Bank Of Baroda — imps failure issue

I transferred amount from my bank of baroda m-connect app by imps to the beneficiary account in vijaya bank. Transaction was successful and amount got debited from my bank of baroda account, but it’s not credited in vijaya bank beneficiary account. Both the banks are saying it’s not in their hands. It was an emergency but through imps which is supposed to be instant i transferred the amount. Now i don’t know where to go, who to contact. It is such a big loss for me and a huge disappointment for me
