Amzon send refund in 1/10/2019 but i am not reciving my ammount yet . bank said that we are not reciving your refunf but amazon send we are send it on 1/10/2019

    dispute transaction

    This is a complaint regarding my online payment to the electricity department of hyderabad, telangana. I made an online payment and money was debited from my account but the payment wasn't recieved by the electricity department. Transaction was done through airtel payments bank and transaction number is [protected]
    Kindly look forward to resolve my issue....

    As you can see in this sample online form of bank of baroda, the account number is still from dena bank and it’s a 12 digits account number as per dena bank system. Bob system is mandatorily expecting a 15 digit account number (As per their validation) and not allowing us to proceed.

    This is an oversight on part of bob it team while integrating dena bank with bob system.

    It also reveals how poor integration testing has been done by the it department. They must have tested the code with only bob accounts and never attempted to test it with dena bank account ever. Else such issues would have been caught earlier before getting into production environment.

    I hope bob will fix this very soon.

      I have visited your branch today, and because of your employees my time got wasted there. The person sitting on the enquiry counter do not even treat the customers decently and nor give the exact information. I asked him to for an atm application form and he didn't tell me that e pan card would not be acceptable at time of verification.in fact the other staff is also not helping and answering. They just love to refer the customer here and there from one counter to another. When asked his name and designation he did not tell any. I have filed a written complaint also at branch but am assured that it would not be heard. As the staffs behaviour was careless. When i was filing the complaint they all were affirmed that go and filled a complaint if you can, they were making fun of ours. This is not the way a bank with such a great name should behave. I want my voice to be heard.

        1. My refund of rupees 360 on date 02/10/2019 was initiated by amazon. (Refund reference #[protected]

        But both above amount is not credited in my bob account. I contact my bank and not satisfied with the reply and also contact with amazon they replied we initiated your refund you can contact your bank.

          I've ordered one laptop through fkipkart and cancelled it on 30/09/2019. The flipkart has refunded the amount 30/09/2019 itself. When will the amount credit in my account.
          This is a bad behavior from bank side.
          If the amount is refunded then only I can book another laptop

              Refund of rs 160 from amazon has been initiated on my bank account upi on 8th octomber but it was not credited by bank yet. When i asked to customer care they are saying they have not received any amount but the amount has been already initiated by amazon. Please credit my refund within one day otherwise i have to take some legal action.

                Myself dixit singhvi and i have a money refunf of rs 160 form amazon dated on 8th of octomber and its already 8 days passed and yet i haven't receive the amount but amazon has done their process and they have sended the amount then why it was not yet credited by bank.
                Please credit the amount within one day otherewise i have to take some legal action. I have attached a photo for your reference.

                  I had booked an item from Amazon on 1st October for Rs 829 and cancelled the same on 2nd October. Amazon shows my amount is refunded on Oct 2nd itself but still I have not received my money. I am following Amazon as well as BOB people but not receiving a single positive response from either side.

                  Amazon says: This is to confirm that refund for amount 829.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] and the amount should reflect in your account by now.

                  However BOB, Mayo College Girls School, Ajmer is saying we don't have any confirmation on your account regarding the same, kindly contact Amazon customer service. I am totally fed and breaking my head with these kind of response and not getting my money. It's been 15 days since I am following up with both Amazon and BOB but received any response. Help me out in this regard asap.

Same, i am talk to baroda bank branch the he told me that baroda bank imps team has sent to mail in bhadeser branch then we will refund your ammount. Yes bank also sent you mail but yes bank told me that banifeciary bank not credit your ammount. I requested to look the matter and resole.

                            Amazon had refunded an amount of rs.596 in my bank account on 06/10/2019 and that was supposed to be reflect to my bank account by 14/10/2019 as per their policies. Again and again i am calling the customer care of bob but no one is picking up the call. On[protected] i was luckily interacted with one of the representative of bob customer care and she said i will get the refund to be credit within 7-14 days after the refund initiated. After then whenever i am going to call the customer care, no one attending the call and i am doing this on a regular basis. It is now a long time and i haven't got my money back in my bank account.

                                I purchased mi a3 mobile phone on 28 september 2019 from amazon, and i pre-paid 12, 999 inr, but i cancelled that order. I did not received my refund yet. I got 1, 000 inr cashback, so my refund is 11, 999 inr. Amazon already generated my refund on 30th september 2019, and it is already been 16 days completed.

                                I kindly request you to do further process, so i will get my refund as soon as possible. I am also sending you the photo of e-mail, which i received from amazon, as a proof of my refund is generated.

                                  Refund of rs. 359/- has been made by amazon on 05th of october 2019 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
                                  "the reference number of the refund is ref[protected].
                                  But, the refund has not been received yet.
                                  Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                                  I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.
