Bank Of Baroda — Fraudulent Transaction in my NRE Account [protected]

Greetings of the day, this email I am writing in regards to the fraudulent transaction in my NRI account no. [protected], branch Muradnagar. This has happened in the month of August and noticed and informed to the bank on same day. The bank has raised the chargeback for 36 transactions and the TAT for that process was 45 days as per the email sent on 07/10/2016.

The VISA office has responded to that charge back for 30 transactions in time. The total amount I have lost due to this fraudulent transactions was INR 12, 96, 271.46. The bank has credited INR 7077.02 to my account for the remaining 6 transactions for which the VISA has not responded and advised to apply for the insurance claim for the remaining amount.

I have sent all the documents hard copy on 04/11/2016 to branch and the branch has submitted the same to posdebit for the remaining process. As per the advised given by posdebit, the process time is 30 days.

But now it is more than two months and there is no outcome. I am sending the email again and again to insurance department and there is no response from that side.

The Bank is a place, where all the people believe that the government of INDIA has given the assurance through the Reserve Bank of INDIA that the money is in safe hand. The people can save their hard earned savings here with confidence. Bank has issued secured international debit card with most advanced security feature EMV CHIP BASED, and the banking security system is also working round the clock, but when something happens or the banking security system is not working properly, failed to send a single SMS or email regarding the fraudulent transaction, then bank start saying that it is not the responsibility of the bank to keep guarding your money. If bank is not responsible for the safety of money, then why they have claimed that it is the safe place to keep your hard earned savings.

With this email, I just want to ask a simple question to all the authorities sitting on the higher positions in the Bank and claiming that it is the INDIA's leading international bank, what is the outcome of all this exercise? I am still waiting for my hard earned saving money and the time is running out.

High commissioner of INDIA to FIJI in Suva office has also emailed two times regarding this issue, but there is no response.

If there is someone responsible person who really cares about the account and customers, requesting atleast give me some positive output for all this exercise and return my hard earned savings. That was my last three years saving which I have saved after long working hours.
