Bank Of Baroda — debit card/atm card

Not able to understand why my atm card gets blocked when kyc was up dated after three visits to bank at sector 62 noida up it is high to mention that i have submit kyc three times and card was activated for only two days it stands blocked now i want to know else i have to do for running the card and how many times i have to visit the bank my acctt no.[protected]

I haven't got my return from site nykaa of rs 1565/- and the company is saying that they have refunded on 19th of March 2019, till date it's not showing in my account
They are saying to check it with my bank
Kindly let me know if there is any problem with my refund
