    I had bought headphone from Amazon and I returned it..Amazon said that Amount had refund from Amazon. Amount- rs 569 .Reference No.[protected]...Date of Refund-5/8/2019. Mode of payment...upi Bank of Baroda (phone pe) .But yet I did not get my Balance in account. When I raise complain in Amazon. They said you submitted dispute chrge form. Then you will get your balance in your account. Because we had already generate refund balance from our side.

      On 24th aug 2019. I want to pay amount rs. 25700 from my above account via cbse site. But it not success (It shows transaction fail) but amount rs. 25852.53/- is debited from my account. Please inform me the process to recover amount. I am waiting from last 24 hrs

      I have done the transaction of 250 RS on 4 August 2019 but the amount was not credited via UPI ID but after some days It was successfully credited but the amount is not yet received by recipient and also not reflected back in my account. So I want my amount back to my account. I have tried a lot to get my refund back but I didn't get it.

          Kindly look into the matter and at least go through my mail so that you can understand the problem and can provide me the solution of the same.
          my statement of the said card is attached for your reference and the points from my side are
          1) if you go through my statement from the beginning till feb 2010 i had never default any payment against the use of my cards.
          2) on Jan 2010 i had highlighted to the Bank of Baroda card department in Guwahati fancy bazar Branch that my card had got some wrong deduction of a certain amount on a particular date to some sally sallon or games.com which i had never use and it was going on from may 2009 till feb2010 and after my complain it was stopped deducting from my card but the refund of the same was not solved by the card department of yours at that time and they keep on telling me that it will be resolved very soon so i stopped using the card from Feb 2010 and waited for the solution but no solution was done and instead of that i was charged some amount for delay of my balance payment so on 24th July 2010 i went to your bank office Bank of Baroda at fancy bazar guwahati and ask them to take the card and settle the same as i did not want to get more tension as i had never taken such type of pressure so the person who was sitting on the desk at that time i do not remember the name he settle the amount Rs 4161 and deducted the same from my bank account and transfer on the card but not given me any document and told me that it is settled and taken my card and i thought it was settled and after that their was no communication was done to me till the year 2018 but from last 6 month i am receiving call regularly to settle the amount and from my CIBIL report i came to know that i was declared as willful default .So, i really want to understand that what wrong i had done and how i become willful default where i had surrendered the card to your bank on 24th July 2010 with a amount of Rs 4161 which he himself had calculated and on that day the balance left was rs 3430 and a person whose bank account was in Bank of Baroda and my amount was always auto deducted from my account and when i had never done any default for the said card and also where i myself had submitted a card to your bank and the amount was deducted by the person from my bank account as rs 4161 at that time he can able to deduct the entire amount but he had told that is was a settled amount to close the card as i had complained for a wrong transaction done in my card by someone so he had settled the same and surrendered my card and from that day their was no communication nor any statement was received from my side .
          Kindly look into the matter little bit seriously as due to this problem my CIBIL report is badly affected and i am facing huge problem to get a loan and drive my business and that also i had done no wrong from my side if you really check the facts and figure of my transaction .
          Waiting for your urgent reply and solution of the same.

              Dear sir,
              I am mahir panchiwala & i am a saving account holder of bank of baroda. I withdraw 5000 rs with atm but due to any reason my transaction is failed but 5000 rs debited from my account on dated 02 aug 2019.
              I did a complain and i get only 500rs.
              I complaint again for this issue but till these date i didnt get my balance money and no one responding for my money.

                    I have joint account of bank of boroda account no is [protected] and having two atm's of this account, one atm is replaced with chip atm, and second one atm is not allowing replaced by bank of boroda narsinghpur branch therefore two atm's were already issued by branch.

                      I had ordered a product from amazon but i returned it so i was supposed to get a refund of 710 rupees within 5 days but because of the holidays on independance day and afterwards it was delayed.
                      Amazon agent on being contacted by me said that my refund is issued by the amazon and is being delayed by the bank but when i contacted to the bank their executive said that the refund amount is not issued by the amazon.

