask me if i was their account holder.
              I just read that as per rbi guidelines, all banks are supposed to exchange soiled/torn notes, and i'm even an account holder at this branch.
              Please look into this matter.

                        The atm guard kept asking how much money i wanted to withdraw, which banks card was i using, where was i from and quite a few personal questions.

                        This is a form of personal information and asking how much money and which banks card am i using is preonal financial data.

                        I am extremely concerned with what type of people you employ, and how you manage data security issues.

                        Please look into this asap.

                              Order placed on amazon on 9th april' 2020 through bank of baroda debit card and also cancelled on the same day.
                              But I have still not received the refund from bank of baroda which Amazon has already processed on 20 April, 2020.

                                      Respected sir /ma'am,

                                      I am account holder of bob bank from last 10 years approx and my account number is [protected], ifc no barb0salcal

                                      No they have charged me236.00 rs under the category dcardfee/7380/apr20 to mar21

                                      I don't know what type of charges are these.

                                      They never informed me regarding this charges through email voice call or text message.

                                      Who was given the rights to bob bank to deduct this kind of charges without informing us.

                                      Because we kept money in bank that gives the authority or rights to bank that they can do whatever they want to do with our money.

                                      There should be a formal process for doing all this things. I want my money to be credited in my account which they have deducted from my account without informing me.
