My brother have an acouunt in Bank of baroda at branch mangav maharastra.my brother die in 2020.after death i paid all loans amounts, but Bank refuse to giving no due critifacte and original documents. I pay whole loan but bank is not giving me my document.

    I’ve made a Fixed Deposit in your bank which matured on 28/08/2021. It was neither renewed which used to take place automatically till now, nor it was credited to the account as of now.

    We have visited the nearest branch to enquire about the same to staff which directed us to Mr. Rupesh Kumar, Branch Manager, Sultanpuri Majra but there is still no constructive response from there side.
    on further visit he told us, more like challenged us to complaint about him on the website.

    The staff was highly disrespecting and incorporative to the extend that they refused to attend the client. We are highly disappointed with this incident and as of a customer since 2005 we ask you to kindly look into this matter and take strict necessary action.

      There were fraud unauthorized transactions on flipkart thorugh my BOB credit card even though I am not a customer on flipkart and I have not given any OTP or my card details to anyone.

      There were 3 to 4 such transactions and after complaints BOB has reversed the payments against 2 of them.

      But they are still asking for me to pay for a similar fraud transaction, done on the same day, in the same manner.

      I was told a certain amount to be paid for my other outstanding payments and I have done the same and requested to close the card.

      They are not closing the card and are harassing with bills and calls for payment against a transaction that I have not done and they know that it is a fraud and mostly done because of slack in their system.

            I Deposited Rs. 5000 in my account on[protected]:19 at the Cash Recycler in Bank of Baroda Nellore Branch (Indira Bhavan road). I had initially Deposited Rs. 5000 and further added Rs.1000. after processing the cash, the later added Rs.1000 (2 x 500 Notes) was rejected in which one of the notes was stuck in the machine. I then removed the notes. then I noticed the machine making beep noises and realized the machine was stuck. I immediately complained at the respective branch and gave a written complaint. they had promised me to take care of the issue but they never responded back. I tried Complaining in the Bank's online portal multiple times but never got a valid feedback. It has been nearly 2 months but I never got my money credited in the account.

              Respected Sir/Madam, My parents are very old customer of BOB. Last year we opened a new Fastag account but every time there is problem in recharging it, the employee who is responsible for solving fastag issue is not at his seat at most time, he is busy in marketing. Any other employee dont know how to operate Fastag. Today also when I went to BOB Chittorgarh Senthi branch for Online Fastag recharge problem but the employee was not on seat. Other employee told that he has gone in marketing come after 1 hour. When we again went to bank after 1 hour then the security guard misbehaved very badly and does not allow us to get in the bank. We told him that bank employee told us to come after 1 hour to solve online Fastag recharge issue but again misbehaved and he was so overconfident to say that you can also complain about me here is the complaint no. He behaved so rudely with my parents.
              I request you to take strict action against him as early as possible otherwise I will complain in consumer court.

                I was booking a ticket but eventually it get failed also rs.1038.4 deducted from my bank account. I had made the payment from my bank of baroda debit card ending 0807.
                Irctc said it refunded the amount.

                  I have an saving account in the bank of baroda Vile Parle East branch.One of the staff name Rupesh Boir and his mobile number is [protected].He insisted to apply for the credit but I was not showing any interest so via whats app conversation he told me to apply it and next year you can deactivate it.I have attached whats app conversation screenshot too.
                  For so many days I have not activated my credit card but some one had used for online shopping I came to know when I have received a statement email.I was shocked then again I call Rupesh he was not answering my phone but via whats app he use to give me response.Then he said to send email to deactivate card to his boss name Umesh umesh.[protected]@bobfinancial.com and mobile number +[protected] but he was also not give any response then he said that email on
                  [protected]@bobfinancial.com I have sent email and just given ticket id but no solution to deactivate so I visited in the bank and inform all this to the bank manager but he said that they are out source person so they sit sometime in the bank you can contact name.This was the solution given by the bank .But in bank of baroda app there is only payment option of the credit card.
                  Again on 4th September 2022, I had received email statement to pay the fees 590 rs .Last time also I had paid.So I replied to deactivate again they have raised the ticket id but they will not call us.Old ticket id is
                  1918878 and new ticket id is 4834895.Just I will get the ticket id but no solution.
                  Why I have to pay an annual fee? They are not giving proper channels to deactivate. Last year too I have paid 500rs+ so that I can deactivate the account and again this year they are telling me to pay.
                  Kindly help me.
                  Take strict action against Umesh and Rupesh I have given contact numbers too. (BOB VISA EASY credit card ending in 3345 )

