I order a product of rs 249 in amazon. And i pay the amount through the phone pe apps which is linked by bank of baroda. My account no is [protected]. After that i cancel the order but the amount of rs 249 is not added with my account. I contact with amazon customer care but they told me that they have initiated the refund. So plz help me.

I used bank of baroda atm on 24/3/19 and withdrew rs-10, 0000/-
The account no of sbi is [protected]
The money was deducted but cash was not emitted from atm.
So i withdrew another rs - 10, 000/-, so total of rs 20, 0000/ was deducted from my account, i waited 10 days so that it would be refunded but till date it is not.
Kindly look into this matter as early as possible....

I had used my atm at bank of baroda, rs 10, 000/- was deducted from my account but the cash did not come out. I then again withdrew rs 10, 000/- this time i received cash, but total of 20, 000/- was deducted from my account.
The transaction done on bob atm was dated 24/2/19. I waited 10 days hoping it would come back but it did not come.
Hence i am complaining regarding this issue, kindly look into this matter as early as possible.br...

Sir, my name is piyush soni. I online shopping on 19/12/2018 from amazon to rs 652. My online transition is successful. But my order is cancel on amazon but my money is not refund my account. amount debited from atm but not dispatched cash

On 28/02/2019 i'm trying to take money from bank of baroda atm (1crhtnkb01)
Ref no 7248, 7249, 7252, 7257.
But it's not dispatched amount, but it detected from my account. Then i contacted mayiladuthurai branch they said amount will automatically add to your account with in 48 hours.
But till now amount is not credited to my account. I'm contacted customer care service but they are not providing any complaint number...

imps timed out transaction

refund has been made by pearls international and razorpay on 1st jan

I booked flight tickets from perals international using debit card of bob on 26 th dec 2018. Ticket got unconfirmed and refund was sent form company through razorpay on 1 st jan for ticket id 36099, with refund id: rfnd_bemva8xyfsxnjg. I didn't get amount in my bank of baroda account. There was no response to online complaint with id 921427. You confirm transaction for amount 22, 655 deducted from my account and not refunded back....

not received my deducted money yet

I have not received my money in to my account, is been 7 days working days. The money was deducted during irctc tatkal hours payment going to be failed but the money was already deducted from my account. I have tried two times both the times money got deducted but the payment got failed irctc provided me refund or utr id for one of my payment with a message late confirmation received from bank and for the other i have to give you transaction...

refund from amazon is delayed

I placed an order on amazon on 18th october, 2018 for ₹1278 and paid using upi through google pay. I cancelled the order then but money hasn't been credited to my bank account yet. Amazon customer care gave me the reference id:[protected] of the initiated refund from their end. I was asked to raise a charge dispute. Kindly resolve the issue soon as it is pending from many months....

imps failure issue

I transferred amount from my bank of baroda m-connect app by imps to the beneficiary account in vijaya bank. Transaction was successful and amount got debited from my bank of baroda account, but it’s not credited in vijaya bank beneficiary account. Both the banks are saying it’s not in their hands. It was an emergency but through imps which is supposed to be instant i transferred the amount. Now i don’t know where to go, who to contact....
