I am a customer of bob since last 10 years. I had a debit card that i was using since last 10 years. It was blocked without any information. I currently live in pune and my bank account is with raj nagar, ghaziabad branch. It is not possible for me to visit the branch frequently. I visited the branch on 6th of july to place request for an address change, a cheque book, debit card, and internet banking. I received the cheque book on my updated address while i didn't receive the debit card, also internet banking details are not received. Customer care people are either not equipped well to give information or are not educated enough. I received a consignment no. For the speed post that bank is claiming to make to send my debit card but the details show that the consignment never reached to my address, instead it is delivered to any unknown address. My money is unsafe in such a bank. Kindly help me. Also my mobile no. Is registered with the bank since last 10 years and now they say that my registered no. Is wrongly mentioned in bank details.

    I had applied for return of a product from amazon on 29th june. The company had issued my refund amount on 6th of july but it has not shown in my bank account. I had talk with the branch manager but he told me that he couldn't help me on this. I required them with the reference number which the amazon provided me to show to the bank of i couldn't receive the amount.

    I want to pay my electricity bill in paytm. But money deducted from my account and not paid to electrical department.. My account number is [protected].

    I buy the oneplus 7 mirror blue for amazon and my amount of 32, 999₹ is debited. And canceled the item which i buy but my money credited yet, the amount was 32, 999₹ .

      I apply for current account on 26 june 2019 and deposit 49000 cash in my account as a opening balance and on 26 june the bank employees said that the account will open within 10 days afterthat i will go on 8 july 2019 then the employees will said that i will take 10 days more because our system is collasped after that i will go on 18 july and the bank employee will said that i will surely give you passbook and checkbook on 22 july and upload all your documents today then i will go on 22 july morning but he did not upload any document and said me to come at 5pm so i will go at 5pm on 22july then he will said that you will surely receive your checkbook on 27 july by speedpost.
      And today is 29 july and i again go to bank and the employees says that your checkbook is not dispatch till now and after dispatch i will take approx 1 week to receive.

      Today more than 1 month from apply for current account but i not received any paasbook checkbook for my current account

      Branch manager told me get out from my branch and he say i will closed your account and don't chek in my branch. Please help on this matter seriously.
      I have raised dispute to remove the wilful default status of my card numbers which is still un resolved and no changes made from your end, please resolve this and make the status as clear exiting and get back to me ASAP
      I request bank to waive charges on neft rtgs n debit or mobile transactionsas RBI has already waived all charges then y r u charging??

        I am a customer of bank of baroda and i have opened my account in shillong meghalaya. Now i am in silchar assam and wanted to withdraw rs. 700 on 26th july 19. But employees and branch manager has denied the same as i have rs. 1000 in my account. Branch manager said circular does not permit them. As per him i have to request this from the place from where i have opened my account. However, then whatfor core banking has been facilitated to silchar branch. I wanted my money badly that very day which had bothered me tremendously. I want proper action to be taken against this kind of ignorant employees.

        Sir i have taken credit card on 10 08 2001and payment done by OTS on 17 09 2010.NOC given on 13 10 2010 for cardno [protected].But in CIBIL REPORT amount showing RS 311985 on this credit card. Remove that from mycibil.

          My name is siddhant satam and i had ordered folddon multipurpose cloth storage cupboard of rs 2, 999 /-.in amazon on 18/7/19 and i cancelled this order due to personal reason. And on 21/7/19 amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number
          [protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but indian bank doesn't have such policy. So
          Please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent.

            Dear sir,
            I deposited 20, 000 rupees in a bob machine shahganj agra on 2/5/2019.
            But the amount did not get credited to account in bob indra gandhi nagar branch jaipur a/c num: [protected]
            For the same, i filed complain on toll free number with complain number 1641486.
            I have also sent a complain mail to the manager in bob indra gandhi nagar jaipur branch for the same. It is attached to this complain.
            Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

              Today i have transfer on dated 24/07/2019 amount 8000/- in my son saving account but "charges for pord customer payments : 00027" are debited in my saving account complaint sent to : operations. [protected]@bankofbaroda.com
              & [protected]@bankofbaroda.com

              But till date no any reply received for revert. Rbi already circulated in case of transfer the money bank not charges debited but bob charges debited.

