Bank Of Baroda — I don't get my refund from Amazon

My name is Ahire Jayata Hiraman and I had ordered a product of RS.439 including shipping charges(kuber industriestm non oven sari bags) on Amazon on 15 july 2021 & I returned this order due to personal reason. Amazon initiated the refund amount to my bank account but I still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number[protected] and told me to fill charge dispute form but Bank of Baroda doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. My bank account number is [protected]
