Today i had to visit atm of bank of baroda for withdrawl of rs 5, 000/-. I did not receive the amount but my account has been debited with rs 5, 000/-

      Dear sir i got refund from amazon on 18 oct intiated nd having got referamce number #[protected] on 22 oct. Via email.. Still not credited my amount of 249rs nd 269rs... Very dissapointed by service of bob bank
      Plz resolve my problem refund my amount.. Ihad called so may time in customercare number but no one help me so i suggested by amazon to claim online.. Hope u resolve my problem.. Thnxx

        Amazon refunded my amount rupees 1649 on 22, oct 2019 and they proceeded me with this reference number[protected]. But till i didn't get refund yet. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. It's near one month i didn't get refund and plz help me on this, when i call to amazon customer service center they told me that they returned amount to bank, but bank didn't refund amount to my account, so check it soon and give refund to my account

          The bank employees do not give the answers correctly and do not even talk properly, they defer to ask anything and it will not be here, where the account is opened, go there. What is the matter that the bank is one and every thing is solved? When you do not talk to you, the solution will come out of where you tell me in writing that to transfer the account, the account will be from the book where the account is open. Please reply

            We make one online payment on yesterday for some land registration. But required amount is debited in my account also it is not credited in concern account, so we raised some clarification in our home branch but they will not properly answer us. So please consider it & take action for it. Manager & assistant also answer irresponsibly,
            So please take proper attention & action on them.

              Sir,
              I am a customer of bank of boroda. My account number is-[protected]. My money is automatically deducted from my account when money is credit in my account. Yesterday rs-385 is credited in my account and they deducted of rs-17.7 without any reason. If you enquiry my account in last 3 month you will be seen that they have illegally deducted lots of money from my account. So i request you to investigate my issues.

                non credit of refund initiated by freecharge as freecharge has also reference id too.

                I made too much complaints with respect to refund from freecharge which he refunded on the date of transaction failed but to date 3 months gone i made many complaints to bank of baroda by going daily in person to base branch. Many complaint redressal form filled by me. Also charge back form filled by me a month ago but still no satisfactory response and refund amount given to me. The disputed amount is ₹1396.36 which debited from bank account...

                  I've ordered a muscle blaze raw whay protein powder worth rs.999 on 03/oct/2019. On which company is showing the product delivered, but i've recieved nothing.                     Bob staff at m. G road indore don't have any inormation regarding the product.
                    I tried to use my debit card abroad so it didn't work. Upon returning when i approached the branch the staff said it is an internatinal card and suggested me that since the profession was not business i was unable to use the card out of india. Upon checking with the customer care they told that the profession was not a reason but my card is not internatinal. When asked about international transactios for my debit card they started making lame reaons about theprofession and suggested me to update my profile.

                      My name is jayant singh rautela. I had ordered a product on 30 sep 2019 from amazon of rs10599 amount & after that i cancel the product due to personal reason on 30 sep 2019. And told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of baroda doesn't have such policy. So please sort out my issue and refund my rs10599 amount.

                                Sub: wrong remittance through imps 15000.00 by indian bank mrs.rajyalakshmi to your a/c no;[protected] under wrong ifsc code:BARBOCOLABA instead of ifsc code: BARB0BRGBXX(baroda rajasthan gramina bank.

                                15000 Transfer Reference no:[protected].

                                unfortunately the amount was credited to [protected] of pushker sigh bisht. amount is blocked by bank of baroda dhanachuli branch at 13/06/2019 but still amount is not refund to my account.i wrote a letter and send post also their is no reply.

                                  Dear sir i live in jessal park bhayander east friday (08.11.2019) i went to bank of baroda bhayander east branch to deposit my cash and i deposited 12000 in ur cash deposit machine at 06.58 pm but as i kept the sum of 12000 in ur machine the machine got sever error and then ur machine got stuck and my money not came back or nor it had been credited in my account so sir i humbly request u to resolve my problem as soon as possible because i had urgent need of money for some issues...

                                      I am a employee of bank of baroda sridhar lingayya sadula employee code ss165732 and there was a health check up facility every year in the bank and accordingly your representative had booked appointment for me and my wife on 09.11.2019 at 8.30 am for health check up in qurae speciality hospital prior to 2 months and i have received email confirmation from your company and also received call from the representative. And prior to 2 days of appointment also i have received reminder email and call from representative to attend on time. But when i reached hospital as per given time schedule it is my surprise that the appointment was not booked in the hospital and when i have contacted customer service of medi assist they have not booked appointment and apologising for the same. This is the level of professionalism your employees are maintaining in the corporate world there is no value for your corporate clients and i am also taking up with my hrm for such a un professionalism apptoach. I am really upset and i think you will value and take this feedback for error free service going forward.
