A refund has been made by amazon on 10th of january 2020 regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

My order id for amazon is[protected] and payment reference number is —[protected]
So request you to please resolve the issue as soon as possible as it has already been passed 20 days of refund but bank is not responding as i have visited 3-4 times to our nearest bank of baroda
For your reference i have attached bank statement of last couple of months.

    I haven't got the refund for my amazon package that i ordered on 23-jan-2020 with order no. 408-[protected]. i talked to amazon customer care and they told me that the refund has been initiated with Refund Reference # 75503720026037318772489.
    I am going through a crisis and needed that money for my survival for a few days. please help me out.

        I had ordered an item from shein a month ago, they had to cancel it for some reason. Shein initiated my refund on 12th of january and the very same day the status of my refund was successful from their side, now it's almost been a month and yet the refund is still not reflecting on my account. Please look into this matter as soon as possible as the amount was supposed to reflect back within just 2-5 days to my card.

            Dear sir/madam,
            Sir i lossed my money due to fraud transaction by atm. This transaction done by atm on 28/11/2019 at 10.15 am. There are three transc. Done of 4569 rs. I intimated this fraud to bank also and i closed my atm also on 30/11/2019. There is no massage came from bank. When transaction done at that time i was at goregaon west. Mumbai. I put complaint to bank also on 30/11/2019 my complaint ref no is 2173920/2173928/2173941. Also i put fir complaint to police station and file complaint in cms rbi also, but still there is no reply. So please you do needfull as soon as possible. Your bank manager also not giving proper response i meet him many time but he is telling me that we can not do anything. So if your responsible person is behave like this then i will file complaint against your bank and bank manager (Mra road branch kanakiya park ifsc code is barb0mirbha) i want my money asap this is my first and last mail to your bank after this next mail i will send to ombudsman. Tell me how much days you want for verification.

              Yesterday, an amount of rs.42000 was deducted from my bank of baroda account.

              Sequence of events:

              1. One of my friend had given an advertisement on olx for sale of washing machine, reading which a person from indian army showed interest in purchasing it.

              2. As my friend was not using online portal for receiving money from the interested person, he called me so that the person can transfer money via phone pay app to my account. And after that i would have transferred that amount to my friend's bank account.

              3. That so called person from indian army called me and send me a qr code via whatsapp so that by scanning that code payment will be received in my account. But after first time scanning the code on phonepay app, inr 14000 got deducted from my account. After inquiring with that person, he told me that you scan the code another two times so that i will receive the amount in my account. Meanwhile another amount of inr 28000 got deducted from my account. After that i tried to call him but he didn't received the call.

              Then i came to know that it was fraud call and in total i lost rs 42000.

              I immediately lodged an fir in the local police station about the fraud.

                  We have deposit my cash at bank of baroda sehore mp branch on 28 dec 2019 and machine no.03crmpsr01 rupees of 22100 after showing in process and then machine has been hang and my cash not deposit after we have raised a complain to bank of baroda customer support and have raised a complain but after 7 days no any response and we have raised again a again many complain but resolution not provided by branch manager and support team something 30 days no response so please check and help me on priority

                    This is komal arora. I have done transactions on 31st dec for amount 1859 and 1659, transactions were failed so i was supposed to receive the refund for those transactions. The refund was initiated on[protected] but the amount didn't reflect in my bank account. It's been almost a month. I am really disappointed with bob with their services. I have tried to contact customer care as well as my home branch but wasn't helpful. My account details are following

                            I was already paid my lien amount. Now i cant pay more lien amount. I please refund my all lien amount like Rs. 7000
                            I am give you sureity that i will maintain my balance account in future.
                            I ordered something from amazon.in but some kind of reason i returned that thing on 27/12/2019 and the amount is 829. and amazon reflect amount to my bank on 28/12/2019 amazon also sent me a mail with the transaction number[protected]. i told that thing to both amazon and bank but no result i found till the date of 27/01/2020.