                      I have been cheated by http://www.cscgov.co.in/. it is fraud company. Main sbi csp ke liye online jaakar apply kiya. Kunchh dino ke baad mujhe call aaya aur bola gya ki main e governance services india limited se baat kar rha hoon or mujhe online form mere mail id pe send kiya gya or bola gya ki form fill up kar ke send kar do dccument ke saath. Maine send kar diya or agle din mujhe call kiya gya ki main suresh tripathi bol rha hon vle department se or aapka registration kiya jaa rha hai or app 3000 account pe daal do. Maine daal diya. Ush ke agle din unhone koid id diya or ushke baad settlement account ka form bheja gya or 15200 mujh se maanga gya. Maine paid kar diya. Ushke kuch din baad phir se 50000 od account k liye manga gya but mere na kehne pe 20000 maanga gya. Maine ye bhi paid kar diya. Or bhi tak na koi banda aaya hai or na humara csp open hua hai.

                        Didn't get Debit Card

                        Sir, My name is Shreya Sarkar is a customer of Bank of Baroda. I applied ATM card on 5th August in Bob world app after 4 days the Bank of Baroda dispatched the ATM parcel through India Post courier and India Post send me the dispatch update and article number, & 11 August i got delivery update, but still I didn't get my Debit Card parcel.
                        I request you, kindly investigate in this matter, as soon as possible & if the courier has lost...

                          I had opened a F.D. Account[protected] with Dena Bank (now it is Bank of Baroda with F.D. A/C no. [protected]), Engineers Enclave, GMS Road, Dehradun on 12.01.2015 for Rs. 170000/- @ 9.50% (Compounded Quarterly). Maturity Date of this F.D. was 31.03.2022. But on maturity I was paid interest of Rs.104946/- (Simple Interest after TDS) only, instead of Rs. 143148/- (compound interest, After TDS, as per my calculation). Approached the bank in person and on telephone, so many times to resolve this discrepancy, but no result except the repeated promises only.

                          Sir, in view of above, I request to please look into the matter sympathetically on humanitarian grounds, as per rules and get me the justice, at an early date.

                          Copy of the above said Fixed Deposit Receipt as well as calculation details (as done by me), are attached for reference.

                            After submitting 15 G/15 H form duly in advance to bank of baroda Hyderabad branch and receiving a acknowledgement copy for the same they deducted tax and now they are ignoring to my written and mailed complaint on the same.
                            Bank of Baroda is a risk on the fixed deposits of India beware and becarful check your maturity amount what they are paying

                              I have submitted full set of documents as required by your Investor services dept as per their mail dtd 13 th Jan 2021 such as Affidavit in stamp paper, aadhar, PAN, signature verification, Client Master List, KYC details etc which was delivered on 21/06/2022 by speed post to them.Tilldate I have not recieved 11 BOB shares equivalent to 100 Dena Bank shares upon amalgamation. In spite of my reminder to them there was no reply. I have also sent a mail to " cs.[protected]@bankofbaroda.com" on 13 thAug 2022 and no action was taken. I am senior citizen and unable to believe this kind of negligent attitude by Public sector bank in solving the matter and failing to send an acknowledgement about the stausPlease set priority on this amatter and advise me. from M.C..Sreedharan

                                    Actually I got message that I've applied for Mandate and then suddenly got another message that 118 rs. Transferred MMS Recharge, I think this is unauthorised and not done by me, can you help me to get this back as soon as possible
