Bank Of Baroda — Cheque Return Charges

We found a Bank charge of Rs. 287 on my Savings A/c No. [protected](Sadanand Road Branch, Kolkata) dated 16.03.2016 adressing "OUTWARD RETURN CHARGES" due to "REQUIRED INFORMATION NOT LEGIBLE'" for cheque No. 85 of Rs. 1, 00, 000/-.

Please note that cheque No. 85 ad been utilized much earlier on 23.12.2015 as self withdrawal of Rs. 10, 000/-.

We are unable to understand how a cheque no. can be utilized twice, one for a transaction of Rs. 10, 000/- and again for Rs. 1, 00, 000/- which in our opinion is self-suicidal in the part of bank.

We once again request you to look into the matter immediately and arrange to reverse the bank charges levied on 16.03.2016.
