Sir,
I am a customer of bank of baroda. My account number is -[protected]. On -30/10/2019 the bank of boroda deducted rs-236.in past few days they deducted rs-800 from my account. When i told this problem to bank of baroda customer service but i did not get any solution. So i kindly request you to take needful step to solve my problem. I belongs to a very poor family this money is deposited with our hard work. Please help me.
Bank of Baroda customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Amazon refunded 5195 but bank does not show balance but amazon initiate amount 12oct and amazon give reference number #190509

    illegally deducted from my account

    Sir,
    I am a customer of bank of baroda. My account number is-[protected].in past few days the bank of baroda is illegally deducted money from my account. On 30/10/2019 they deducted rs-236 without any reason in past day they tollaly deducted rs-800 from my account. I have also spoke this matter to bank of baroda customer service but they are not able to give me proper information. So i kindly request you to take needful step....

    Sir,
    I am a customer of bob, iam facing a issue with this bank, from past few months in my account rs.700 is shown and i cant able to use. When i speak to the customer care they did not satisfy me with their answer, from more than a half year they blocked this amount without any reason.
    I request you to remove this lien amount and credit back to my account so that i can use my own balance.
    Bank is not allowed to block the amount like this without reason from more than half year.

      Mene crefit card ke liye bank manager se baat ki to unhone muje ek mahine baad aane ko bola aur kaha ki abhi mera assistant chhuty par he!!! Aur jab mene 1 mahine baad bank se contact kiya to muje ek form diya gaya aur uske sath jaruri documents jodne ko bola gaya... Aur jab me form documents ke sath submit karvane gaya to muje bola gaya ki aap 3 din baad aayiye??? Me ek government service me hu aur...

      I have done a mobile banking imps transaction of rs. 6071 on 05/11/2019 from my bank of baroda account.

      But the transaction status is "transaction timeout" still my account was debited with rs. 6071/- and the amount has not been deposited in my account yet.

            Refund has been made by amazon on 5th october. Of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i nees to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action

              I want to know the status of the refund which Amazon is saying they have already initiated. But the refund is not being reflected in my bank account. I want bank to respond to my complain as soon as possible because it has been so long time that I have been waiting for my refund to be reflected. I have tried contacting to bank also but they are saying no such kind of details has been shown to us. And Amazon is saying they have already initiated my refund. I want my money back as soon as possible.

                A refund of 329 rs. Has been made by amazon on 14th of oct regarding a product which i've buyed from the amazon on 7 oct. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I have talk to them again and again but no respons is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Amazon has given me ref. No. Of transaction amount which is[protected].

                  Sir,
                  With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that i am a customer of bank of baroda my account number is - [protected]. I have lost rs -800 in my account. When i asked this matter to the branch manager he said that they deducted rs-800 because they have impose penalty in my account. What is the reason that they imposed penalty in my account? I want to know.

                      Amazon release my depending by debit card detail in my bank of baroda account and amazon team has given to me refund reference number checking transaction detail from bank of baroda customer care.
                      I have talked to more than 4, 5 times in 20 days related to my query again and again bank of baroda team is saying to me please wait more than 40 days they are making pretence they are making causes they are not giving proper solution.
                      I don't know why bank of baroda team is giving me 3rd class support services.
                      I have visited in bank of baroda branch they are doing something i don't know why they are afraid to work.
                      So i am giving call detail here please bank of baroda release my payment don't stop it.
                      If you want to stop payment then stop payment o[censored]seless advertisement of bank of baroda services.

                        I have given application for changing my phone number linked with my account in april... There is no action... After that i have given again in september... Till now no action is taken by branch... This is the case of bank of baroda... Awas vikas branch... I am unable to use google pay services... Staaf is also very arrogant...                             प्लीज सर 21 अक्टूबर को मैने अमेज़ॉन से रेडमी नोट 8 प्रो खरीद था लेकिन बाद में कैंसिल हो गया जिसका अमेज़ॉन वालो ने 21 अक्टूबर की रिफंड कर दिया जिसके रेफरेंस नंबर है 123709 जो कि मुझे मेल से मिला है और उनका कहना है कि मेरा रिफंड बैंक को कर दिया गया है लेकिन मेरे बैंक एकाउंट में नही आया है। मेने बैंक ऑफ बड़ोदा के कस्टमर केयर से भी संपर्क किया तो उन्होंने मुझे बताया कि बैंक को कोई पैसा नही मिला आज मेने अमेज़ॉन से बात की तो उन्होंने ये फॉर्म भरने के लिए कहा और कहा कि मुजे बैंक की तरफ से ही रिफंड मिलेगा।

                                On 29th october 2019, i paid ₹314 to flipkart at 8:38 through upi via google pay. Though the payment was successful and money was deducted from my bank account but on flipkart the payment was not processed. I tried contacting flipkart but they said they had no information about the payment processing. My order id on flipkart is - od[protected]

                                मैंने Amazon से एक ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर का रिफंड किया था, जिसका रिफंड 16/10/2019 को issue हो हैं, लेकिन अभी तक मेरे खाते में जमा नहीं हुआ है ।
                                नियमानुसार यह रिफंड 5 दिन बाद खाते में जमा हो जाना चाहिए लेकिन अभी तक जमा नहीं है । अतः इसपर जल्द से जल्द कोई कारवाही की जाए ।
                                My return pickup for[protected] is scheduled in 10th oct 2019.
                                Refund issued by amazon in same day but after 12 days money not yet come in my bank account.

                                  My name is aishwarya singh and i had ordered kurti and palazzo of rs. 570.14 (Received this amount) and rs. 660.44 (Not received) from myntra on 3rd oct 2019 and after that i returned this order due to personal reason and on 16 oct 2019 myntra initiated the refund process to my bank account but i still didn't received rs 660.44 amount yet.
                                  I raised my query with myntra and they said it should have been reflected in your account by 23rd oct and 26th oct 2019 and gave me this reference no. 74766519286940208732974 and 74766519289941426733643, they told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of baroda doesn't have such policy. So
                                  Please kindly respond to this complaint and refund this amount in my account as soon as possible.

                                    I have purchased one item from amazon and i have returned it back and requested to refund also, they innitiated on September 30 2019, but i haven't received my cash,

                                    If call to amazon customer care they will ask me contact my bank branch, if i go there they will tell to talk with amazobe only, they already given me the refund reference number also. Nearly 3 times i have been to my branch. Still there is no response from them.