                        I had made online transaction in given account no [protected] which pertains to mrs. Mittal (Bank of baroda, gramin bank) but when i made a call to my bank icici they are saying amount wrongly credited to some another person in bank of baroda (National bank) carrying same account no ([protected]) in bank of baroda. So how is it possible that one account no which should be unique but allotted to 2 different unknown persons. So please check my amount credited to another person in bank of baroda bank not gramin bank because there is a difference in one sucessfull translation and failed transaction as mentioned above there is an issue in ifsc code one is showing "raebareli" and another is showing "rai bareli" there is a gap in rai and bareli. It happened twice and both transaction are sucked one is 5000 and another is 1900+100=2000 total 7000.
                        So please check with the bank and do the needful.

Ye pahle privet bank main manager they jaha per inhone logo ka paisa gaban kiya tha.in per police thana dhariawad main 420 ka mukadama chal raha hai or yeh jail main bhi ja chuke hai. Yeh bc bankar bhi garibo ke sath fraud kar rahe hai. Inka bc code turant band kiya jave. Jis se garibo ka paisa bach sake.

                            Respected sir/madam

                            My self vijay agrawal having a/c no. – [protected] in nehru palace, jaipur branch of bank of baroda.
                            Sir i submitted my bank account details for refund of my return products to myntra.com but by mistake i send them wrong account number ([protected]). They initiate refund on 15th july and reference number generated successfully.

                            Reference numbers for transactions.
                            Amount rs.754.00 - reference no.[protected]
                            Amount rs.678.00 - reference no.[protected]

                            Regarding this at first on 16th july i contacted to bank of baroda helpdesk but they suggest me to contact to base branch so i contact to nehru palace jaipur branch of bob.in bob nehru palace branch on 19th july staff named vinod goyal (Pr) didn’t hear my complain properly and told me to mail to nehru palace branch after that i mailed to nehru palace branch. Till 22 july they don’t even response my mail so i contact again to nehru palace branch and staff named vinod goyal (Pr) told me to that they will response my mail as soon as possible. On 22 july they response and forward my mail to sarmathura branch (Ifsc - barb0sarmat) along with the details of the account holder in which my money transferred and instruct to the sarmathura branch to contact to the costumer and resolve this issue.

                            On 29th july i again mail to nehru palace & sarmathura branch about my issue but they didn’t response so i contacted to nehru palace branch.in nehru palace branch mr. Vinod didn’t response my issue properly and ask me in a very rude way that if i want my money back early i have to collect a letter from sarmathura branch on my own then they will do something. Sir/madam kindly resolve my issue.

                            I also complaint on 30th july in rbi banking lokpal jaipur. My complaint no. Is [protected]

                              non receiving of welcome kit containing cheque book

                              I had opened the new account on 19 july 2019 but failed to receive cheque book till date. I m suffering loss of interest as i m having a matured lic policy of worth app one lac pending due to non submission of a cancelled cheque required by lic
                              Later on mistake came out of wrong entry of my colony name by bank staff.
                              Bank authorities was not able to explain any whereabouts. They are still saying to wait for one more week bacause...

                              Sir, i was filling my form around 6:38 pm on saturday, when i received otp i made payment and money were deducted from my account rs 2000 and payment was unsuccessful. And on the screen, it shows that payment failed due to unable to load merchant data or invalid store name.
                              Please take possible action as soon as possible because of this i am in a lot of trouble... I'm calling bank of baroda call recived rajeeb dass was bad behavior i'm not satisfied this customer care

                                Sir i shailendra bulani proprietor of ms riya industries katni containing account in bank of baroda main branch account no [protected] sir in that bank has placed an unneccessary lein of rs 1000000 without any liability and to harress us.
                                As i am so tensed in this matter i personally requested to bank staff but they didn't even heard my complaint and bank has also sanctioned a bank guarantee amount of rs 45 lakhs also even in that they had only provided rs 18 lakhs rest 27 lakhs also they denied to provide in order to harress me please sort out my problems thanks

                                  My name is krishn patel and i had ordered honor 8x of rs. Amount 12999 in amazon on 09/08/2019 and after 09/08/2019 i canceled this order due to personal reason. And on 11/08/2019
                                  Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
                                  85215229221931952015721 and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
                                  Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

                                    I have purchased one product from amazon and then i returned it, the amount of refund is rs 1324/- has been successfully processed on 8/8/2019 and the amount should reflect in my account by 8/19/2019.

                                    The authorisation code for transaction is[protected].

                                    I have contacted bank of baroda's customer care for regarding this query but they can't locate this refund so m requesting you please take loot at it and take action regarding this
