Mr Anil Kumar Roy bearing account number [protected]. We are facing the issue where we are not getting any help from Bank of baroda past 3 months. The problem faced is for 2 transactions on dates 9th and 16th January 2017. These transactions each of RS 9000/- has occurred when the withdrawal limit was ONLY 4500 after demonetization. 9000 was received in cash BY THESE 2 TXNS but 9000 was debited more mistakenly which did not reverted into account till date. Means, A.K. Roy wanted to withdraw 4500 but each time 9000 got debited.I have attached the snapshot from passbook and print slip from the ATM where these debits has occurred. . We have done multiple follow ups with the bank, but our 9000 rs is not reverted.How can one take out 9000 rs in a day when withdrawl limit was set to 4500. Sir last Saturday means kal Maine 2000 and 500 rs transfer kiye the oriental bank of commerce me but Abhi tak bhi paise nhi phunche .. Account no bhi Shi h ..I want to my money back ..Pls help me
