Bank Of Baroda — Failed transaction amount not refunded | |||
Dear sir/Madam, I have used my ATM card for Amazon shopping Rs 179, Rs 179 on 09/01/2017 two times it has been deducted from my account. Next day I have complained to customer care, the complaint number is[protected],[protected] but till today I didn't get any refund of 358 Rs. Please resolve this matter and refund my money as soon as possible. A screen shot of the failed transaction is attached with this mail.
