Bank Of Baroda - Haldia Branch. — Intentionally delayed to give normal report to cibil about my account information. | |||||
After getting my CIBIL report, I came to know that there is two account having number DURHAL-50-14 & DURHAL-50-391 reflected in my account.Already I meet with branch manager of BOB (Haldia) and convinced that there is no account in your bank. Initially bank official told me that there is no account accessible by them which is reflected in my CIBIL report. But from a reliable sources, I came know that presently, they have discovered the above two account which has been settle off or write off 4-5 years ago between actual defaulter and bank official. My question is if it is settle off or write off without my knowledge, then why bank official not withdraw my name from CIBIL? Why delay is happening in this resolution process for which people like was suffering last couple of years. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Still now, no response has come from Bank of Baroda - Haldia.

CIBIL statement to me :-
"While we will continue to follow up with the Credit Institutions requesting them to expedite their response, we request you to simultaneously also contact the above mentioned Credit Institution/(s) for faster resolution of your dispute."
From CIBIL department, I am instructed that I have to get in touch with BOB Haldia about the two account which is reflected in my CIBIL report. But branch manager of Bank of Baroda clearly tells to me that as It is settle off and write off case. He has nothing to do it. And advice me to take consultant/lawyer for correcting CIBIL report.
I have a question to all banking service department that why they are doing settle off or write off with actual loan-holder without informing guarantor? why they are reporting to CIBIL without given information to the people who have no account? I have strong objection about this write off or settle off process for which others general people are suffering?
