Dear Sir/Madam With due respect I am Elias Sumon, a saving customer of your bank, my A/c no is- [protected], , I use Baroda Mconect+, I have recharge an amount Rs-503 to a vodafone mobile number like [protected].The transaction was success, But no payment id till I have got & also the recharge amount Rs 503 was no done at 6:13 p.m date 29.01.2017.But the balance Rs 503 has been deducted from my account. Therefore u are requested to refund my balance as soon as possible .A screen shot of this failed transaction is also attached with this mail. I have saving a/c of BOB, Station road, Pilibhit a/c No. [protected], bank not accepted 2000 written note. such 2000 written note is not legal tender, what to do sir, please solve this problem, bank said this is guidelines by RBI,
