Bank Of Baroda — Money deducted but ticket not booked on IRCTC | |||
I was booking tatkal ticket on IRCTC. While proceeding my money from Net banking gets deducted amount of 2370Rs. But Due to server error and high traffic on IRCTC ticket not booked. I was booking train ticket from Allahabad to Ahmedabad on 1st June 2017 at Morning Tatkal session at 11:00AM Even after 5days refund of amount not done from BOB.. I have called on Online consumer care, they have taken detail and registered complaint but No confirmation of Complaint registration sent Transaction Number is: eBanking : 67235165/JBBR[protected]/IRCTC Was this information helpful? | |||
