Bank Of Baroda — exchange of soiled note

Dear team,

Today i have visited bank of baroda panjagutta branch at 3:10 pm for exchange of soiled note the cashier in the branch says that the head cashier is on leave and says to come tomorrow for exchange when the same was enquired with the branch manager he asked to go to next in charge of branch and get it exchange it but i got same answer and moreover she says that the cashier who is sitting in the counter is not a regular cashier will exchange the note tomorrow once our head cashier comes and they give me free advice that i can exchange this note at any of nearest branch when again i went to the branch manager and told him about what their staff respone he questions me whether i am the customer of this bank and he also says the same answer to come tomorrow.
I just want to ask the bank of baroda if any of the official from rbi visits your branch for exchange of the note would you give the same answer to thim and their is a particular circular available in rbi site that any person even if he is your bank customer are any bank it is the bank responsibility to change the soiled note and moreover the branch staff has be given proper training on exchange of soiled and mutilated notes the branch is lying on only one cashier that as it is his only responsibility and he is the person who will decide whether to change the note or not.
I request the bank to take this issue seriously on all the branch staff including the branch manager and request you to give proper training and also on how to give proper response to the customers and i am expecting proper explanation in writing from the bank for the bad experience which i have faced today.

I will be going to address the issue to rbi for the bad experience which i have faced today on further your response.

I am maintaining account in BOB for many years..All my salaries are credited to my account but your ATM maintenance is very worst, most of the time ATM is not working .Most of the time I am using other bank ATM for collecting my money.so, please kindly take action on this. And lots of problem are there..

₹ 152 from our account - it should have come back via Amazon, Amazon has given a refund reference number185930, according to which the money has been refunded but the bank has so far returned 152 rupees to my account

First of all I want to say that I like your way to listen our problem thanks for it. Sir here karawal nagar delhi-94 of Bank Of Baroda passbook entry machine is not working properly for a long time. Please try to be get that better position of that machine.please solve my problem as soon as possible.