              As per rbi circular no any charges debited in customer saving account, in case if bob bank nore listen my problems, i have send to rbi complaint after 30 days as per rbi rule.

              Secondly, i have visit 2-3 in bob branch for entry in my pass book but your printer not work properly and ask your bank representative but reply received go to another branch for entry print in pass book but nagori garden, bhilwara also printer down, after 3 month my passbook is disabled and bank representative asked me charge 200/- for new passbook issue...in this case what is mistakes the customer to pay 200/-.

              If pass book entry case printer is breakdown in this is bank responsibility, why should customer pay.

              Above two points solution not received within 30 days mails will be forward d to rbi complaint lodge.

                From last 3month still this bank of badoda branch bhadgaon is going to be wrong, no anything providing costumers problem solution like what the status of my saving and current account. That means this crossing their limit and giving anwser when we go for information "their is no computer in branch, not internet connection available, and furniture on making. Its foolish, i want immidiatelly take action agains. Becouse i working as engeeniar in mumbai and i just com here bhadgaon branch to colloct my account information and those giving like fook anwer. And also on saterday 11am bank are close i attached picture with that

                    my money got stuck in cash deposit machine and not yet deposited

                    I had deposited amount of 3500 in the cdm machine near race course rd branch
                    I have a recipt of the transaction so i can send it on the 25th of july 2019 at a time 14:00 but after accepting the cash the machine had hardware error ane my money was taken but still not deposited
                    So pls look into it its more than 24 hours you coutomer care is not responding properly

                    I have ordered one product from amazon as i was not satisfied with the product i applied for the refund. They initiated the refund i. E amazon initiated the refund and the refund was supposed to reflect in my bank account on 25/7/2019 but as of now, the amount is not reflecting. Its been already 5 working days. The amount was initiated on 19th july 2019 & today is 26 jul 2019. Please help me with this

                      I had done a transaction of rs 1099 for a product of amazon shopping application on 23rd june 2019. The transaction failed on amazon. But the money was deducted from my account through my upi baroda account. I was told to wait for 3 working days by amazon for a refund. But when i called them today. They told that the transaction wasn't completed on their end, so i have to contact bank of baroda for further enquiry. I have received an email from bob that the transaction was completed but amazon wants a confirmation from rbi consumer forum for the same.
                      So attached is the screenshot of the transaction of 23rd june. Please do the needful. Thanking you. Also attached is a copy of amazon upi slip and bob email reply.

                              But, the refund has not been received yet.
                              Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no responss is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
                              I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

                                Its been 13days i have filed a complain. I got this message ""dear customer, we are in the process of resolving your grievance with reference number 1647756. Kindly bear with us. Regards bank of baroda" and you have not refunded me my money yet. I think you are just resolving your npa issue from customers money. Refund me my money as soon as possible.

                                  In subject to the above, i have a home loan account with Bank of baroda-bhutadizampa branch since 2010.
                                  I had already paid up to 650000/- against loan amount of 595000/- for period of 20years.
                                  I early request to pl. Contact to branch for my account dis-handling about no principal amounts credited in my account between 23/6/2011 to 22/03/2017(i.e.69 installment). I had a complain about for the same in writing to branch and also regional branch time to time.., but still no immediate action by authorities.(last complaint was in December 2018, and latest in June 2019)

                                  I kindly request you to please look into this matter and contact branch for solving this problem. So, my account shows clearly.

                                    I had accepted the loan amount of rs 165000/- from bank of baroda, durgachak branch on 23/02/17 against fixed deposit account no [protected], 1552, 3326. Due to unavoidable circumstances i intend to repay the whole loan amount with the premature amount of my above mentioned fixed deposit and the bank official advised me that some amount will be exceeded after repayment of the whole loan amount. Accordingly i prayed for repayment of loan . After repayment of loan it has come to my notice that not only excess amount is deposited but also a vast amount is deducted from my respective sb account.
                                    So you are requested to take appropriate step to its proper redress pl.
