My name is viral bharatbhai patel and i had ordered sporto fitness home gym set of rs.1359 in amazon on 23 november 2019 and after it it got cancelled by seller. And on 08 december 2019 refund was initiated. Amazon initiated the amount to my card but i still didn't get the money. Amazon sent this reference number # 2que576t0000k2nxm09e and told me to fill charge dispute form but bank of baroda doesn't have such policy.
