Bank Of Baroda — home loan multiple vetting charges deducting without clarification

Hi,
I am dipen kumar bhadra, my account number is: [protected].

I have a home load in bank of baroda, birati branch. Initially it was in lic housing. Account opening date of this loan is[protected]. I transferred this load just for low interest rate and good reputation.

But now, i can feel my decision was totally wrong and this is becoming pathetic. There are several vetting charges is being deducted by bank of baroda, birati branch without any intimation/ information. Even after i have requested to bank manager and i paid all the required payment for transferring this loan process, but till now there expectation is not ending.

I fear due to this silent deduction, any time i could miss my emi and that could happen due to insufficient balance, my emi can be missed and there could be huge fine they will change.

For example they have changed those following charges till now:

1. 07/08/2018 — rs. 1000 debited for vetting charges-birati
— i want to know what vetting they have provided to me.

2. 05/09/2017 — rs. 700 debited for vetting charges
— i want to know what vetting they have provided to me.

3. 21/12/2017 — rs. 1500 adv charges deed collection
4. 06/09/2017 — rs. 8542 property insurance

I am expecting the senior management will look into this matter and will try to resolve my issue asap. Otherwise i have to take help from consumer forum.
