    My refund was not yet come to my account as the amazon customer service. Amount will reflect on my account 30th january but still the refund yet not get.

        On 11th march. I going to take cash from atm of bank of brodra in jodhpur but i didn't get cash from atm but amount of 500 was deduct from my account. Then next i go to next atm of bob and i get the 500. But first transaction i didn't get the amount to my bank. I get back my amount argent. Request to you sir kindley take action regarding this problem.

          Due to rbi guide line, bank replace old debit card with new magchip debit card up to 31st mar19. But bank not response when they issue new debit card to all customers who have not received new debit card till date. Also too much poor response from bank to customer regarding this issue. Also bank not sent new debit card to home address but call customers to bank & has no response from bank branch & waste the time of customers.

            My name is kumari pallavi having bank of baroda a/c no: [protected].
            I have done a transaction on 14-feb-2019 of amount rs.2319 using upi payment and money got deducted but order was not successful at nykaa. Nykaa confirmed that they have not received confirmation from bank and that's why order was not processed. I have called several time to bob but no one is helping me out. Also raied complaint to their online portal but also no response. Still my refund is not processed as on date[protected]..

              imps fund transfer failed but money debit

              My refund of amount Rs.523 is still not issued to me by bank of baroda as amazon has already refunded me that amount and also provided me transaction reference no..As customer service is saying that no amount was refunded.I want immediate response.75503729061027445954289-transaction no.Amount was refunded by amazon on 1st march and i didnt yet got my refund back and customer care was so poor that he dont even want to hear transaction no.which i m providing him.Take some action and refund my money as soon as possible

                I made a payment by debit card on amazon site but cancle item of 2609 rupees on date 19 feb2019. The amount initiated by amazon to my card on date 23 feb but till date 11 mar 2019 i didn't get my money back. The amazon reference number is 75503729057027347866066. I wait for 14 working days to resolve the issue but i didn't get my money from. Bank to my bank account the amazon on line shopping sites representative said that they made initiation and there is a dispute of amount 2609 so please fill that form you i am see to your concern

                    Requesting you to please look into the matter as branch staff of branch is not at all supporting.

                      You guys did not inform mebthat new chip card gonna be dispatched and my curent card was getting declined... When checked got to know new card on ita way... Now trying to tracw u guys for tye past one week abt my new card and ur system are always down... Your service has detoriated i understand u trying to intro new technology hiwever should also have checkwd the trouble ur customers are facing

                            I order a product of rs 249 in amazon. And i pay the amount through the phone pe apps which is linked by bank of baroda. My account no is [protected]. After that i cancel the order but the amount of rs 249 is not added with my account. I contact with amazon customer care but they told me that they have initiated the refund. So plz help me.

                                I used bank of baroda atm on 24/3/19 and withdrew rs-10, 0000/-
                                The account no of sbi is [protected]
                                The money was deducted but cash was not emitted from atm.
                                So i withdrew another rs - 10, 000/-, so total of rs 20, 0000/ was deducted from my account, i waited 10 days so that it would be refunded but till date it is not.
                                Kindly look into this matter as early as possible.

                                  I had used my atm at bank of baroda, rs 10, 000/- was deducted from my account but the cash did not come out. I then again withdrew rs 10, 000/- this time i received cash, but total of 20, 000/- was deducted from my account.
                                  The transaction done on bob atm was dated 24/2/19. I waited 10 days hoping it would come back but it did not come.
                                  Hence i am complaining regarding this issue, kindly look into this matter as early as possible.
