    Dear sir,

    This is to inform bank of baroda and dena bank that i have been trying to ask of physical pin generation for the cards of bank of baroda in respect of saving account numbers of dena bank.. This has been going on since past 30 days.. But i hv not received any physical pins so far..

    As i am settled in dubai the atm pins cant be generated here in dubai for international debit cards of bank of baroda.

    When i contacted the bank manager of dena bank in bhandup west he is hardly aware of the things.. Its your duty to rectify these technical issues to facilitate the working of debit cards smoothly.. I cant physically just go to the bank for every problem as i am settled in dubai..

    Please rectify this problem as fast as possible abd i can get the physical pins for my cards.

    Please revert on this major problem.. Regret to inform that if these things keep continuing i will have to change my entire accounts from dena bank.

    This is also emailed with continous calls with the bank and nobody bothers to pick up as usual..

    Please rectify this problem immediately.. I am attaching the apllications for my account nos and debit catds numbets for all 3 accounts.

    I cancelled my online ticket from irctc on 5th march. Refund is still to be reflected in my bank account.

      A refund has been made by amazon on 22-feb-2020 of rs 399.00. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but bank gave no proper response. I talked to amazon customer care and they gave me the refund reference number to ensure me that it is not their fault and the bank is responsible for the refund to me. Please solve my issue.

        The ATM Address: Shop no.3, Behind Saras Dairy, Central Market (Janta Store), Bapu Nagar, Jaipur-302015, Raj. is not working properly. Pl. depute service engineer immediately. After repair, pl. give call on Mobile no. [protected].
        It appears that the vendor who is responsible for maintenance of this ATM is not providing proper service. Of and on this ATM goes out of service.It will be in the interest of BOB to get it in working order immediately.

        I bought a mobile redmi note 8, . 22 February .I paid 11569 ruppee for it by my atm cord to Amazon.Few personal reasons I cancelled this item same date 22 February. I call for refund to amazon.Amazon, s costumer care said that your refund is send to your bank . Contact your bank.

And on (23/01/2020) Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number

              I have requested for return on amazon of rs.2299 and they have processed it on[protected] and they told me that it should reflect in my bank account by[protected] and today is[protected] and the refund is still not credited to my account and the customer service told me to wait for a few more days it will be credited and they do not have any transaction relating to the reference number i gave to them so please help me get my refund back

              I have called customer service executive multiple times and they have provided me the refund reference number and when I called the bank about the refund status they have mentioned that they don't have such transaction for the reference number which I have provided.

                Amazon has refunded the amount but my bank account is not been credited yet. Its been 7/8 days. Amazon operators are telling, they refunded the amount but my bank account has not been credited. The amount is rs 679/-. I visited bank too but they said amount has not came yet.                     amount of rs.2950 deducted from my savings account

                    Rs. 2950 has been deducted from my savings account in 10 different transactions 295×10, as lien reverse. Bank is telling me these are the service charges. But case is that rs. 295 is a cheque bounce charge, which should be charged once, but it had charged me 10 times. Bank manager is asking me to come every next day, kindly inquire about the case and help me get my money back which bank system had debited....

                                I purchased a washing machine by flipkart. I have paid 40040 rupees bia phone pe through bank of baroda debit card. Washing machine was defective. I was returned it on 17 february 2020. Flipkart initiated refund of 40040 rupees in my debit card with phone pe reference number p2002201653527508537603on 20 february. Flipkart said to me to contact the bank of baroda with this reference number. Phone pe gives me other reference number 74056630052005144820972 for contact the bank of baroda customer care. But refund 40040 rupees is not credit ed in my bank of baroda account number [protected] till 4 march 2020.
