Bank Of Baroda — for hidden charges

Today, i deposited 14, 000/- rupees in bob, fatehgunj vadodara branch! The officer who was collecting money, he did not aware me about charges of 71 rupees per transaction! And when i want to cancel this transaction he did not give my money and said the transaction is completed! Why i pay this type of hidden charges for credit my money to my account in same bank? Bob making fool to the people! Please take action against bob for this type of hidden charges, it is not right!
