I have made transaction via upi on 14 january worth rs. 1439 to collect my parcel on amazon. But at that delivery time payment got failed due to some teqnical issue. Payment was not received by amazon. But from my side it was sent successfull. My money was deducted from my bank account. I contacted to amazon and bank too. Amazon said that we have initiated refund from here you will get in 10 days. Now its been to late to getting my refund....

For the past 10 days my international debit card is not functional, i have contacted bank of baroda branch as well as gm operations still there is no response from them.

I need money urgently. I have to beg for money in foregin soil? Despite having enough funds in my account?

What the hell is wrong with this people, doesn't know how to resolve debit card issues? Giving lame excuses...

The tracker id is not received my mobile phone for active beneficiary accounts, which i will not transaction from my accounts. I have sb account on bob branch puri.
I used the net banking, but i was add beneficiary for transaction before one month. Till date the beneficiary is not added for transaction.

I am online ordered four books from amazon but i cancelled them for some reason. I pay by my bob debit card and i cancelled the order on same day i dont get my refund i call amazon customer service they said they issue refund the same day 27 jan 2019 but i cant get so i go to my bank and call customer care they said any refund is not issued please help me with this so i don't hove to go for legal action....

My order name is kore k pvc 20kg combo fitness gym kit but some problems order cancelled but paid amount not refund to my account 2-5 business days already gone but not received refundable amount. Refund reference number ([protected]) refund amount 972.44 is not received to my account and paid mode debit card and amazon pay (Amazon pay amount receive but debit card payment not received....

Today evening I tried to withdraw the amount of rs.300 at lakshmi vilas bank, nagore, tamilnadu

But unfortunately my transaction was declined...
And within 5 minutes I got message that ur acc is debited with 300rs...

So kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible...

I have made the payment on amazon india for purching a mobile but not refund not credit not...

I came here to deposit some amount in the bank.. But when i came to bank they told us to deposit the cash in the cash machine.. But cash machine was also not ok at time. So we asked them to help us.. When we asked them to help us they behave like that we are beggar and they don't want to help us.. Please don't behave like this.. That's what i want to say...

On 4 february, 2019 i was booking hotel on goibibo application. I bbooked a hotel and initiated payment of rs. 11, 924 via upi application phonepe.

There was some issue with the transaction so it got cancelled.

I tried to withdraw rs3000 from my uco bank account in bob atm located in milan nagar, district - dibrugarh (Assam) at around 5:30pm
Rs3000 is being deducted from my bank account but the cash is not dispersed. Will i get back the money that i lost?
I also got a confirmation message in my phone but didn't get the money.


Please help me as i am a student and that was my hard earned money.

I requested an refund at amazon for a product of rs 499 on 19th january and they refunded it on 21st january but it never credited to my account. Amazon gave me the refund reference number but bank said that the amount was never received. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

The bank is denying that they have not received any refund against the reference number 74332749028902790675004 which is provided by the amazon. I have also spoke to the costumer service of bank of baroda and they are saying they can not help me with this. Kindly have a look towards this kind of situation as i have no idea what else can be done....

As per my one order on amazon, i returned the product and process for refund for the same. The refund amount is rs. 297. As per amazon concerned they process refund on 27th jan 2019 but till i not get credited to my bank account for it.

Here i got ref no. Of refund transaction from amazon is 75503729025026495139622.

I am requesting to bank. Please check for it and process for credit refund amount.
