Bank Of Baroda — duplicate debit card not received

Hi,

My name is vikas jindal. I am working in hcl technologies ltd. And i am corporate employee. My father named prem raj jindal is holding a/c in your bank with same name and a/c number is [protected] in the branch azadpur new delhi and i have requested for duplicate debit card 2 weeks back and on chasing the same with customer care, they advised me to visit branch and when i visit branch they advise me that card will be delivered at home address. I have to leave my work and chase with your bank every now and then for this and if by registering complaint only work is done then i am sorry to say bank needs to improve to provide better services to its customer. I have never came across such delay by your bank in past as i believe bank of baroda tries their best to provide best ever service to their customers then why in this case. My father is not well yet they need to visit branch everyday just for the card delivery and this is mentally harassing for the person who is not at fault. Kindly look into this at earliest and help!
