My name is Lochan and my issue is i want to know about my money status

this money is initiated from amazon on 13/10/2019 sunday they ask me this money is credit in your account in 3-4 working days but still i am waiting the money regarding this issue i have already contact to your customer services they ask me wait 24 48 hours but their is no response from your side
after that i will contact to amazon customer services they provide me return reference number an as me contact to bank

i want to y money back as soon as possible

A refund has been made by amazon on 19th of may regarding a product which i've buyed from the flipkart. But the refund has not been received yet. Bank is saying no amount has been received by them. I've talked to them again and again but no response is coming. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need bank to resolve this issue as soon as possible or i'm gonna take some legal action.

so tell me when will get my refund in my bank account

Same thing happened with me.i didnt get the refund amount which was issued by amazon last month 22nd sep 2020.
I have called so many times to the Bob customer service.it takes almost 50min to get connected..and they took all the details and they are saying to call back to raise a compliant.and it is very difficult to get connected...worst service by bob.i dont understand what to do to get my refund back.amazon service gave RRN no too ..but till i didnt get the refund

My amount was deducted at March 7th through gpay and money was struck at bank gateway

I have recieved refund of Rs 2859 from Amazon on 3rd March 2021, but the bank of baroda is denying that it didnt receive the payment.
