Bank Of Baroda — deposited money in cash deposit machine but don't credited in account

I deposited 17500 rupees today in the afternoon at 15:01:19 pm, in cash deposit machine at fraser town branch, but the machine took the money suddenly an error came on the screen and got a receipt stating sorry your transaction was unsuccessful to account. And the branch name is 0000 and the machine numb is 0000, so i went to the branch to give a complaint but the staff told we cannot take the complaint as there is no reference no.
So i called the costumer care they said wait for 24 hrs to give complaint

on 18th of SEP 2017 at 15:01:19 i went to my Branch where there is Cash Deposit Machine Out side to deposit Cash in my Account. After entering my number two time and clicking Correct to conform my account number .door opens and i dropped 17500 Rupees inside the Machine after when the door closed Suddenly it displayed Hard Ware Error on the Screen and after some time i got a slip It was written TROUBLE SORRY YOUR TRANSACTION WAS UNSUCCESSFUL TO A/C [protected] WITH DATE AND TIME.

1. I immediately rushed inside the Bank and told to staff they saw the slip and told we cannot rice the complaint because there is no reference no on the Slip. They said call Costumer Care, when i Called them they said wait for 24hrs if your money dint credit in your account call again. Next day i called them they said we cannot take the complaint because there is no reference Number on the Slip. They said go to the branch and tell them.
2. on 20th i went to Bank because on 19th Sep was holiday then they took the complaint and give me reference number [[protected]] and told wait for seven working days your money will be credited in your Account. and every Two days i will call costumer care and ask for the status the will give me reply wait for Seven Working Days.
3. on 28th Thursday was the Seventh Day i called the Costumer Care they said all the details given by the branch that is account number and Transaction Date every thing is wrong so go to branch and call us Again. i went to Branch and called costumer care they told the staff meet the bank manager we cannot do any thing. On that day Manager was not present in Bank.
4. After that there was long holiday so i waited till 3rd of October i went and meet the Bank Manager he said wait till 3:30 your money will be credited in your Account .then i went at 3:30 pm He said by today evening or by Tomorrow Morning Your Money will be credited in Your Account and he promised.
What a hell is this i am a business man and i opened account in this bank because it was nearer to my house and there is cash deposit machine in Hbr layout as well as in Fraser Town i taught is good to open my account here. but the hell here they are not taking care of the complaint, it is not my mistake it is machine error so why make me go behind the bank. every day.
i dont have fund enough in my account what is should do

same my problem last two days ago my transactions was unsuccessful i do first complaint no. done
