Respected sir /ma'am,

I am account holder of bob bank from last 10 years approx and my account number is [protected], ifc no barb0salcal

No they have charged me236.00 rs under the category dcardfee/7380/apr20 to mar21

I don't know what type of charges are these.

They never informed me regarding this charges through email voice call or text message.

Who was given the rights to bob bank to deduct this kind of charges without informing us.

Because we kept money in bank that gives the authority or rights to bank that they can do whatever they want to do with our money.

There should be a formal process for doing all this things. I want my money to be credited in my account which they have deducted from my account without informing me.

    Sir,
    I am a customer of bob since 2019, first time i face a issue with this bank, from past few months in my account rs.1539 is shown and i cant able to use. When i speak to the customer care they did not satisfy me with their answer even they also don't know why this is blocked or lien in my account, from more than a half year they blocked this amount without any reason.
    I request you to remove this lien amount and credit back to my account so that i can use my own balance.
    Bank is not allowed to block the amount like this without reason from three month approximately.

        My name is nisha and my issue is i want to know about my money status

        This money is initiated from amazon on 19/04/2020 they ask me this money is credit in your account in 3-4 working days but still i am waiting the money regarding this issue i have already contact to your customer services they ask me wait 24 48 hours but their is no response from your side
        After that i will contact to amazon customer services they provide me return reference number an as me contact to bank

        I want to y money back as soon as possible

                    I applied for an education LOAN through Vidya Lakshmi on April 14, 2020. I wasted almost an hour to fill out the form and submit. After dropping mails, tweets, and what not to Bank of Baroda, I have been getting the same ### templatized answers.
                    They are using COVID-19 as an excuse for their lackadaisical approach towards such important services like study LOANs.

                    This is a matter of my admissions at one of the most prestigious colleges in India and the world. If I lose this admission due to this reason, I will make it my life mission to escalate this matter to the last level possible.

                    My LOAN status is "Prima Facie Eligible" for all the three LOANs and following are the details:

                                    Bank has twice closed my complaint without the resolution. On 31st March an online merchant(Grofers) processed a refund in my account which is not credited to the account.
