On 9th april i tried to transfer 4950/- from bob account to another person with the help of phonepe but due to bank technical issue money is debited but not recieved to another person... I have complaint so many times... But the bank executive just giving me extension dates... Not helping directly just blaming to phonepe... And phonepe telling that this is bank technical issue... Please any one help me regarding this... No help from both sides

    Refund of rs. 1600/- has been made by phonepe on 11th apr 2019 regarding a product (Order number is #[protected].
    "the reference number of the refund is ref - p1904112109539277463806.
    But, the refund has not been received yet.
    Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
    I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

      Refund of rs. 1138/- has been made by amazon on 26th of march 2019 regarding a product. The amount should reflect in my account by 1st of april 2019 as directed by amazon. The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 190501.

      But, the refund has not been received yet. I've talked to bank but they are saying no amount has been received by them. So i need to file a"charge dispute" on them, to get the full details.
      I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

        This complaint is in regards to a credit card that is been incorrectly reported in my trans union cibil and crif high mark credit report by bank of baroda.

        Bank of baroda has given a credit card to some one in 2004 and updated the same in my credit report. At that time i was in college and did not even had a pan card. How can i take a credit card without a pan card?

        This has been escalated to bank of baroda in the month of october 2018, and someone from their legal department sent me the application form of the credit card holder which proves that the account does not belong to me. The service request number provided by the legal. [protected]@bankofbaroda.com is 7072128 with an application form of the credit card xxxx3005 with bank of baroda confirming that the customer is someone else and not me. All the personal details in the application form are different to mine, but still this credit card is reporting in my credit reports and has not been removed. If the application form is not mine that was sent by them, then why is this account reflecting in my credit report?

        Banking ombudsman is aware of this escalation and the complaint number is cts no-[protected]. Maintainable complaint no [protected]. Complaint no - [protected]/ [protected] / [protected]

        Request you to please help me in getting my cir rectified. Please let me know if you require any evidence or documents, i have collected enough evidence in emails in the last six months with the email conversation from everyone involved in the complaint. My email id is the same linked with my pan number to trace my personal information.

          In Aggregate of Rs. 12000 had neither reached the beneficiary nor credited (or) refunded into my account..

          Its very urgent need to pay my bills, its my salary and i didnt had it for 10 days.. kindly process the above payments..

          There is soo much wait time in resolving an issue.. Wrote a mail 3 times to upi.[protected]@bankofbaroda.com by the time you receive this mail..

          Also raised complaint to Greviance readressal at Online complaint Management System of BOB.

          Please sir its my salary money and im really in need of the amount now to pay all my pending bills for the month of march.

          And frequently all my amount all of sudden has been showing that its into lien..
          I dont want to maintain account with BOB anymore. So, Also let me know the process to close the account..

          I got a call that they are calling from Consumer compliants and asked me for debit card last 6 digits and upi pin so that they will transfer money to bank of baroda within 24 hours.. Is this call trusted..???

              Recently i purchased some products from amazon but i had to return the goods because of some unforeseen circumstances. I had paid with my debit card. Amazon has processed the refunds from their end but bob is taking way too long to credit the refunds. It's already been 17 days since the app shows that they have refunded the amount. But, it still hasn't reflected in the bank. Bob seriously needs some reflection before they become sbi.

                  On 12 th april i had transferred 3000 rupees from my paytm bank account to my bank of baroda account through upi. Money got credit and got debited at the same time with same upi refrence id. On contacting customer care they said that the transaction had failed and we had reversed the transaction back to your paytm account.
                  But its 5 days i had not recieved my money in my paytm bank account

                      Every time in the atm machine use to b closed its now working since 3 days in juhapura branch ahmedabad please provide good machine in the branch of juhapura each and every time it use to shut off n no a/c are working. I think i made a mistake in opening the account in bob bank. Hope dor your cooperation as soon as possible or ill plan to close my acount here as many public faces the problem here.

                        A refund was generated by the Amazon company regarding to the return of my order but after 7-8 days passed, It's not reflecting into my account.

                            New rule on debit cards really ruining my mind. Even usage of debit cards in petrol bunk, gas, etc applicable for charges 10 +18% gst? Effective from 1st apr 2019. Then are you telling that looting from my savings in the name of gst is called as digital india?. Is this why banks were created?. I am sure i am gonna close my account with bank of baroda. For past 12 years i was happy to be part of bank of baroda customer. But now you made to feel like you are also one among the looter banks. Thanks for these worst activity.                                   I am the customer of your bank since last many years. On 7/04/19 I was making a UPI transaction through PhonePe application of Rs. 16, 800 at 11:48 PM. The transaction went failed at the same time and the amount of Rs 16, 800 has been deducted from my account. Right now I am out of funds and facing lot of problems.
                                  Regarding it I had followed all the steps and also speaker BOB Customer Helpline several times. But didn't get any good response.
                                  I don't belong to strong financial background.

                                  I request you to resolve my issue regarding it asap and beg you to refund my amount asap.
                                  I will be very much thankful.
